Every time I brought my clothes to get altered, it was done professionally. There was even a couple of times where I have taken my pants home, and it just didn't feel right; I called in the morning, and they said to bring it back, and we will fix it without hesitation. The price for the quality of the work is unprecedented. For example, I had taken a suit to get altered last Wednesday for the gala this Friday. The suit required to be taken in, and the pants slimmed down and waistline taken in. The suit was ready within less than a week and done perfectly. The price to get it done for all the changes was only 60 dollars... yes, $60. I had called for a quote from another place closer to home; the work would cost me $150+ and would have taken 3 weeks to finish. One thing I have to mention is their communication is not so clear, but if you take your time speaking with them and pass that barrier, you'll get some of the best work done to your clothing.
