Not cheap but it was hundreds of dollars cheaper than a nearby establishment I had a quote from. Was very happy with the finished product and service! Had the sleeves on my leather jacket shortened. Did a great job. I was worried as the fabric was very thick and there were large zippers that needed to be adjusted too. They are clean, friendly and fast. Dropped my dress off 3 days before an event. I needed pockets added to my dress. Pockets came out amazing, not too visible to see and they were sturdy. My only complaint is i was told it was $22, then next day I was told $44, because of the side zipper. I understand price changes, just bummed I paid more for pockets than my dress lol. Picked up a pair of pants today I had dropped off to be hummed. Service was great and I feel like I wasn't over charged. Juan is my tailor angel. I have had my old prom dress tailored here (long slim and very lacy/thick material) as well as other formal dresses/casual dresses, tops, and pants taken in and hemmed. They are professional, they've never messed my clothes up, they know my name every time I come in, and the service is fast with EXCELLENT quality. They usually tell you about 4-5 days until your item(s) are ready but they always call me back before that time to let me know my clothes are ready. I am so thankful that I now live down the road instead of having to drive from inside the loop. I just had a pair of really nice high waisted white classy pants tailored and brought them in on Tuesday and they called me on Friday morning to let me know it was ready. $14.00 for the pants to be hemmed. When I brought in 4 dresses, one of them being my fancy prom dress, it was approx $140.00. So depending on the amount work and the material of your clothes is the price you get. Having someone else fix, as I have no confidence in this place. Seamstress lied about remaking straps, and then when straps were remade, they weren't the same width. Do NOT bring your wedding dress here. Went 6 times and today took my dress home still not completely the way I wanted. They took my beads and dumped it in with all of theirs and then had to nerve to tell me I didn't have enough. They ruined the lace I bought and barely had enough to do what I needed done with it. Also will never admit they are wrong. Constantly try to talk to you like you have no idea what things should look like. Also for being an alteration store they sure don't know how to design things properly. Very disappointed and already told the Bridal store I bought my dress at to never recommend them again.
