Had a dress hemmed and was charged $34. I was shocked because it is just a simple hem and I wasn't told how much at drop off. Also when I got the dress home I noticed two small yellow highlighter stains on my dress. I'm beyond ticked! The dress had not been worn prior and did not have those stains when I dropped it off. I won't be back! read more

Took some of my daughter's jeans here to be taken in as they were all gapping in the back. As a young teenager she had no idea this was even possible and was very satisfied with the results. She'll be sure to consider this option in the future when her jeans are ill fitting! read more

Always helpful and reliable! Work is done to expectations and delivered on time. Been using them for years. read more

Brought in my dress to get it hem 3 inches shorter and the final product seems shorter than what I had planned it to be .. They don't measure or anything and just hem it based on the placement of a pin .. Regardless, the alteration was a whopping $25! That is just way too expensive and I think there are better alternatives elsewhere. Wouldn't recommend -- since there's no set price as well, more so based on what the owner thinks should be charged. read more

This place is horrible and the staff are rude. I took clothes and coats to this location to be cleaned and pressed. My fault that I never looked at the items before I left, the last time I did look at my jackets and dress it was unbelievable my jacket had strings hanging out everywhere. My other jacket had length all over it my dress looked like they used a regular iron I was very disappointed. The manager was very rude when I pointed out everything and told me she will fix it herself and also told me that she was not going to clean other items I brought up there. I told her I'm never coming back and they charged me higher prices and said the prices that were listed up on the board were not right. Make it make sense I checked my other items when I got home so far everything was good. I will never go back to this place ever, it looked like they put my stuff in a wash machine and ironed it! Poor customer service and disrespectful staff!! Tide Cleaners it is for now on!! read more

I've found my permanent location for alterations and dry cleaning!!! I needed measurements due to modeling clothes and just typed alterations in Apple Maps and this location popped up. I'm so glad it did because I've found my one stop shop!! read more

I have been using this alterations place for about 10 years and have never had an issue with them. My mother-in-law used them for years and a very good friend of mine has used them for a long time. They have done several kinds of alterations on several different kinds of material for me and I have never been disappointed in the work. It has always been as I requested. The prices are comparable to other places I have been. It is a 25 minute drive for me but I feel it is worth it. I whole heartedly recommend them. read more

My go to for alterations. Great work, quick and so friendly. I've brought several items to be hemmed and I've always been satisfied. read more

Chanya is nothing short of a blessing! She's so nice and fixed three pairs of pants exactly how I asked and the finished product was better than I expected. I HIGHLY recommend taking your business there. Great experience. read more

Excellent service. I needed a tuxedo for my son dry cleaned with very short notice. They were able to have it dry cleaned and ready for me to pick up the next day by 2pm. The workers are very polite and the clothes came out great. I was very impressed with the dry cleaning. They got my teenage sons white shirt looking brand new again. Very clean and pressed perfectly. I highly recommend. read more

I came in Friday with a pair of slacks to be pressed. The lady asked me if next day at noon would be fine to have them ready and I said that was fine. When I came to pick them up, they looked like I could've done a better job at home! Not well pressed at all! She took them back and pressed them a bit more in the front, but they still did not look good. Being the non- confrontational person I am, I just figured I could fix them myself and proceeded to pay. To make matters worse, I was charged an extra $5 because they were express service! I told her she could've told me that yesterday and I could have waited until Monday. Well, she totally disregarded her lack of proper information and charged me the $10 anyway. Honestly, I shouldn't have been charged, at all. The job was not done. I guess I lost $10, but they lost a customer. read more

I got a wedding dress that was way too long that looked absolutely impossible to fix the gown looked like it was one piece. Very heavy ALOT of material! I was blown away at how beautiful and seemless her work was! Thank you guys so much my dress is stunning!!! read more

