This was after I had inquired about them three times over the course of the year, only to be repeatedly told they never had my dress pants. Now, a year later, they inform me that the pants are ready for pickup, along with the other items I dropped off just a week ago. I expected to be greeted with empathy, an apology for their mistake, and perhaps even a gesture of goodwill by waiving the charge for the pants they had misplaced and insisted they never had. Instead, when I entered the business, there was no friendly greeting, which was disappointing but unsurprising given the employees' strictly business-like approach. I mentioned the call about the pants they accused me of not dropping off, only to suddenly find them after my third inquiry. I then asked if I still needed to pay, considering they had temporarily lost the item. It's just $3 we're talking about, but good customer service would have included an apology and accountability for their mistake. Instead, the young man behind the counter simply stated, "You still have to pay for it." So, I did--but at least acknowledge the error. If you're looking for good customer service, you won't find it here. And based on some reviews, their quality doesn't back up their "business-like mindset" either. With so many other dry cleaning services available, there's no need to bother with this place.

I returned five days later to pick them up and immediately noticed that several of my cream-colored covers had a red/pink tint to them. When I brought this to the owner's attention, she said she didn't know how it happened and offered me a discount. After I paid, I explained that the covers still needed to be fixed since they had been damaged during cleaning. She then told me that because she had given me a discount, I had essentially accepted the mistake. I disagreed, as these covers are very expensive and should have been cleaned properly the first time. She set aside seven damaged covers and told me they would be ready in three days. She also stated that if she was able to fix them, I would need to pay the difference from the original price because she corrected the issue. I explained that I should not be charged extra to fix a mistake that occurred during the original service. When I returned, the discoloration had been corrected, but the covers had not been pressed. I was told to come back the next day after 5 PM. When I arrived at 5:45 PM, I was told they still weren't ready because they were busy and to return in 30 minutes. After waiting, four of the seven covers were still not properly pressed and remained very wrinkled. Although she offered to press them again, I declined because I was tired of making repeated trips. The most frustrating part of this experience was the lack of accountability and customer service. At no point did the owner apologize for damaging my items or for the multiple delays. Instead, I was made to feel as though I was inconveniencing her by asking her to correct mistakes that should never have happened in the first place. While the discoloration was eventually fixed, the entire process was stressful, time-consuming, and handled unprofessionally. And tried to make me feel as though she deserved to get paid full price for ruining my covers. Between the damage to my covers, multiple return trips, missed deadlines, and lack of accountability, this was not the level of service I expected. Based on my experience, I would not return.

Although I've been living in this community for the past 11 years, it was my first time using their service. For a first time customer I had an unpleasant experience. I prepaid and after coming to pick the coat up, the stains were still there. The guy said, leave it and let me try it again. I came back the next day and the same. The stains were still there. I informed them that was the reason I brought it in and he refused to give me a refund. His reasoning was that they make it smell nice and can't guarantee to get the stains out. I don't care about the smell nice, I wanted the stains out. They'll never get my business again.

Staff remembered and called me by my name on my second visit. 2. Free pick up and delivery. 3. They actually re-button collars and sleeves (the other button near elbow on more formal shirts) 4. Replace missing buttons. Shirt came home with a note and at first I thought it was to let me know that a button was missing, but instead it was to let me know a button was replaced. 5. Anything found in pockets or the metal tabs that hold down shirt collars are placed in a little bag and sent back with your clothes. 6. Competitive pricing! Highly recommend them!
