The place was really clean. He was actually cleaning when I was there. There is no trash on the floor anywhere all the areas that you would fold. Your clothes are clean all the pressing machine was clean. I didn't know that they had that that was cool. There was clean seating, clean vending machines and also I didn't know that you needed one of those cards to pay for that either I was trying to use my debit card. I'm like why is it not working? The staff is very nice. The area where he sits with the soap and everything behind him which I wish I knew that they had that there because I had to go into the dollar tree to get some soap, but that is very convenient. I love that there is nothing wrong with the place at all. Also paying 2.50 to use the washing machine then paying 2.50 to use the dryer is not a lot since you're literally going there to use. It is a clean place. It's convenient.

I have used their machines and washed these items myself and also had them do the washing and drying. I cannot say enough nice things about this business! The service, cleanliness, friendliness of the staff, and quality of the cleaning is top shelf. Their prices are also amazing! For example, I took my 9x12 Ruggable rug in on 06/08/2026 to have them wash and dry it and it was only $30 + tax. The rug was ready the next day and it looked fabulous and smelled amazing. These other locations I have used multiple times over the years because I lived in the area. The location at Rayford and 45 and the New Caney location. They are a little more expensive than others, but the clothes actually smell clean that just a typical dry cleaner. All my clothes are dry clean only. I would stay FAR AWAY from the Magnolia location by the Home Depot off 1488. They have damaged SEVERAL of my shirts and they are not cheap shirts. We are talking $250 per shirt; they break all the buttons and chip them where they break. I took a brand-new shirt to them, straight out of the package to the Magnolia location. It came back with only 3 buttons on it. No exaggeration. This location seems good so far, but I will never go back to Magnolia location. I am waiting to meet with their manager about all my damaged shirts once she is back from vacation. I will update once I get a resolution.

It was my first time ever using a laundromat, and the woman working there, along with who I believe was the store manager, were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. They took the time to explain how to use the machines, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was taken care of. My clothes came out clean, and I have nothing but positive things to say about the staff. Unfortunately, the surrounding area completely changed the experience for me. I only drove out of my way to come here because of the great reviews, but I did not feel safe at all. There was police activity in the parking lot while I was there, several homeless individuals were approaching people, and the overall environment felt very uncomfortable. As someone who wasn't familiar with the area, I was constantly looking over my shoulder and couldn't relax while waiting for my laundry. The employees deserve 5 stars because they were wonderful, but the location itself made this a 2-star experience for me. If you decide to come here, I'd recommend going during the daytime, being aware of your surroundings, and not leaving your belongings unattended.

Even the restrooms were spotless, which is not always the case at laundromats. I really liked the card system where you load your money onto a card. I had actually put money on my card back in December when our washing machine broke down, and the remaining balance was still there waiting for me. The owner was there and very cordial, which made the experience even nicer. I washed three blankets (including a comforter and a king size blanket) along with three house rugs, and I spent less than $13 total. Very reasonably priced for commercial size machines. This is definitely a great place for washing those extra large items you don't want to put in your regular household washer and dryer. Highly recommend.
