Awesome service! The two brother proprietors replaced my broken iPhone 7 screen in under 30 minutes. We had great conversation while I waited. They were very upfront about using after-market screens which I appreciated. The cost was very reasonable and they even threw in a tempered glass cover for free to reduce the chances of my screen breaking again. Nice service low quality products!!! I came to fix my iPhone's screen, got two options: original screen for 100$ and not original for 80$, I chose the original. The screen replace was quick, after I left I noticed the proximity doesn't work so the screen wont turn off and I press mute with my ear. When I came back the next day, he started to look for the problem eventually told me the he doesn't have parts and he will order one and call me. He never called and now the screen's glass is half disconnected from the base because the it wasn't glued properly. The replacement part are poor quality and far from original!!! read more

I was really happy with Cathy the assistant as she was excellent. She was extreamly knowledgeable about how to fix and upgrade my phone. Friendly, fast and experienced!! I have had the pleasure to have my iPhone screen replaced by them twice now. the 1st time my lcd screen was not functioning after a drop and my after market battery was not working right either. They were able to replace both for a lot cheaper than replacing the phone in 20 min. So naturally when I ended up with a smashed screen it was a no brainer to have them replace it for me, a lot less stressful than doing it yourself. They were done in 10min while I waited. I called to see if they could fix my phone before I brought it in. It took them all of 30 seconds to tell me that fixing my particular phone with my particular problem would cost me far more than it would to just buy a new phone. It was a specific issue with how my phone has to be disassembled that makes things so expensive (so don't assume your phone is beyond fixing.) In any case, their honesty was much appreciated. I just got my Samsung phone and my wife's iphone repaired at Ephone Services. The screen on the iphone was replaced within 30 min (probably less). My Android phone had a bit more extensive damage than I anticipated and new parts had to be ordered. It took a couple of days for the parts to come in, but I now have a nearly new phone. The owner was very efficient in replacing my iphone 6+ cracked screen. It took less than 15 mins and there wasn't any wait. I did notice my phone volume was down after replacing the new screen and had to take it back to the shop.
