I was told a manager would call me but never did and then they said a manager would come out to fix the issues but that didn't happen either. Had to call another company out to fix their mistakes. Don't hire these guys. We employed them to clean our ducts and vents. They were on time and seemed knowledgeable but we found out after they left what a mess they made. They did not use a drop cloth and we had to vacuum and damp mop the house thoroughly because of the residue left on the floor. Some of the registers were put back upsidedown and they left a hole in the wall near one where they had difficulty putting it back on. When they cleaned the dryer duct they broke a part of the dryer which I had to have repaired. Obviously they were not trained well read more

After shopping around, I set-up an appointment for a yearly maintenance and inspection of my Gas Furnace from Envirosmart Solutions. Xavier & Zac showed up exactly on time, politely calling prior to their arrival. They introduced themselves, asked if they could come in, and were kind enough to honor my request to take off their shoes before walking through the house. They got right to work and immediately began inspecting and cleaning the unit. Xavier graciously answered my numerous questions the entire time. As a new homeowner I wanted to make sure I had a rough understanding of what was going on. They didn't hesitate to explain, all aspects of my furnace, and provided general tips and tricks regarding heating my home in the winter. It was the perfect amount of detail for a rookie like me, making me feel like my concerns were first heard and then addressed. Zac ensured the unit was cleaned thoroughly, showing me things that if left untreated could have caused me issues in the future. They were able to make some minor adjustments to the system to improve overall quality, again explaining in depth why those updates were essential. At the end of the appointment, when the furnace kicked on, there was already an immediate improvement. As you shop around looking for potential work on your systems for your home, ask yourself what's important in a worker. Promptness and punctuality when arriving? Check. Friendly fast service. Neta explained all the options clearly. I recommend them to anyone who needs a duct cleaning. Update: These people don't give a receipt for services at the time of service which is kinda sketchy, instead the gal says the office will send one once the photos they took are uploaded. Well that never happened. It took me 3 calls to them to get a simple invoice of the services i paid for! All the while they kept telling me that it takes several days for my check to clear??? Like what does that have to do with anything??? So I insisted i needed a receipt regardless so she agreed but each time she said my email was "bouncing" back to her? And she confirmed it with me more than once. Ive never experienced this before from any company that came to my house to do work. And I always get either a hand written receipt at the time of service or one emailed to me while they are standing in front of me right before they leave. I mean what kind of company doesn't give a receipt at the time of service??? Not one I've ever dealt with before! I called around to get a few quotes to have my vents cleaned, all were around $400. When I called Envirosmart I was given a quote of less than half of that - I thought this was too good to be true so I explained to Colleen what the services were I was requesting and she confirmed that the price was correct and it was for an unlimited number of vents. Unfortunately Colleen is knew and not up to speed on the services or prices that her company offers. While she is extremely nice, being quoted less than half of what the service would actually cost when the tech arrived is not right. Envirosmart actually ended up being more expensive for the services I wanted then the other quotes I had received and I would not have gone with them had I been given an accurate quote. Also, something to be aware of you - are charged a fee no matter which payment option you choose. read more

He customized my range hood so it worked properly with my vaulted ceiling, and made everything look really clean (which involved a lot of cutting and work that was a one shot deal). I was contacted by this business promptly after I requested an attic inspection from them by using their "Contact Us" button on the internet. I was scheduled for an arrival time window of 9 AM to 11 AM two weeks or so out. When they hadn't arrived by over 20 minutes after 11 AM, I called to ask why no call and no show. They put me on an extended hold, and then came back to tell me that my confirmed appointment with Ne____ didn't appear on their schedule, and would I like to reschedule? Of course I didn't want to reschedule with a business that had confirmed and then not called or advised or even acknowledged that my appointment with them ever existed. Did I want to talk with the manager? Why would I when I can find someone more reliable? Very disappointing. read more

I hired Envirosmart to complete an air duct cleaning of our HVAC. I found them here on Yelp. During negotiations to complete the job, the company stated that it would be $199 to clean all vents. Upon arrival, I was then up-charged to clean the return vents ($125 a piece). Even after agreeing to do that work, the tech then told me that my attic was too hot and I needed a solar fan (appx. cost $2k) and that the company that installed my insulation (Clean Crawls) didn't do it correctly, left bating with mold and did not install enough vents (hence the need for a solar fan). He also said our cellulose blown in insulation was "crunchy" due to the overly hot temperatures and that it smelled of mold in my attic (I smelled nothing), going so far as to point out areas along the eaves that had "mold". He then tried to up-sell me again to treat it. It didn't sound accurate to me (just had the attic cleaned and insulation blown in 5 years ago) so I got on the phone with the Clean Crawls, relayed what the Environsmart tech stated and they agreed to come down a few days later to verify the issues. After CC came and inspected my attic, they relayed that none of what the Envirosmart rep said was true. They thoroughly explained this by taking me in the attic and personally showing me, explaining what I was seeing and verifying we had the correct number of roof vents installed. The "mold" that the tech said he saw was some of the blown insulation collecting on cobwebs, the "moldy" bating he saw was just the type of recycled, brown bating we decided to use instead of the classic pink bating. Buyer beware of this company. My hope is that my experience is an anomaly but, regardless, be cautious of what they recommend and get a second opinion. Won't be using or recommending this company. Oh and when you finally do pay your invoice, they charge you a service fee whether you pay via credit card or via checking account. ------- Update: The owner contacted me directly and we discussed my experience. he also offered to refund the money spent on the return vent cleaning which I accepted. I appreciate the conversation and the refund, therefore I changed my review, giving one more star. But again, my hope is that the review prompts further review of their current practices. read more

I have an old house from the early 40's, so they had a messy job sucking up all the old quarry fill up there in the rafters. After completion of the job, Jose, the team leader came up and showed me about a dozen pictures from his iPad as they were cleaning and packing up the truck. I got furnace maintenance and cleaning service from the company. The guy just dusted around for 15 minutes and I didnot see what kinds of maintenance and testing he did. I also asked him to give me a quote of replacing my exhaust fan, and he said he will give me a quote but never got any response from him. Very unprofessional.
