Another Erewhon opening and having one in Glendale was a big move! This location is right by the freeway and they have their own parking lot. I came early so it wasn't packed. The inside is spacious and gorgeous. I picked up some yogurt and their strawberry glaze smoothie (my fav) and service was quick and workers are all friendly.

Welcome to Glendale Erewhon. What a beautiful store it turned out. I watched it being remodeled from a hardware store to this for the last couple of months. Erewhon carries high quality products and is know for its delicious smoothies. It's also known for its high prices in pretty much everything sold here..... ....I love eating here because their hot food bar is amazing. Clean organic and super delicious. Food price is on the higher side but you are paying for quality. No seeds oils or artificial flavors etc.... The coffee bar and the bakery is pretty good too. Quality and unmatched taste. Now let's go check this place out. I will start with an iced coffee drink then walk my way through the store to see if they have any specials since it's opening day. Overall it's very exciting to have an Erewhon in Glendale. ...parking can be challenging I can already see.

"I've been waiting such a long time, for today" do you know these lyrics? Look them up for a nice retro song! I've been a patron of this location since the Virgil's days. We would get our eggs here among other sundries. Erewhon Glendale has the same UP vibe. Although it's a generational difference, before pick up truck and station wagons would pepper the parking lot. Now there are Maserati SUVs, Defenders, Lucids, Teslas and Rivians, mostly motored by extraordinarily regime fit bodies clad in alō, lulu, or some other scantily clad second skin exercise wear B-lining for designer hydration! I was lucky to get street parking and avoid the mayhem of the beeping horns seeking access for opening day. I rolled in at 1:30 and it was PACKED. The gentleman at the door said the crowd had thinned out and I arrived at a good time! What? Staff and patrons were courteous vibing with the grand opening energy. I sampled Harry's Strawberries. They are perfection at $22 a package. A decade ago they were $8 at the Hollywood Farmers Market, which seemed like a lot back then. There are many Erewhon branded products on all the end caps of each aisle. And if you're into graphic art, check out the artistry on the sardine aisle cans. Will come back again, maybe when the store opens at 7am on a weekday to have breakfast. Today was a bit too vibrant and the lines too long. Worth checking out!

This Erewhon is so easy to find, ambience is friendly and parking is always a breeze. I love coming here to grab a smoothie from the tonic bar and to pick up cheeses for a charcuterie board. The service is always friendly, too. A great spot!

Because of the prices it's probably like a 3.5 but this one was pleasantly surprising. It's also extremely new, openly on Wednesday is what an employee told me! It's extremely nice and clean, modern. The staff is super friendly. The pizzas are actually really tasty and not as crazy expensive as everything else. The smoothies aren't that good and are very overpriced so save your money. Parking is crazy right now and it seems like an overwhelming amount of people but they handle the crowd well and it goes pretty quick.

I ordered a tote bag from Erewhon that arrived with visible bleach stains. When I contacted customer service to report the damage, I was told that what I was seeing was simply a 'natural variation in the canvas,' which was completely false and frankly insulting. Rather than acknowledging the defective item, they doubled down, insisted all sales were final, and made it clear they had no intention of helping me. After five attempts to get any form of resolution, I was essentially told I was stuck with a damaged product. It was only after I threatened to write a review that they offered an exchange, which I declined. At that point, a refund was the only acceptable resolution given the experience I had been put through. For a brand that charges premium prices and markets itself as a luxury experience, the customer service protocols and quality assurance are appalling. Being gaslit over an obvious defect on a $160 item is not the standard I expected from Erewhon. Buyer beware, if your order arrives damaged, don't expect them to take responsibility.

Dropped by for their Kale Salad and was also able to grab their Avo Club Sammie thanks to a very helpful Erewhon extraordinare who had it made on the spot!! Everything we got there was delicious The vibe at this location is more down-to-earth and unpretentious than expected, very pleasant atmosphere maybe because of the everyday normal people vs celebrities, lol Definitely something for everyone, even kids learning to eat their veggies Highly recommend

It was newly opened when I went on Memorial Day. I just thought to check it out . My daughter asked for strawberry smoothie $21.00 I didn't try it . She said it was good.

From what I could see, they have syrups made in house! Absolutely delicious! We tried the hot cardamom late and the hot banana cookie butter late. Both very good. We tried their loaded crispy potatoes, love boat, and the Orange Cream French Toast Banana Bake (needed more orange). All were very good. They are nice and welcoming as well. Parking may be the only downside but they have metered parking and there is street or lot parking nearby, so shouldn't really be an issue. Food: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Ambiance: 5/5

The tables inside and outside are reserved for customers dining in, which made it nice for this visit since we ordered some food to try out. They had a pretty good menu with plenty of food and specialty coffee/matcha drinks to choose from. I ordered the McGriddle Sandwich and the Pistachio latte and my friend ordered the Breakfast Chorizo Burrito and the Strawberry Matcha. We agreed the food and drinks were very delicious, but both of us wanted just a little bit bigger cups to enjoy more of our drinks. The line to order went pretty quickly, however, the wait to get the coffee and food took a little longer than expected. We assumed the team was a little short staffed that day, but regardless, they were working hard to get the food and drinks out as quickly as possible. If back in the area, would definitely check out again!

Unfortunately, the experience has been consistently disappointing. Walking into a coffee shop should feel welcoming. Instead, most visits feel cold and uncomfortable. There is rarely a hello, welcome, smile, or thank you from the staff. The overall attitude often feels bothered or uninterested, almost like customers are an inconvenience rather than appreciated guests. The coffee itself is decent at times, inconsistent at others, but customer service is what keeps people coming back. I truly hope the owner and management take this feedback seriously and focus on creating a more welcoming environment. A simple greeting, smile, and positive attitude go a long way. There are many coffee shops people can choose from, and feeling appreciated matters just as much as the product itself. I wanted to support this business, but after many visits and the same experience over and over again, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

My wife ordered the tiramisu latte and said it was delicious. We also tried the Italian pizza topped with arugula, burrata, and prosciutto. The ingredients tasted fresh and high quality. Personally, there was a little too much arugula for my taste, but it was still really good overall. The absolute star of the meal was the spicy chicken sandwich. One of the owners even came up and told us he eats it every day, and after trying it, I completely understand why. The bread was toasted perfectly, the chicken was tender, juicy, and flavorful, and the melted cheese brought everything together. It reminded me of an amazing buffalo chicken sandwich. Easily the best thing we ordered, and honestly, I'd eat that sandwich every day if I could. We also finished with the bird milk cake, which was really tasty and a great dessert to end the meal!
