As someone who sews myself, I knew this was a repair beyond my comfort level. I carefully marked the adjustment with pins to show exactly where the alteration was needed. They did an amazing job--no one would ever know the zipper had been altered. The work was seamless and expertly done. Anyone who thinks the service is overpriced may not fully appreciate the skill and craftsmanship that quality tailoring requires.