Never going there again! I have been in the past for little things and they have done an ok job. DO NOT trust them with anything important! They are not professional enough or experienced enough to deal with it. I took my little girls flower dress in to be altered and they said it would be ready in 5 days. I was on a time crunch so was happy about that. After 4 days of having the dress they called and told me they could not do anything for the dress and to go somewhere else. They said it was too big of a job and they couldn't handle it. I am now in a huge panic and very upset. They were Very rude and uncaring when I picked up the dress. What a waste of my time and the dress!! read more

I had my wedding dress, and all my bridesmaids dresses done here. I had my dress taken in, and hemmed. They pay special attention to detail, especially when it came to the sequin pieces. I also take all of my husbands jeans here to get them hemmed, washed and starched. I would recommend this place to everyone needing alterations or dry cleaning done here! read more

I had two dresses that I needed the hem redone in, and they were so well done when I got them back. Turn around was three days! Thanks ladies!! I'll be coming back read more

Spent 80 dollars for them to rip my 300 dollar custom bridesmaids dress and put the straps on wrong. All of the bridesmaids noticed and so did the bride and she was not happy. My cousin who was also in the wedding got her dress done at this place as well so there was a dress they were able to look back at as reference to where the straps were supposed to go. read more

I had yet to find a tailor in the area (woodlands/spring/conroe) & I desperately needed one. I wanted someone I could TRUST with my clothing & continue to use over the years. I use Yelp religiously because I depend on reviews. I did see this location -but no reviews- so I passed it. Luckily, my neighbor Lindsey had used them on multiple occasion & gave me a glowing review. I tried it & .... I have a new Tailor! They know what they're doing, quality work & the prices aren't scary. 5 out of 5 from me. read more

Wow...great work on very short notice! The bridesmaid's dress from he$$ that was made to a completely wrong size was rescued by these wonderful people. Couldn't ask for better work or nicer people. I have used them before on non-rush work and they did an excellent job then too. Highly recommended!! read more

Stay away! I had the worst experience here. I took in 6 pairs of jeans to have hemmed to the ankle. I asked to keep the original hem. When I got them back, I was going out of town, so I didn't try them on right away. Once I took them out of the plastic and just looked at them, I knew I was in trouble. The hems were fat, the stitching didn't line up, and one pair was way shorter than I had requested. When I tried them on, they flared at the bottom. I have taken them to another tailor in hopes they can be salvaged, as I would hate to think I am out over $850 on jeans and over $120 on tailor fees to this place alone. I received a call from the new tailor today telling me she's not even sure she can fix them, because they were done so poorly. I'm just sick. read more

Do not go to this place! Just picked up my blouse with a simple sleeve hemming and I am shocked at how poorly it was done. The sleeves are not even, it is not sewn correctly and looks like lop sided mess. Even worse, they knew it was uneven and in an attempt to fix it, stretched the fabric, causing holes and shearing in the chiffon. So confused, because when I took it in, the seamstress kept saying "easy fix" and complimented my blouse numerous times. Now I can't even wear it. Such a waste of money!! read more

I would try another place. I've used them 3 times (is a charm?) and all 3 items were not altered properly and either had to be redone, or I just lived with the very poor work that was done. In addition, I find the owner to be somewhat rude and the prices are a bit high. read more

Terrible experience with simple alterations. Even with clear instructions and printed illustrations they were not able to do the job. No thought to what they were doing, only that they wanted to get it done. Very disappointed. read more

A professional could not have done this work! I took in 2 of my daughters uniform skirts to have the hem taken out and the waist taken in. Both Skirts came back with an uneven hem, and the sides did not lay smooth. It took them 4 times to fix the issue, and me coming back multiple times. They made me pay FULL price or I couldn't take the skirts that my daughter had to have for school. She was going to keep it until I paid full price! Horrible customer service. Another customer had her pants hem with one leg shorter than the other. I will post pictures of their sloppy service soon. I should have read the other reviews. read more

Had them alter a regular dress for my daughter to wear for dance competitions. I repeatedly told them I wanted to dress mid-thigh length. It came back so short her bike shorts were visible below the hem. A $120 dress is ruined!! When I called to complain I got an "Oh" nothing more. More can always be taken off but not put back on! Needless to say, I will never go back here and will share this experience with all that will listen! read more
