Of course it wasn't their cleaning process, where my clothes even SMELLED BURNT FOR A WEEK. They are magically shrinking clothes!  Obviously this owner couldn't care less about his customers or reputation. I sent videos of me trying on the too-small blazer, photos comparing the silk blouse to an identical style/size blouse, demonstrating that it is several sizes smaller. I even said I was willing to try on the blazer for the owner in person! Their response? Radio silence. No call, no text, NO RESPONSE. They haven't even refunded what I paid for their service! I moved to Houston from NYC not too long ago. It is stressful to find professional service providers to trust and this was my first dry cleaning experience here. My trust has been eroded and this has been an incredibly anxiety-provoking experience. I will be filing in small claims court to recover some of the $1000+ that the garments cost me. What a waste of time and energy for everyone.

Easy system that will give you bonuses for spending certain amounts. These machines will allow you to run longer cycles and pay upfront unlike other similar places that just have 1 setting and force you to have to return every 20 mins or so to pay and start another cycle. It is located next to a gas station. Parking is limited, but there are a few extra spaces on the side of the building. To use the machines, you'll need to purchase a card and load money onto it. The card is $1 and can be purchased at the kiosk. You can also use the kiosk to add funds to the card. If you need assistance, there are employees at the counter. They were young, but very polite and helpful. The counter area also had laundry supplies for sale. The heavy duty washers ranged from $8-9. Some of the washers are tall so pouring detergent, fabric softener, etc. into the compartment may be difficult if you're short. I didn't realize it until after the fact, but they have step ladders that you can use if you need a boost. The employees were using them to clean the tops of the machines. They have lots of rolling carts which came in handy. They even had some laundry baskets for customer use. The laundromat is quite spacious and there's plenty of seating. They offer free water and have vending machines too (or you can grab a snack at the convenient store next door). If you need the WiFi password, just ask one of the employees. I noticed a TV in the middle of the room, but it was muted. There's also a few video poker machines. The name says it all. Spotless Washateria is truly spotless. Employees were cleaning machines, mopping floors, wiping down the folding tables, etc. on a regular basis. I'll definitely return the next time I need to do heavy duty laundry.

The bigger washers start at $8.75 for a regular wash and go to $9.55 if you want to add an extra wash. The regular size washers are $6.75, the bigger dryers are $2.10, and the regular dryers are $1.60. You need to load up a laundry card to get the machines to work, but it's super convenient that you don't need quarters. You can pay with Apple Pay/card, EBT, or cash. Note that it's $1 for the card (I think). They also have a bill breaker. I would definitely recommend it here!
