This is the third year in a row we hired Sierra Valley Tree Service to trim our very tall 22 year old queen palms. As always, arrived on time, did the trim and thoroughly cleaned up debris. Will hired them again next year. read more

These guys are great. I've used them several times. Competitive prices. They're also very careful and skilled. Instead of using a boom truck like they did on the last job, because I bought a new house, they climbed the tree and lowered each branch by rope and pulley very carefully. That prevented my yard from getting messed up by the truck tires etc. read more

I had to remove a heritage tree from my front yard, and I got permission from the city to do so. These guys showed up with three trucks and a full team. What an amazing process it is to watch a huge tree be taken out. When they were finished, they cleaned up my entire yard. They moved back all of my potted plants and when they left, you would never know they had been here. What a great company. It was sad to see this big tree come down and I knew it would be expensive, but it was worth the cost when I watched the team effort. Fantastic company to work with. read more

Emailed and got a reply fairly fast. Cande came out the next day and gave me a more than reasonable estimate. We set up a time for later in the week as I wasn't pressed for a schedule. They ended up coming earlier than our appointment which turned out to be great for my Friday. The whole crew showed up for my one tree. It's a great tree but needed trimming back more than we are able to accomplish. They did it all in less than one hour and we were in full agreement as to what needed to be done. I was warned about another tree service that leaves people with a huge bill and a tree stump. This was not the case with Sierra Valley Tree Service. The communication was always great. When he was running 15 minutes late, he let me know. The crew afterwards even put my pathway lights back and they raked up some leaves that had nothing to do with the job they did. Going above and beyond I asked if it would be okay to tip them, so I added on $50 for all of the extra clean up. I would highly recommend Sierra Valley Tree Service. read more

You need to hire Cande and his crew to trim your trees. They are the best! Professional, great pricing, and leave your yard so clean. I've been using them for years and will never hire anyone else. Today they fully removed out 60ft eucalyptus and all trace of it. It's cheaper to keep your trees maintained rather than paying for house repairs when your tree falls on it. Call Cande, what are you waiting for? You will not be disappointed. read more

These guys are the real deal! They did a phenomenal job trimming and cutting our overgrown trees. They came out and gave us a quote fairly quickly and were able to get the job done within a week. It was a big job too! We gathered several quotes and they were reasonable in comparison but definitely the most knowledgeable. We finally aren't worried about dangerous branches falling and although there is less shade everything still looks great and not hacked at. read more

Cande is the best. I've used this company for years and recommend it to all my friends.

If I could give a 6th star I would. I had 7 fruit trees, a large elm tree and a butterfly tree worked on. I was blown away at how well the trees were trimmed. Every tree got cleaned up so it had excellent air circulation, trees structural integrity was improved and all look amazing. The price in my opinion was incredibly reasonable. The clean up job was incredibly thorough, I would have never known they were there. Highly recommend. read more

Had a tree in back yard that was causing issues with a neighbor. To prevent said issues from escalating I needed branches cut that crossed the property line and other branches to balance out the tree without taking off height. Cande and his team were amazing! Free estimate from Cande, on Friday evening they were able to schedule a 9:00 am appointment the following Tuesday. At 8:50 they were here setting up. The work they did was beyond what I was expecting and clean up was surprisingly immaculate. I'm telling you not a branch left behind. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work at great price. Couldn't ask for better. read more

This outfit came out to my mother in-laws and did a great job. the tree was a hazard and too close to the house hanging over the house and it was gone by noon stump ground and cleaned up properly. She said the company treated her good from the person on the phone to the workers who did a great job especially how they left the job site clean and how professional the job was done. She had to change the work date multiple times because of the 111 degree temperatures and smoke and the company worked with her and was more than happy to delay the work. All in all she said doing business with them was great and she's glad she chose the company from others she had bid for the job because the bid was fair and others wanted almost twice the money to do the work. She was more than happy and she would recommend them to do the same great job for you. read more

I had them come out to grind tree stumps and they cut down one small tree. Candee returned my call right away and came out later that day to give me an estimate. We agreed on a price and he scheduled my job for the following week. A crew of 4 or 5 guys showed up, on time, all wearing masks. They did a great job. They were polite. They cleaned up nicely after the job. I will definitely use them again for any tree work. read more

I had this business come and prune my sycamore and orange tree because they had done a phenomenal job pruning my parents trees and shrubs. They did not disappoint. Not only do my trees look great but the owner, Cande, explained what he was going to trim and why. I have had nothing but compliments on my trees by my neighbors. They were on time, cleaned everything up when they finished and protected all my other plants from falling branches. They give free estimates. I will have them come again the next time my trees need trimmed. These people know trees and even though a lot was trimmed from my trees you don't see any stumpy branches anywhere. The trees are still full and well shaped. read more
