We were so excited to go to entourage. We love the sister restaurants - Vai's and fire and wine. We were hoping to find a new favorite. The presentation was beautiful. Both the food and drinks were a feast for the eyes. However the food and drinks were subpar as far as taste, unfortunately. My steak was very chewy and my drink wasn't mixed properly. One drink, which we ordered off the menu was delicious - the expresso martini! However, when I ordered my usual cocktail it was not good. I asked for them to change the proportions. They made a modification, but it still wasn't good. I left half a steak and most of the cocktail. I'd recommend that the waitstaff check to see how the customers are doing and to pay attention to what's working or not working with the customers. The bar staff was friendly, just missed checking in and making sure everything was as expected. The ambience is lovely. Overall, with some tweaks and more attentiveness this restaurant can become a 5 star. My recommendation - order a drink off the menu and make sure they know if there is an issue with the food. read more

Way over priced for the portion size. We had a group of 8. I ordered a filet Medium rare. This steak came out with a burnt crust and medium well. Also, no way it was 8oz. like the menu stated. I showed the server who agreed it was not acceptable. He said he would get another out to me. after 15 minutes i asked for an update since everyone else was well into their plates. I told him forget it and he asked "do you want to cancel?" I said yes, please give me a menu to take something home.While waiting for the menu, a new steak came out. This one, done to perfection. So I ate that very fast to catchup to everyone else. Not ONE, I'm sorry. Unacceptable. This restaurant is related to Vai's. Our first visit with friends to celebrate my birthday and we all loved it! Our server, Jake T. was the best! Our food was so good - Lobster Bisque was amazing as was the Manchego Chicken! We had no room for dessert, but Jake came out with Chocolate Heath Bar Crunch Cake and a candle to go which we all enjoyed later. What a "sweet" surprise and the cake was so delicious!! We have been here twice already since they have opened and I can't tell you how much we enjoy this restaurant! The first time we dined was the week they opened and I had the steak salad and my husband had the prime rib which were both amazing. Our server was SO polite and just so nice- I can't explain the warm feeling they gave us with the service but they were just hands down amazing. The second time we dined was about 2 weeks ago and we had a party of 6- with 3 of them being babies. We had the same server and again AMAZING! So patient with us and the babies. We ordered the same dishes again because they were just that good! As appetizers we got the calamari and the Alaskan king crab escargot style- OMG yummmmm. Absolutely delicious! The lobster bisque was probably the best we have ever had. Hubby had a small bite of lobster and cheese in an escargot dish which was amazing. I had wild mushroom sacchetti: positively one of the best things I ever ate (no kidding). It was little pillows of pasta filled with mushroom mousse in a creamy, garlicky cream sauce. Roberto was our delightful server who brought hubby a birthday mini cheesecake. YUM!! A little loud, but it didn't matter. We'll be back soon. read more

Just 2 weeks open so I will give them benefit of doubt and retry the bar for a drink and appetizer but my wife is out and will not revisit. The dining room is excessively loud. The menu has a couple of interesting things but not any must haves. Not a dry aged steak lover and in general expensive for portion sizes. Good to average flavors but overall not special enough for the prices. Service pretty good for starting up. Bar looks interesting and I will try that drink or two and appetizer and go from there. It's not Vai's in any way. Very small dining room and bar area overall ‍. Good luck but I don't see a similar level of success tbey experienced at Vai's read more

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary here today and it was our first time here but unfortunately also our last time. The restaurant itself, atmosphere, ambiance was spectacular but that's it. We had a reservation right when they opened, also was the 1st table that our waiter waited. Our waiter messed up our appetizer ordered (put in something else) and forgot my drink order as well. 30 mins goes by and no food or drinks. While other tables seated after us already got their food and drinks. Nice gesture by the manager to come by and apologize in which we appreciated. We were very polite and didn't want to create an uncomfortable experience. We said all was fine. Waited patiently for our steaks we ordered. Again trying to make the best of it and enjoy our anniversary. But unfortunately, our great cuts of steaks (aged ribeye and bone in fillet) were terribly done. Sadly no taste to it. Sad to say but presentation, atmosphere, and ambiance were top notch but food quality was very bad. We've had better steaks from pubs/bars. Manager came by to chat but we really just wanted to be polite but he understood that we didn't enjoy it at all as we left half our food untouched and drinks as well. So excited to have another great dining option on 59. If you've tried Vai's, then you can expect similarly great food and service at this slightly smaller, quieter spot. A touch more upscale atmosphere made this a date night choice, and it didn't disappoint! I've been here for multiple birthdays, holidays, even just walked in on a random day. Every single time I've been here, I've walked away happy and full. My family and I used to go to Vai's, but we had multiple experiences ranging from good, to okay, to really bad. (I state this because these two restaurants are owned by the same person/company) So when Entourage opened, we were very curious to see how they would perform. This restaurant is honestly so much better than Vai's, I truly believe they should cut their losses and funnel all of their time and energy into this place. The service has always been wonderful, and the food has always been hot, fresh, and delicious. I haven't had a bad experience here yet, and I like I've said, I've been here numerous times for different events, busy or not. It's definitely worth the price and your time. It's also one of my favorite restaurants in Naperville now. read more

