I've used then twice now to remove large camphor trees. Both times they were extremely professional. They showed up when they said they'd show up. They did what they said they'd do. They cleaned up. The second time they came out they reground a small part of the stump from the first tree that had been buried and was now exposed for free. That was a year after they took out the first tree. They were also the most reasonable cost wise. I got quotes from 2 other companies (the only two I could get to call back or show up for an appointment) and Environmental was several hundred dollars cheaper than the next lowest quote. I'm always shocked when companies don't call back or flake on appointments. I'm trying to pay them for Pete's sake. You won't have that trouble with this company. We have two very large Oak trees in our West Sacramento yard, and they were overdue for trimming: "deadweight and endweight reduction" for the safety of our house. Juan and his crew did a great job removing about a 40 foot London Plane in our front yard. They were on time and very efficient. They ground down all the tree roots and left the site very tidy. I found this company using Home Advisor and had a very good experience. Juan came out and is friendly, gives you a verbal estimate and confirms with a email work order. He is also very good about getting back to you by either texting and email. They even threw in a nice crepe myrtle tree to replace our removed tree. I just had Environmental Tree Service remove a 60-70 foot redwood that was close to and in between my house and the neighbor's house. There were also various power lines, cables etc from the pole and very close to the tree. Nothing was damaged and the work was done professionally and very safely.
