They said to drop off my phone with them and they would give me a free diagnostic and then would call me with a price quote of the work that needs to be completed. I got a call back less than an hour later with the diagnostic and the pricing was SO GOOD I couldn't help but approve the work. In less than 24 hours my was repaired and I was able to pick it up! My laptop was damaged and i paid good amount of money to get it fixed. Soon after a week it started giving problems again as it was not fixed completely. I was traveling and this faulty repair troubled me a lot. After coming back when I call these folks for repair, they refuse to take a look. Kathy told me that the manager would call back. But i never received any call even after calling them many times. There is no guarantee that your laptop will be fixed after paying so much money. I came across this place after searching on yelp for a iphone repair shop. I needed my iPhone 6 screen to be replaced so I went ahead and gave this place a shot. I arrived and was quickly quoted for the repair and was told that it will take approximately 30 minutes. I stayed around and ten minutes later the phone screen was replaced ready. Highly recommend you Avoid their screens. I used my iphone 5s for 18 months before the screen broke due to a very heavy item falling on it, the original apple glass is pretty resilient. Ephone salesperson talked me into paying $125 to replace the screen, I only agreed to pay a premium because they swore that they use the OEM screens from Apple (which is a blatant lie), and not a cheap knockoff. By mid Jan ephone's $125 "oem" screen completely cracked down the middle , while in my pocket, ridiculous. Went back to replace their cheap quality screen I overpaid for, they still charged another $50 to replace it a second time, still claiming its OEM, still a lie. By mid Feb, the screen is broken again from falling off an 18" coffee table onto a thin rug. Summary, I've spent $175 at ephone over 3 months, still have a broken screen. read more

Be careful when u get service at this place. I had my htc phone screen replaced and they put a wet screen and the guy told me its normal and it will go away in a few days. I took it back to him and he said he will order me a new one but I didn't hear from him. My phone died and I took it in to another shop and they told me the screen has water damage. I got a new screen installed at another place and now my phone works well. I went to get my money back from this place and the guy said I have no cash so come back after 5. I told him I can't come that late but I will come in the morning and he said ok. I went in this morning and a young girl said he is not in and she don't have excess to cash. Then I went back later and he had a hard time giving my money back.but I got my money back and never will I go there again. Bad experience. They sold me what looked like used screen. read more

The place is highly unreliable. I went to them for my laptop repair and they gave me a quote of more than 200$. On asking the details of the bill, the manager told me he could do it for 100$. I wonder they didn't even open my laptop during diagnosis and have me random quote. I paid the money for repair but the laptop still doesn't work. It's like wasting my time and money with them. So I am solely giving this place a review based on their poor inventory management. I stopped by this shop today (Friday) to get my iPhone 5S screen replaced. I was informed they are all out of that screen and won't get any in until Tuesday. Like for real?? I mean aren't these places kind of built around being convenient? I agree wholeheartedly with the other reviews. Masood and "Kathy" were very honest and direct about the both the cost and work involved to repair the broken screen of my daughter's iPhone 4. He showed me the OEM screen they would be putting in and said other repair shops were likely using recycled frames and lower quality glass if their repair costs differed significantly from his. He struck me as a very competent, decent guy who wants to "do right" by his customers. I hope I never need to replace another iPhone screen but if I do these are the people I trust to do a quality job at a fair price. E-Phone just fixed my iPhone 4s front screen repair and I left yesterday evening very delighted and grateful to have ended up at this place. Moussad and his tech (younger girl who knows her stuff) were very welcoming. I honestly left feeling like I made some new friends. I ended up bringing in my aftermarket front glass repair and they explained / demonstrated to me the difference with purchasing a aftermarket product vs. the real replacement. I was lucky that I had purchased a decent aftermarket product but Moussad showed me the quality of picture it portrayed. I had a small tint of blue. I wasn't really happy with it but since I already paid for it, I continued with the install. I did learn that they offer the real replacement which is covered 100% warranty at a cost that I would have saved money at the end. This includes the labor. In the future, I will not mess around to save a couple of pennies and will just come here to get the job done professionally. Overall, I recommend this place to anyone with a broken iPhone. I liked that the guy was pretty honest about ordering parts and the process. At one point I got a bit frustrated because no one picked up the phone when I called to check the status during the office hour.
