I wish I could give this place 5 stars because for the most part I am happy with their service. The only reason I'm holding back is because a couple of times I received shirts back from them with small tears and pants with the hem loose. And this has happened maybe less than five times out of hundreds of times that I have clothes dry cleaned so it's not enough to stop going to them for my dry cleaning needs. Besides, they are conveniently close to my home and they have a rewards points system that really comes in handy. You get holes punched for every $10 you spend. Once your card is full, you get $10 off. I go there A LOT. This is a great system for me. I also take my king size comforters there to be cleaned and they do a fine job. I see on their window that they offer free dry cleaning to people who are going on job interviews (or something like that). All the workers are quick and courteous as well. read more

Ricky and his team used to be good up until about two years ago. I started noticing small tears in my pants. There's a woman there that goes by the name Miriam she has blonde hair. She is extremely rude to me Anytime I speak to her about repairs due to their neglect. I've had to resort to speaking to any other employee anytime I'm there. I was really initially impressed until this cleaners started changing the prices for the service. When questioned the manager/owner said "people don't normally question the prices, customers pay and keep going." So maybe I was the 1st person to ask why this particular item was priced less previously. Customers beware! Take note of your receipts if you choose to utilize this service! read more

If I could give a negative star, I would. My first time EVER using a dry cleaner. I picked up my clothing on Tuesday. They offer a same day service. I was told at my pick up a shirt needed a "re-do" and it would be available for pick up at 5 pm that same Tuesday. I went in this morning, Wednesday just to find out the shirt cannot he found. What?!? Literally a T shirt. I cannot imagine brining my expensive dresses here to be dry cleaned just to have them disappear! Do they still make Dryell? I'm at a loss. Oh, and of course I prepaid for my clothing which was close to 75 bucks. I was a first time customer too! Stay away!!!! read more

SIMPLY DREADFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE (copied from my review on Google) I went in to collect my shoes earlier this week, on Friday, after I was told the previous week when I dropped them off that they would be ready on Thursday. They checked my ticket in the computer, frowned and asked, "did someone call you?". I said no, but I was told they'd be ready on Thursday. They raised their voice and said, "Someone needs to call you, that's how it works." I told them that I wasn't told that, I was told Thursday. They said they had a 10 day policy. I repeated that I wasn't told that, I was told Thursday. They said, "Oh no, it's 10 days, that's how long it takes". I asked why I was told Thursday, and even pointed out who told me Thursday. I also pointed at the ticket which said the shoes would be ready to collect LAST SATURDAY, and asked how I was supposed to know it was 10 days. No apology, just lectured me in a loud voice about "10 days". I told her to stop yelling at me, and she denied that she was. I told them that my wife needs the shoes for the weekend, and that I can't wait 10 days. I only dropped them off there because they said Thursday. No response. I asked for the shoes back anyway, they apparently didn't have them. I didn't give permission to take my shoes elsewhere, nor was I told that would be the case. So I couldn't even get the still broken shoes back so my wife can wear them without the heel repair. I asked if they would make things right in any way for the inconvenience, because I don't want to have to come in twice. I was snidely told that I could wait in the store all day. Such a facetious response when I hadn't done anything wrong was very rude and completely out of order. Still no apology. I demanded that the manager call me (something I had to insist upon on multiple occasions, since someone else called me back to start with). He was polite and conciliatory when he called, apologized, made special arrangements to ensure the shoes were there and offered 20% off for my trouble ($4) and promised to speak to the rude employee. Essentially the manager handled things right... but it should never have gotten to that point. The shoe repair was adequate (the heel stoppers weren't a great fit for the shoes), but I'll never be going back there. Terrible mistake going to this place ! I asked what the charge was for my items before dropping it off . I had a thin netted cover up A thin light weight cover up . I was charged for a "Thick Sweater cardigan" and the netted piece I was charged for a robe. When I dropped off the clothes I specifically asked the price . She quoted 1.79 for the tops and they charged me 4 for each shirt .When I picked up the clothes She said that's for men's shirts. I said I don't have any men's clothes . Next the girl gave me multiple receipts as if I brought the clothes at different times. I had to pay sale taxes and environmental fees four times. I thought maybe for the cost my clothes will be done correctly and cleaned. Boy was I wrong, they really didn't do a good job on my clothing for the prices there are charging. I won't ever come here again. I lost my job and have been looking for a job ever since. They have a sign on the front door the clearly states. If you are unemployed and need a clean outfit for an interview we will clean it for free. I finally get an interview. So I drop off 3 shirts and a sports jacket to get cleaned. I come back to pick up by jacket and have to literally beg them to give me my jacket for my interview. The worst customer service in cypress, tx better yet in all of Houston. read more

Had too many issues with damaged shirts and other garments by family members. They only offer a very limited replacement value based on the cost of the dry cleaning NOT THE VALUE of your garment or item cleaned. I just talked to the manager today to verify the policy (it was 10+years ago I stopped using them) is still the same, he told me it was 2X the cost of the dry cleaning. So a dress shirt that cost $2.00 for cleaning gets a replacement value of $4.00. Not good by my standards. They are cleaners that offer replacement value for items damaged that are reasonable, please ask your cleaner the policy BEFORE you use them. read more

Wish I could give then no stars. I was looking for a new cleaner near my home so I brought only a silk blouse and pashmina to be cleaned. I'm so glad that's all I brought. They didn't clean them and I pointed out stains that only seemed to have been ironed over. When I dropped off my down king size comforter I had it in a nice storage bag container. I asked the young lady working there if the comforter could be placed back in that bag container and not one of theirs. She told me it could be. Today I go to pick up my comforter and it was in one of their cheap bags. I asked to get mine back, the lady said she would look around for it. I left. I called later to let them know I would be stopping by again to get my bag. When I come back I'm informed by a gentleman that they can't find the bag and "bags are not our responsibility". If the first employee told me that I would have NEVER left my nice storage container with them obviously and if I hadn't ASKED when dropped off I would have understood. I pointed out that his employee told me that I could leave the storage bag item and it would come back to me. His reply was "if we find it we will call you", and then when I asked what happens if they can't find it? I again got "its not our responsibility, we are responsible for the clothes only". No where on their website is this policy posted, nor is it posted anywhere visible from the drive in. And if this is actually the policy that's fine, but his employee flat out told me I could and should be held responsible for that. No offer was made at all to replace the bag, discount or anything. But the thing that makes me most upset and why I'm sharing this publicly is because at no time did any of the three employees I talked to when I went to pick up, called and came back ever said "i'm sorry". They all acted like I was just wasting their time and not even slightly concerned with their customer service. They got 2 stars because my comforter was wash well and done on time. I've been coming to them for a few years, and today I had the worst experience ever by their manager. I've always used their drive thru! More practical and I don't have to get off my car. Which means I've never stepped a foot inside their building. Recently I took a few pieces there including a Marino Wool sweater, that I recently was going to wear with an photo shoot outfit. This item was damaged by the Dry Cleaners, it had holes on both sleeves, around my left shoulder and all over the bottom of the sweater front and back. I went in hopping that it would be an easy fix, since most of the staff is very friendly. But the manager proceed to say it wasn't their fault, I was off by a few days to their policy which I was never aware of it! At he moment it infuriate me with his reply and how easy he washed his hands of this situation, but I truly feel disappointed. I work with customer service and if I looked at a clients profile and see the consistence of his/her business I would do my best to solve the problem.
