This was one of the most stressful and unprofessional experiences I've ever had.** I left a $50 deposit and was told I'd receive a quote in a couple of days. No one ever contacted me. I called multiple times over the next week and got no response at all. When I finally showed up in person, I discovered they had already completed the alterations without ever giving me a price or confirming whether I agreed to the work. At that point, I had no real choice--my items were already altered, and I was suddenly given a very high cash‑only total. They also do not provide proper receipts, which made the situation feel even more questionable. The final amount they demanded did not reflect my deposit correctly. They owed me $30 in change and refused to give it to me, even after I pointed it out. That money is simply gone. Between the lack of communication, the surprise pricing, and the refusal to return the difference from my deposit, the entire experience felt extremely unfair and deeply unprofessional. After reading another customer's review describing almost the exact same issues--no upfront pricing, cash‑only pressure, inconsistent totals, and items being held until payment--it's clear this isn't an isolated situation. This was the most stressful alteration experience I've ever had. I strongly recommend going elsewhere to avoid the same problems.
