As someone who sews myself, I knew this was a repair beyond my comfort level. I carefully marked the adjustment with pins to show exactly where the alteration was needed. They did an amazing job--no one would ever know the zipper had been altered. The work was seamless and expertly done. Anyone who thinks the service is overpriced may not fully appreciate the skill and craftsmanship that quality tailoring requires. Timing - They typically tell us to come back a week from off date, so whenever we go back, everything's ready just as they said. Can't be any happier. We were only there to pick up a suit jacket, but thanks to Aaron and his suggestions, we left with a sport coat, suit jacket, another shirt and another tie!
