Emailed and got a reply fairly fast. Cande came out the next day and gave me a more than reasonable estimate. We set up a time for later in the week as I wasn't pressed for a schedule. They ended up coming earlier than our appointment which turned out to be great for my Friday. The whole crew showed up for my one tree. It's a great tree but needed trimming back more than we are able to accomplish. They did it all in less than one hour and we were in full agreement as to what needed to be done. I was warned about another tree service that leaves people with a huge bill and a tree stump. This was not the case with Sierra Valley Tree Service. The communication was always great. When he was running 15 minutes late, he let me know. The crew afterwards even put my pathway lights back and they raked up some leaves that had nothing to do with the job they did. These guys are the real deal! They did a phenomenal job trimming and cutting our overgrown trees. They came out and gave us a quote fairly quickly and were able to get the job done within a week. Had a tree in back yard that was causing issues with a neighbor. To prevent said issues from escalating I needed branches cut that crossed the property line and other branches to balance out the tree without taking off height. Cande and his team were amazing! Free estimate from Cande, on Friday evening they were able to schedule a 9:00 am appointment the following Tuesday. At 8:50 they were here setting up. This outfit came out to my mother in-laws and did a great job. the tree was a hazard and too close to the house hanging over the house and it was gone by noon stump ground and cleaned up properly. She said the company treated her good from the person on the phone to the workers who did a great job especially how they left the job site clean and how professional the job was done. She had to change the work date multiple times because of the 111 degree temperatures and smoke and the company worked with her and was more than happy to delay the work. All in all she said doing business with them was great and she's glad she chose the company from others she had bid for the job because the bid was fair and others wanted almost twice the money to do the work.
