The slice was fantastic, really impressive. It was a nice size, with a very thin, crispy dough that wasn't too crunchy, more like a perfect balance. The sauce was incredible, sweet and savory, similar to marinara but elevated. The cheese was super high quality, making it a simple yet exceptional slice. Every ingredient was top-notch, contributing to an overall outstanding experience.

Nestled between the bagel place and the liquor store, espresso pizza has an easy to miss but classic and nostalgic store front. Quiet and not many tables, there wasn't a ton of variety available when I stopped in on a Monday afternoon. But the quality speaks for itself. Thin slice with a beautiful soft crunch. I thank god every day I don't have a gluten allergy. Margherita is the way to go!

You can't go wrong here. The pizza is delicious. The owner is no nonsense and friendly. The service is lightning fast and efficient. Location is great to ride by the bridge. I'll be back

This pizzeria looks like your typical old school one. However, their slices are delicious. When I bit into it, the cheese was stringing. This was the second stop on the pizza crawl and it was liked by 15 of us. Trivia: Saturday Night Fever was filmed outside this pizzeria.

Blink and you'll miss it, but Espresso has become our go to pizza place. Whether we pick up a whole pie or just a few slices, we're never disappointed. I absolutely love their Margherita slice! I also appreciate that even when we get a deluxe pie (hubby's favorite) the crust is always crispy and delicious, never soggy which often happens with a well loaded pizza. Staff is friendly and efficient and I've never waited more than 20 minutes when I've ordered for pick up.

Pizza has a great flavor but the slice is so thin that two slices equals one. Very unsatisfying.

I also consider myself a pizza connoisseur, next to ribeyes, barbecue and key lime pie, I'm probably saying my fourth is pizza. It's totally different than Chicago pizza, and I think it's because of the water I really do!!! What separates pizza places are either the ingredients, or in this place, what separates them is their crust. They make everything fresh right in front of you, pictures are below. Jennie took our order and she walked us through the menu. We ended up getting a big margherita pizza. My son got the 2 tomato slices, he isn't a big cheese fan. My wife got pepperoni, they have beef pepperoni or pork pepperoni. Mikey Love was really cool he came out and greeted me. My kids got a drink, and then guess what, their gelato was actually top tier. I went for pizza and found out the Geloto was was awesome. You go to a pizza place and then get gelato. They had vanilla and watermelon, it was so good. I got some for my daughter, I tasted it, and one of my self them one of my sons wanted some as well. Bernadette was making them and having a great time. So, eating at this restaurant before the Bruce Springsteen concert, the other night was a thrill. Ate with lifelong friends. Lots of seafood and the pasta was fantastic! Nice bottle of wine at a reasonable price. Good service. Not sure what the menu currently says, but the menu from just 3 months ago said it's 18% for a party under 6. Maybe they've changed it. Not sure. This is the first restaurant we've been to with 20% auto gratuity for a party under 6. But the borderline dishonest part is that the check that you sign tells you in tiny letters that tip was already added, but has huge font for additional tip and written out tip calculations, so it is very easy to tip 40% without noticing. Sometimes I do tip extra generously, but I don't want to feel like I was tricked into doing it! Looking thru reviews here, I see other people also experienced this, including people in small parties who were locked into the 20% when it should have definitely been 18%. :/ So close to a good experience, but ruined by tricksy billing.
