My iPhone 4 not returned citing logistics :( I gave phone for repairing a water damage but still in working condition. I went to pick up after I got a call. I lost a small ticket they gave to keep. I was told it was not assembled and to come back later. I was not given another replacement ticket. Unfortunately I couldn't return to collect before 2 months. When I went I was told that there is a policy of dumping the HW if it is not collected within a month and showed me another bigger ticket. My name and phone no was taken down and told will be called if they find the phone. Else, forget about it !!!!!!!!! Waiting for the call. Will update on this later. read more

Dropped my computer and the back shattered. Called around different shops and this place was the most patient, knowledge and offered a great price. They were upfront about the pricing and what the possible outcomes could be. They called to confirm the issue and the pricing. Just out of curiosity I called a couple other shops and there quote was below what others quoted. Most importantly the repair was done quickly and now my computer turns on again. Amazing service! I brought my ipad 2 with a broken screen. Kathy was very friendly and personable. She clearly knew what she was doing, gave me a very in depth explanation of the ipad and what she was going to do (and even indicated what the last person who fixed it did wrong). The crazy thing is when they fixed my screen, the ipad was still defective. Instead of telling me that the issue was not their fault (which it wasnt), the other rep, they spent many days trying to fix it and the other rep, Masoud, guaranteed it would be no charge. When they couldnt fix it, they ended up giving me a partial refund for a problem since the ipad didnt completely work, evne though it wasnt their fault! That's above 5 star. Really disappointed with the repair of my cracked iPhone screen. The first screen they put on was completely dysfunctional. I took it back, and the second screen they put on is misaligned and frequently freezes. It's pretty clear that the use cheap knock off screens. Save yourself the trouble and go to a reputable shop that uses OEM parts. read more

I chose this place randomly because its close to work. I made the best choice. They fixed my home button on my iphone, and i purchased a charger cable. They assured me that if the cable didn't work, they would refund it. It didnt work and they exchanged it for a better quality one at no charge. They also told me my charging port was malfunctioning, and instead of recommending the most costly repair, they made sure to go with the cheapest one, fixing instead of replacing. They also assured me if their fix did not work they would not charge for it. They were very knowledgeable and capable. They know their stuff. They also told me i could get cheaper cables on amazon. Ali is the best! Words cannot describe how much appreciation I have for Ali!! He was first sent to help me as an amazon tech to install a component on my son's computer. The component did not fit, but Ali took the time to talk to my son and show him how to install the product and explained to him what type of unit he needed to make his computer more gaming efficient! Kathy told me she needed 25 minutes to replace my iPhone 6 screen but I think it only took her 15 to 20 minutes. It was really nice to talk to her and maybe that's why I felt the waiting time was short. They also have a 14 days warranty which is nice.
