UR Cleaners was their primary Cleaners and I tried them out. I have to say they did an amazing job from the first time I used them. I loved their staff and service AND I can say that they are about 40% cheaper than other companies in the Houston area close to Downtown Houston. However, that does not mean that they sacrifice service or how they treat customers! They have created an amazing model of having GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE & DO AMAZING WORK...ALL WHILE HAVING THE BEST PRICES FOR CLEANING AND SERVICES IN HOUSTON! Honestly, that is a combination that you can not beat! One of their main guys is IYOLA who is hands down one of the best in Houston with attention to every detail and customer service! I got the pleasure of getting to know IYOLA while living at The Sovereign a few years ago. He went so above and beyond that I was amazed at his genuine loyalty and concern for my situation. It was during the Superbowl, and he noticed that I was in the lobby very upset because Papa Johns Pizza (off Montrose Blvd & Westheimer) which is the WORST Papa Johns in Houston... messed up my pizza order and after 4 hours of never delivering my pizza I was fed up. IYOLA was dropping off a bunch of residents cleaning from UR Cleaners and offered to drive me up to Papa Johns and get my pizza or take me to the store to get a frozen pizza. WOW!!! NOW That's customer service!!! He explained that customer service is the FOUNDATION of a company and that is what IYOLA strongly believes in and how UR CLEANERS run their business. I am now living at the amazing new Highrise in Houston (Aris Market Square) which was just finished being built in May 2018. I moved into ARIS in January 2018 and I made sure the first thing I did was to talk to the Aris staff about getting IYOLA and UR Cleaners as the primary cleaners for the luxury highrise. The ARIS staff told me they loved how amazing IYOLA was with customers, their unbeatable prices, and their 24/7 customer service. Aris recently just finished building the highrise and as it is filling up with residents, more and more residents are appreciating and seeing the benefits of using UR Cleaners and having IYOLA on their side who makes sure to GO ABOVE & BEYOND for anybody! I am very picky and extremely detailed with my clothes as many of my clothing is custom and I take pride in having great fashion! IYOLA with UR Cleaners has always taken very important care of cleaning my clothes and even calls me if they have any questions or suggestions on cleaning of my clothing. I have now used UR Cleaners for the past 4 years and will NEVER use any other company due to IYOLA and the detail to cleaning UR Cleaners provides! If you take too long with your transaction then the machine will literally eat your money and keep it. And there is no way of getting it back unless there's an attendant here. Restrooms are always up to par. I've never seen lingering lint, nor trash sitting around. This surprised me as it is a laundromat that quickly accumulates lent/dust. Second, the customer service is very well respectful and rounded. I was honestly a little lost the very first time coming in as I brought a bag of quarters. The facility is conveniently ran off of a card system, meaning, you add your needed amount directly onto a Laundry card from your debit/credit card. This made me feel safe and more aware of what was being spent. My very first visit someone walked me through every step to ensure I fully understood what I was doing. This was a nice start off. I had a small issue previously, called the facility at 06:00AM (when I noticed the issue), and the owner respectfully answered. I was calling to leave a message due to the early call, but to my surprise, the owner answered and handled my minor issue immediately. Nice and friendly service. I always feel welcomed and safe.
