I had been an extremely loyal customer until October 23 2023 when they completely ruined a very expensive shirt of mine and have yet to do anything about it (now February). I was told to contact Sahil the manager and he continues to do absolutely nothing despite my calling, messaging and emailing. DO NOT GO HERE! They kept the shirt in their possession and Sahil now won't even answer a call. The women working there have always been lovely but Sahil has proven to be extremely unprofessional and disappointing. When it occurred I was told they were to keep the shirt and either replace it or reimburse me for it. All I was given was this note. Obviously neither has occurred and it has been over three months. I've been going here for over a year now and after today, I will officially go elsewhere. I brought in a bridesmaid dress and another dress to be pressed. When I picked up my dresses, the bridesmaid dress has a grease stain and my other dress is completely torn at the bottom. I added a picture of the dress I took the day before and there clearly is NO RIP. The stain may look small in picture, but it is very noticeable to the eye, especially when I will be standing in a wedding. No point in arguing with front desk, as they aren't going to admit fault. Dropped my clothes off Saturday morning before 8am, and the sign outside says ready at 3pm. When I returned, the lady told me "we haven't done that for months now" and the clothes would be ready Monday late afternoon. My problem is their false advertising - their sign on the door says it, and this website right now says it - bait and switch. There is no same day Saturday service at this store, beware. read more

This is my go to cleaners! They are quick and efficient! I have a white satin quilt I bring in that I've had for 2 years, when I say it looks brand new every time I pick up! I recently bought 5 new pairs of work pants and needed to get them tailored. I got them fitted and was waiting to pick them up. Pro Cleaners called me a couple of days later to tell me that the pants I bought came with a permanent crease and that the crease has moved off to the side and gave me options of what they could do to mitigate the problem. I went with trying to just make the crease not visible. Today I picked up the pants and tried them on and the way they moved the crease, it can't even be seen. They did an exceptional job! Beware! Awful customer service. They ruined my shirt and stained my other dress. I brought my shirt back to them to see if they could remedy. Well, they said I could have put hairspray on my silk shirt. Right, in blotches on the back of the shirt for fun. So they didn't admit to ruining my shirt or refund the value of the shirt after the manager said he would. At the very least, they could have offer to give money back for the dry cleaning service. It's expensive and irresponsible service. I have never received results of the outcome of the stain from labs. You also ignored 2 of my emails. Sofa King GOOD. Pro Cleaners must be in a Professional League of Cleaners because they are at the top of their game! I had two dress shirts that had "irremovable" stains (blood from a cut and silver ink) according to other cleaners. I brought them both to Pro Cleaners and they disappeared! I have been going here ever since. Four things are needed for a good laundromat. 1. They get your stuff clean. Check 2. They don't lose your clothes. Check 3. They are prompt. One day turn around. I have had a horrible experience with this cleaner, as on June 26th, I went to the cleaner and gave them 1 coat that didn't had very small stains. I then come back a couple of days later to pick up the coat, and to my surprise the coat has giant brown and black stains throughout. I am absolutely SHOCKED and the lady at the front desk tells me that it wasn't their fault but they would re-do the coat, and I would get a call from the manager(I never got this call). Then I return to pick up the coat and it is still stained, but now the lady at the desk tells me to get out of the store and she is calling the police, I ask to speak to the owner, and she goes to the back to speak with him over the phone(I still have yet to even speak to the owner). She returns CRYING and telling me that the police are on their way, and attempting to intimidate me, while still avoiding the point of why I still don't have my coat. I am shocked and horrified of this experience so please DO NOT COME HERE as they use intimidating tactics to make you leave, and make up lies about how the damage items are actually your fault. read more

