These other locations I have used multiple times over the years because I lived in the area. The location at Rayford and 45 and the New Caney location. They are a little more expensive than others, but the clothes actually smell clean that just a typical dry cleaner. All my clothes are dry clean only. I would stay FAR AWAY from the Magnolia location by the Home Depot off 1488. They have damaged SEVERAL of my shirts and they are not cheap shirts. We are talking $250 per shirt; they break all the buttons and chip them where they break. I took a brand-new shirt to them, straight out of the package to the Magnolia location. It came back with only 3 buttons on it. No exaggeration. This location seems good so far, but I will never go back to Magnolia location. I am waiting to meet with their manager about all my damaged shirts once she is back from vacation. I will update once I get a resolution.

It's been almost 3 months, the manager Han now dodges her calls and refuses to refund her money, won't give her the owners information BUT GAVE HER THE CUSTOMERS NAME AND PHONE NUMBER so she could contact him herself. So if you value your clothing, and your privacy, this is not the shop to patronize.
