I brought in 1 long dress, 1 mid length dress, and a 3 piece suit, with the intention of using a coupon. My original first impression was good, no complaints. I was a first time guess and was aware that they have a 25% off coupon for first time guests so I wanted to take the opportunity to use it, I made it clear I was a new customer in case my questions didn't give it away. The lady at the front desk answered all my questions and I was satisfied, so I left. Then about 10 minutes later I get a call from the same lady, The lady hardly spoke any English so I tried to understand her through a thick accent over a phone. Nothing is wrong with that at all, but what the lady was saying was NOT making sense. She accused me of not being a first time guest and said I already have an account there and that I couldn't get the discount. I was obviously confused, because I have a very unique first and last name and I live at the apartments down the street that work with this company. So I asked, how was I not a new customer and how do you have an account already? She answered me by saying my account is under my mother in laws name, at this I was very confused and not understanding how they could even say that if I do not live with her and am an entirely different individual and household. I explained that to her and she asked me to explain why my name and her name was on the account. (Lady... we share the same last name, that's all!) Now I'm frustrated cause I have to repeat myself to this person that already has her mind made up. I told her I am a NEW CUSTOMER, I shouldn't be attached to some other persons account, period! And she ended the phone call with 'I'll talk to my manager and see what they can do'. So my husband picked up the clothes the next day cause they never contacted me that the clothes were even ready like the lady told me they would when I literally asked when they'd be ready. So the person at the desk when my husband picked up the clothes said that they applied the discount, my husband was skeptical but went with it. He showed me the receipt and sure enough... we paid the full price! I'm very disappointed with this experience and will never be returning to this specific location.

Besides, they are conveniently close to my home and they have a rewards points system that really comes in handy. You get holes punched for every $10 you spend. Once your card is full, you get $10 off. I go there A LOT. This is a great system for me. I also take my king size comforters there to be cleaned and they do a fine job.
