Steer clear of this place. Extremely disappointing experience. I brought in 8 curtains for dry cleaning. When I came to pick them up, the manager demanded payment before retrieving my items. After payment, he brought out two bundles and insisted they included all 8 pieces. I immediately noticed only 4 were present. He denied anything was missing until I showed him the original ticket clearly stating 8 items. Only then did he search and "find" the missing curtains. Worse, one curtain was visibly torn. When I pointed this out, he brushed it off as "fading" and refused to acknowledge the damage, even after I showed the obvious tear. He then ignored me entirely and turned his attention to other customers--no apology, no accountability. My first and last visit I found the employed , an old woman, sleeping in the floor behind the desk. I have to write my name and phone number in a piece of paper. This place is so horrible it's actually quite amazing.. -First time I go there, I see a sign (back in 30 minutes on a break) - I come back and go in, super warm in there, already seeing red flags, seems very shady. I go ahead drop off my 11 items. ... this is where it really turns into hell... I come back in two days to pick up my items. I walk in and it's a heavy set Nigerian woman listening to very loud Nigerian news channel. She did not pause or turn down the volume the whole time I was there. I handed her my ticket and she was having trouble finding my stuff; I told her politely like 3 times "ma'am it's right there, you keep passing it up" (again, I'm trying to communicate over the loud tv she has). She finally has it, great, I'm thrilled... the. She says that will be $86.00.... I was like "that's impossible!" I explained, very calmly, even though I was irate... It says right here the cost ma'am ($40.75). She had no interest in trying to help me.. She said "no, you go, come back later" I explained I need these items now, could you please walk over and look at ticket. (Keep in mind, I am the only person in there, no line; no other customers (not surprised)) She then says you must have had an alteration done. I explained; no I did not, just laundry. Again.. blaring Nigerian news on; that she obviously wanted to get back to watching. She finally took the 2 seconds and looked at the ticket on laundry.. after several minutes of pleading my case that someone made an error, she finally let me pay the $40.75. I am convinced this place is run by crooks or that this place some kind of front for money laundering. Am I allowed to choose 0 stars? This place is horrible. I was asked to write down my name and number on a ripped piece of paper. I brought in 7 shirts. I had to ask repeatedly for a ticket to claim the clothes I was dropping off. I was not given a price. The older women in the front told me I would get a fair price tomorrow. No. I asked her about three more times repeating that I needed the price right now and she decided she was charging me $149 for 7 SHIRTS no alterations nothing. And she was angry with me for taking my clothes back. Never ever going here. Glad I didn't even try this place after reading all these reviews. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. First off I called this location on July 17th to get a quote on how much it would cost to get a zipper fixed on my couch cusion. The guy who answered the phone told me to bring it in because the manager wasn't in. I then took my item to the location on the 18th and was told again that whom ever the manager was want in and he would call me with a price. I ended up receiving a call on 21st telling me it would be $13.00 I said Ok and was told again that I would receive a call once my item was ready. I wanted a few days because I was in the process of moving I called them on the 28th and nobody answered. I ended up going to the location on the 29th to pickup my item the lady told me the price and asked me for my payment. I told her to let me check my item first. After checking my item I noticed that the zipper was never fixed. She said that the item was dry cleaned. I told her that I requested an alteration when I dropped the item off so what happened. She started to suck her teeth and speak in whatever her native language is. I told her if she had a problem with what I asked for or couldn't do it then she should of told me. I mean she did have my item for almost two weeks. She stated that I never asked for the zipper to be fixed. I told her that I spoke with the gentleman and told him exactly what I needed and that I never spoke to her because she wasnt available. She again started to mumble stuff in her native Tongue. I asked her if she was able to fix the zipper or not? She again said I never asked for that service. At this point I just took my item and left the store. This place must be under new ownership/management. I came here for 18 months with 0 issues. The last dropoff/pickup -- Nobody was even in the facility, they were either dropping off clothes or at the Shell station getting snacks next door. Also the quality of the cleaning, services and turn-around has been awful. Personally, I believe this place was bought out with a 20% price increase. Today is the last time I ever go here. read more
