Staff remembered and called me by my name on my second visit. 2. Free pick up and delivery. 3. They actually re-button collars and sleeves (the other button near elbow on more formal shirts) 4. Replace missing buttons. Shirt came home with a note and at first I thought it was to let me know that a button was missing, but instead it was to let me know a button was replaced. 5. Anything found in pockets or the metal tabs that hold down shirt collars are placed in a little bag and sent back with your clothes. 6. Competitive pricing! Highly recommend them!

So, personally this dry cleaner i have supported for almost 5 years, understanding alteration is needed if my clothing is damaged PRIOR the service from my, or other actions.
