The wings came out quick and were steaming hot. My new favorite flavor of all time is the Lemon Buffalo, it's like the best of both works between lemon pepper and honey hot. I give it two stars, not because the pizza was bad, it was actually good…read more I'm confused as to why they shoot themselves in the foot when it comes to the dine-in part. We had six in our party and needed a highchair. Seating was "odd" with the only practical table so big in the corner but not useful because of the way it's arranged. The temperature was 85 inside with only a dirty fan blowing hot air for relief. The bathrooms where closed and a yellow tape kept you from even washing your hands! The employees, (maybe owner and wife?) had nothing to say, no smiles, and little to suggest you matter to them. (This is crucial) When you work very hard to put out a good product and business is good, you get very tired, but don't forget to appreciate your clientele, they also work very hard for the money they're very willing to give you on the other side of your cash register. It works both ways. Cleanliness was just okay, but bordering tattered and dirty! This is also a confusion for me. Re-invest in your atmosphere. It's really not that expensive if you keep up on the little things and not let it become a huge turn off. I would hope this critique would be constructive not a put down. As I mentioned, "the pizza was actually very good", we just live too far for take-out.

Outstanding food and eating-in experience…read more Their KRISPY KRUNCHY FRIED CHICKEN is FAR better, MUCH more highly superior, to any of the other fried chicken chain outlets we've tried before. Cooked just right. Crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. Excellent, fresh flavor! As it is prepared to order, expect about a 15 minute wait time for the chicken... but WELL worth that wait, as it turned out. Fries and Onion Rings sides were PERFECT, and tastier than most. Interesting, varied menu, too! Very generous portions... and the chicken pieces were real, actual sized pieces of chicken... not like the canary-sized tidbits served up by today's fried chicken chain outlets! Although the seating area was VERY small (store front operation,) the facilities were bright, clean and well maintained. The staff was welcoming, patient and most helpful as we worked our way through their surprisingly large, and varied menu! Reasonably priced, too! Overall... a happy find... and now one of our go-to favorites! Just wish they had a LOT more locations closer (to us!) Surprise/Sun City areas would benefit from having closer access to Outta Bronx sandwich/hot dog/wings/Krispy Krunchy chicken locations! I think it would catch on in no-time... assuming today's quality, and value, remained the same, of course. I'm, generally, hard to please... but Outta Bronx/Krispy Krunchy chicken seems to hit it on all cylinders! VERY pleased. Mark us down as huge fans!

The strawberry milkshake was honestly the only good thing I ordered. Everything else was extremely…read moredisappointing. I paid $23 and some change for the two items; the milkshake and the boneless fries, and the amount of food I received was honestly a joke. The chicken pieces were extremely small, almost the size of popcorn chicken, and there were barely any fries. The fries were also hard and overcooked. What made the experience even worse was the customer service. I went to the girl at the counter and explained that I was unhappy with the food and portion. Instead of saying something like, "Give me a moment and I'll speak with my manager to see what we can do," she simply asked what was wrong and walked to the back without explaining anything. The young woman in the back, who I assume was the manager, was speaking Spanish and could clearly see what was going on, but she never came out to speak with me or attempt to resolve the situation. She was making faces and communicating through the employee at the counter instead of addressing me directly. It felt like they were passing words back and forth like a telephone rather than actually trying to help a customer. I asked for a refund and was refused without them even making an effort to offer another solution. I was also handed an empty plate in a way that felt like they were making a joke out of the situation. The attitude and facial expressions from the manager were extremely unprofessional and made an already bad experience even worse. I understand that not every customer complaint can result in a refund, but the bare minimum is to listen, communicate respectfully, and make an effort to find a solution. I left feeling completely dismissed. Management seriously needs to address both the portion sizes and customer service at this location because the way this situation was handled was unacceptable.

They have a really good variety of lunch specials at very reasonable prices. The food overall is tasty, but the pizza is definitely the star of the show. Artisan-style, full of flavor, and with a great balance between portion size and quality. The drinks are good too, with plenty of options. The restaurant was clean, including the bathrooms--which, yes, absolutely matters! And whatever you do, save room for dessert. Seriously. It's a great way to finish the meal... even if five minutes earlier you swore you were completely full. Definitely a nice find, and a place I'd visit again.

We opted for the lemon pepper wings; perfectly crispy delicious flavor. The main course we shared the Margherita pizza! OMG, the crust is so light & buttery with fresh mozzarella, not too much sauce. Andrea's service is great, the decor & restaurant is cozy with a warm feeling. If it wasn't for the 13 school staff wanting to split each check & arguing who got what, we could've paid.