The absolute worst customer service of any small business I have ever encountered. When I went to pick up my clothes they rang me up for an amount $10 higher listed on the claim check they gave me at drop off. When I asked them why they said it's because they mis counted the number of items I had, which is their mistake. They then tried to blame it on me for not making sure the right number of items were on the receipt. Who blames their customers for the mistake they made? They refused to honor the price on the claim check after which I had a 30 minute conversation with the manager who continued the same message of blaming me for their mistake. What kind of business holds their customer accountable for a mistake THEY made? It made no sense to me. The manager continued to refuse to honor the price on the claim check (again, for a mistake they made). He eventually after getting tired of arguing with me agreed. Then he had the nerve to call back and ask me not to write a bad review on yelp (too bad). No customer deserves this kind of service. It just goes to show that this business doesn't care about customers or their loyalty. The initial response should've been "sorry for OUR mistake, we will honor the price on the claim check. Next time we will be be more careful not to make a mistake" Blaming customers for their mistake = horrendous customer service. I've been using Pro Cleaners for a little over a year now and I really don't know how this place has a single bad review. It's ran by a great family that is always super nice every time I go in. Whether it's in the morning right before they officially open or past closing time, they are always friendly. Currently, I am recovering from foot surgery and the staff has gone above and beyond to accommodate me. They have carried my clothes out to my truck so I don't have to carry them with crutches, and are meeting me at my truck when I pull up to drop off clothes. I gave them a 2nd chance with another shirt, which I paid over $100 for and had only worn once. When I got it back there were 3 HOLES in the sleeve. It was ruined. Tried to take it back and get a refund and the girl tried to tell me that I dropped it off like that and had even showed her the holes.. WTF??? She wasn't even who I had dropped it off with. I used them for the first time. I must say it will be my last time. I'm not going back. I will update this review with more details later. But the bottom line is, I feel like I was "price gauged". I need to get my garment home and evaluate it more closely to see if there is anyway possible I can justify the price (***CORRECTION*** $24.99 (not 19.99) + tax for 1 black dress). She rung it up as leather, even though it is NOT, which I did not know until I picked it up. Then tried to justify it by the pattern of the material on the front of the dress. Yeah, I'm not buying it. I think I should've just used Dryel. Sigh. Oh well. You only get me once. What was given to me when I dropped off my clothes was a ticket with a total. No breakdown of what each dress cost to be cleaned. Nor was any explanation of the cost given verbally. I was not told there would be any "special" process involved to clean either of my dresses. The clerk looked at it for a minute and said its not real leather which I already knew. She reiterated this although I'm not sure why. The clerk also knew that it was my first visit because she asked me. Perhaps she should have explained the evaluation process and advised me at the time of my dropoff that this particular dress was going to be extra, on top of extra. If you have nice clothes and want to keep them that way do NOT take them here! I recently started a new job and wanted to find a dry cleaner close by. I hadn't heard of any good places and had to get some clothes cleaned and came across this place. I just picked up my stuff today only to find a pair of dress pants ( I paid $130 for) that have only been worn 3 times and hadn't even been dry cleaned before.... Shredded. The lining was totally shredded and there was a hole in the back seam!!! Not only that another pair of pants shrunk! Needless to say tomorrow I will be going back to get a refund and insist my brand new, well made pants ate paid for. HORRIBLE SERVICE and HORRIBLE WORK! 1st Visit: This cleaners promised me a price for laundry of my shirt and they charged me that the first time around. They also said they put it in the "system" so it will be there next time. Though they charged me the price, they completely tore my shirt up. NOT only that, they gave me 40% value of my shirt after me showing them the shirt online and the value. 2nd Visit: This cleaner opened all the hems to my pants and I still forgave them 3rd Visit: They raised their prices saying they cannot charge 1 to one customer and another to another customer Manager called me and said "you pay for great work"....excuse me? Did we not just have a conversation how your "great work" tore my shirt completely and then opened my hems? I AM NEVER GOING BACK and 2 other co workers are not going back. Be extremely careful with Pro Cleaners 1421 W. Gray . On 9-10-16(Saturday), I was being charged for 3 laundered shirts $41.05 erroneously. Many times, I was overcharged for laundered shirts, if I had not AUDIT my total charge, this would have occurred. I do NOT recommend Pro Cleaners. BEWARE, BECAUSE YOU'RE ENTERING A DANGER ZONE!! Stay away from this dump. We took clothes there including a comforter, 1st they lost 2 articles of my wife's clothing & said we never brought it. After being nasty & referring to is as liars they miraculously found it after arguing for 2 weeks. 2nd our comforter was taken to be dry cleaned, they just machine washed it completely ruined it and even had the audacity to put ~30 safety pins trying to put the fabric back together where it was torn apart. The cotton was completely balled as it was clearly put in a wash machine which we explicitly told them not to do, thanks! When I brought the comforter back they couldn't argue yet only offered 50% of replacement cost and even tried to keep the $40 they charged us - seriously how low can you go!? This place is horrible. They're opened with convenient hours but if you value anything you're cleaning then use 1 of the other thousand cleaners in this city & save yourself the headaches. read more

Once they missed something and THEY noticed it when they handed the clothes to me, took it back to clean again with a great turnaround time. Gave them a $600 dress suede coat to clean. They sent it their plant, dyed it another color without my permission. Made the coat look so horrible you would not give it to a homeless person to wear! They refused to provide owners name or insurance form to file a claim, Keep the coat for 4 months while they were testing it in a lab. What do they think they had a, a captured ALIEN from MARS. Not sure why pro cleaners is rated so poorly. Started getting dry cleaning done at pro cleaners about a year ago after a really bad experience with a cleaners in the memorial city area. Pro has been reliable, timely and the work is decent. Sure the prices are slightly higher than average but it's area dependent and consequently they are comparable. Overall a reliable cleaners that has pulled through for me. They provide same day service if you get your items to them before 9am and they do accept coupons. Would recommend them for suits, pants, and jackets. read more

My first visit will be my last. I took a black Donna Karen work dress, among other pieces, for a routine cleaning. When I picked up the dress, the entire front (leather piping) was shrunken and looked ruched. The attendant not only denied their fault, but blamed my "cheap dress," and assured me that this doesn't happen every time... After being offered "cleaning credit only," I took my business elsewhere. I realize that not every business is perfect, but blaming the customer, being rude, and providing no solution is the best way to send a customer running. I took my stuff there (trying a new place out) and although they are not expensive like others in the area they were very hard on my clothes. 2 out of the 3 peices I took came back damaged, missing buttons and the zipper broke.
