Can i give this place a 0? My cashmere scarf was ruined (it costed over 1k).They provided drop off service to my apartment complex so I used them. The scarf, along with many of my winter coats, were sent for cleaning so I could store them for the next winter. I grabbed all of them together and put them away for storage. However when I open the my scarf in the next fall, it looks like they dumped my scarf in the washer, and may have washed it with dark color jeans or something because it did not look like the scarf I bought! Im sorry i thought I paid the price for professional DRY clean. The edge of the scarf looked like bitten by some rats. I was horrified and couldn't stop crying. I moved away during this that summer so I couldn't find any receipt but the experience was horrible. Not sure what they did but I am never ever going back again. read more

I was first introduced to UR Cleaners about 4 years ago when I moved to the River Oaks area close to downtown Houston and moved into The Sovereign at Regent Square (A Highrise built in 2014). UR Cleaners was their primary Cleaners and I tried them out. I have to say they did an amazing job from the first time I used them. I loved their staff and service AND I can say that they are about 40% cheaper than other companies in the Houston area close to Downtown Houston. However, that does not mean that they sacrifice service or how they treat customers! They have created an amazing model of having GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE & DO AMAZING WORK...ALL WHILE HAVING THE BEST PRICES FOR CLEANING AND SERVICES IN HOUSTON! Honestly, that is a combination that you can not beat! One of their main guys is IYOLA who is hands down one of the best in Houston with attention to every detail and customer service! I got the pleasure of getting to know IYOLA while living at The Sovereign a few years ago. He went so above and beyond that I was amazed at his genuine loyalty and concern for my situation. I moved into ARIS in January 2018 and I made sure the first thing I did was to talk to the Aris staff about getting IYOLA and UR Cleaners as the primary cleaners for the luxury highrise. The ARIS staff told me they loved how amazing IYOLA was with customers, their unbeatable prices, and their 24/7 customer service. Aris recently just finished building the highrise and as it is filling up with residents, more and more residents are appreciating and seeing the benefits of using UR Cleaners and having IYOLA on their side who makes sure to GO ABOVE & BEYOND for anybody! I am very picky and extremely detailed with my clothes as many of my clothing is custom and I take pride in having great fashion!
