I sent videos of me trying on the too-small blazer, photos comparing the silk blouse to an identical style/size blouse, demonstrating that it is several sizes smaller. I even said I was willing to try on the blazer for the owner in person! Their response? Radio silence. No call, no text, NO RESPONSE. They haven't even refunded what I paid for their service! I moved to Houston from NYC not too long ago. It is stressful to find professional service providers to trust and this was my first dry cleaning experience here. My trust has been eroded and this has been an incredibly anxiety-provoking experience. I will be filing in small claims court to recover some of the $1000+ that the garments cost me.
