Wow what a scam! I initially chose this cleaners bc it's in a broke down strip mall that's suffering. I was told I was paying 2.27 a shirt at check in (which they looked at every shirt at checkin) Then at pick up I was told they laundered some of the shirts differently and was charged $6 a shirt instead! I imagine for a 3 fold price increase they should've notified me. I can't imagine them staying in business much longer. read more

BEWARE: my wife took a brand new $700 dress here to be dry cleaned. She specifically requested that no needle or pins be used on the dress and made sure they wrote a note on the ticket. She goes to pick it up today and there is now a hole in the dress where they put pins anyways. This is the second time this has happened with this cleaners, but last time the garment wasn't this expensive. I would not trust anything you care about to these guys. read more

They do not provide a cost upfront therefore you never know what you are paying for! Then unless you want your clothes back you must pay the price, they tell you! Ridiculous!!! Incredibly expensive! They wanted me to pay over $100.00 for alteration on 4 items (1 pair of sweatpants, fix the hemming and 3 pair of shorts, replace the waist elastic) I was shocked at the cost. In addition, they made me comeback 2 times because they didn't have the items ready when they promised. They didn't call for approval or anything, just wanted to charge me. I refused to pay! I'm very unhappy and would not recommend this place to anyone. I certainly will not be back to any of their 3 locations and will continue to tell my story to others. read more

The store at Buckthorn Place next to Randall's has now lost my clothes several times. Once they had to pay me for the loss, but only after I had to argue with them. One time they "found" my clothes after three weeks. Then, they lost my clothes again, and the "mysterious" owner whom the staff reached by phone wouldn't even talk to me and wouldn't even offer a phone number to call him. He told the staff he'd call me in three days! Gosh, I thought I was the customer. That was a mistake. read more

Worst dry cleaner ever, they just closed the doors in front of me. I was admittedly 3 minutes late on a Saturday. Problem though is that I kindly asked through the windows to let me at least pick up my shirts for my next work week, since I am always out of town during the week. Stuff was extremely unfriendly, they did not even bother to open the door to personally tell me that they unfortunately just closed, they pretended to be deaf and gave me stupid signs to "eff off" or intentionally ignored me. These people just lost a 3 year old client. It is not about accepting the opening hours but the treatment they gave me and sure enough will give you, too. This was the second time they treated me like shit. Everyone can have a bad day, but 2 times is 1 to many. If you want good service, friendly manners and unburned shirts then AVOID THIS CLEANERR AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. read more

Was in town a few days, assisting woth disaster recovery. Used woodlands cleaners for some clothes. The clothes were not back as promised by 5. Calls were made and the young lady was truly apologetic. Then , when i returned the following morning, the young lady who jad checked me in explained the mixup and apologized again. Then she eaived the charge. Excellent customer servixe, and fabulous work on the clothes. Solid five star, and thank you for making my long day a little brighter! read more

I have used this cleaner since they opened at this location. Last month I bought five new dress shirts and wore them once, then dropped them off. They came back scorched at the collars and cuffs, burnt brown and unwearable. The manager, Brenda, does not return calls. She kept the shirts for several weeks and tried reprocessing them. They are still burnt at the collars and cuffs and now they look old as well. I replaced these shirts this weekend at a cost of over $250. There were never any assurances that this wouldn't happen again, and Brenda is too busy to even discuss this situation. BEWARE this cleaner! I am a REAL customer and not in this business at all. All the employees at this location know me, and are aware of this situation as well. I will add that this is not the first time they ruined my shirts, just the first time they are not doing ANYTHING to make it right. read more

The Woodlands Cleaners has three locations. About two months ago I dropped off clothes for dry cleaning at the Creekside Cleaners location. When I returned to pick up my clothes, they could not find two pairs of pants that I had dropped off. Both pairs of pants were valued at $195, or $208 with tax. They told me that it could take up to two weeks to try and locate the clothes. I waited the two weeks while they looked through their network. After a couple weeks, I followed up with them. They still could not locate my clothes. They told me that I would need to produce the receipts for the pants. This was the first time I asked the manger (Steve Mills) call me. He never called me. I went back on a couple of occasions and asked for him to call me, which he never did. When you go into this location, you have to speak to the clerks at the counter. Each time they would tell me that they were sorry and they gave him my message. I finally brought in the receipts for both pairs of pants that totaled $208 each with tax. After another week with no follow up, I went back to this location and demanded to speak to Steve about the lack of follow up. As you can probably guess by now, he never called me. That night one of the clerks at the location called me and told me that my check would be available in the morning. When I went to pick up the check, he had written the check for $344. I was confused that he had given me a check $72 short. He wrote me a letter and explained that he depreciated the cost of my pants. If they lose your clothes, they use a depreciation chart to determine the value. After I received the check, I asked again for Steve to call me, he never did! I am extremely disappointed about the lack of customer service and follow up from this business. read more