We had the pleasure of eating at this newly established restaurant in Naperville. The 4 of us ordered an assortment of items for dinner. Twin bone-in filet medallions, Orange Basil Salmon, entourage cut ribeye, king crab + shrimp galletti , Alaskan king Crab "Escargot Style, kale Caesar salad, finishing up with blueberry cheesecake and premium chocolate ice cream. There is not anything we would not order again. Everything was cooked to perfection, the sauces were exquisite. The steaks were tender and cooked perfectly. Much to our surprise was the Kale Caesar salad served with a deviled egg. I am a kale hater and at the same time I have to say this salad was extraordinary. Great touch with the deviled egg. I would order this in a heartbeat, in fact there wasn't anything we ordered that we wouldn't order again and we highly recommend. In finishing with the blueberry cheesecake and chocolate ice cream was the perfect ending for this meal. Loved it all. Moving on to the drinks, we ordered 2 btls of Brave wine from the Oregon Coast, very smooth coming out of the bottle, quite enjoyable. I. also ordered an old fashion, the restaurant being new and all forgot to order the cherries, but I still enjoyed it , Danny makes a good old fashion. After noting all the good things we ate and drank, We have to thank our waitress Dorinda for the fine service she provided. Great personality along with a good sense of humor. My dad has had a series of health issues and this was only the second time out to dinner in months. The dinner was good - the sea bass was a hit and our wedge salad was huge! Was expecting to be wowed considering the parent location down the street is our absolute favorite. This place lacked the ambiance and intimacy for starters. Also way overcrowded. We sat towards the back in a shared booth and the couple next to us was 2' away and could here their whole conversation. Need better spacing. The food was very good but way overpriced. The service was average. Our waiter had a little to much energy and tried way too hard to be funny which became annoying after awhile. Also called us "friends" throughout the night which was weird. First time at this restaurant. Sat at the bar on a Sunday afternoon. Started out good. First 2 bartenders anyway( i think one may have been the mgr). We ordered drinks & soup to start. When other patrons started gathering while waiting for tables, bar service went south. Ignored and forgotten. After all sat down and second bartender was added no better. She was worse than the first guy. Only paid attention to few. We still ordered dinner. We were rushed after I packed my left over to go. Husband was still eating. We were presented with check and dessert menu, while my he was clearly not done. Said something about it, and then asked again by the second bartender. We had it at that point. Not sure if it is training, that 21 some generation or? They really need to treat all people as patrons. We had a $200 bill and will not be back because of the bartenders on Sunday. The bartenders even watched us complete our check, down to watching us fill in the tip amount. Very sad. read more

Parking easy- The wait staff very friendly but when you are at a communal table you do notice that your waitress is chatting with the other guests for 14 minutes (yes I looked at the time) before taking your drink order. Beware if you are a beer connoisseur- no tap beers only bottles are miller and coors. They have espresso Martinis and old fashioneds on tap-not sure I like the concept of a $13 cocktail that comes out of a tap. Did not have apps- but it seemed heavy on the seafood. Had the prime rib and ribs- prime rib was initially too rare but they took back without an issue and second cut was better- husband said prime rib was too dense and not tender but ok- for $45 you would expect better. I had ribs- smoked well but you do need the steak knife to cut thru- not tender or "fall off the bone". Fries were perfect-slaw a bit spicy but interesting. Prime rib came with a potato pave- stacked potatoes cut into cubes-cubes are small- average. No other sides or veggies- sautéed onions but not really a side. Unfortunately will not return read more

My wife's family and I had dinner at Entourage a few weeks ago and had an amazing time. The food was incredible. There were 10 of us and we ordered family style. Some of our choices included Sweet Chili Calamari, Roasted Beets with whipped goat cheese , Vietnamese Summer Rolls, Filet Mignon sliders and the Entourage Deviled Eggs just to name a few. The Calamari was the best I've ever had! You can't leave without having the Vietnamese Summer Rolls :) A few of us at the table ordered cocktails. I had the Smoking Gun, a Rye mixture that was served smoking. So smooth. The owner, Anthony Vai was warm and friendly.
