The guy that worked there said he's been working there for 17 years, but couldn't give me a refund or ensure he would actually clean it again until he talked to the owner. He wasn't friendly about it either. He said it might be Monday before he could talk to the owner, but he couldn't guarantee anything, so I chose not to leave it there. He wouldn't give me the owners name or number either. It was very bizarre. Basically just stole $27 from me.

I explained that the original zipper was small and discreet, and it needed to match. The woman working there dismissed my concern, telling me, "I know, shes a professional." When I picked it up again, the new zipper was huge, completely wrong for the dress, and looked ridiculous. They again promised to fix it.
