This dress has to be dry clean and I don't know what they did to it. It had large silver studs like the picture below and was returned without them. Now is a simple black dress with marks where the studs were. Awful place! They don't care about your garments and will not stand behind their services. Response to the managers false comment; All one has to do is look at your reviews. You are supposed the be the experts. If the garment says dry clean only, all we know is to have it dry cleaned. At some point, the dry cleaner must flag garments they know could be an issue and let the customer know. This didn't happen because you are not an expert and you run a very bad dry cleaning service. You claim we cursed. What really happened was, when we realized this place would not take responsibility, my husband said let's just leave, this place is trash. The manager responded "you're trash mother f****r" as we left. In the end, everyone has to decide whether to trust this place with their garments or not. We never asked you to replace the dress or give us anything. We just wanted to know why something like this can happen and how to prevent it in the future. This review is just to help others decide whether to use your services because we've already decided.

After a drizzly day of walking around an island and buildings made of stone centuries ago, my dress was stained beyond anything I expected. My photographer was kind of enough to bring the dress back to the states while my husband and I honeymooned in Europe. When I returned, 2 weeks later, I grabbed the suitcase from him and went directly to Lynda to get it cleaned before our U.S. reception. When we opened the case, the smell of mold came wafting out. The dress was actually still wet after two weeks. I asked her to just do whatever she could do and was preparing myself for my dress never being the same. Then I went to pick it up and was greeted with a dress that looked the exact same as when I picked it up from the designer. I was ecstatic. Lynda worked a miracle with this.
