Saturday special- PETITE FILET MIGNON and Crab cake with mash & asparagus
    Money F.

Remained in the area after PanCan walk fundraiser and stopped in for lunch. I think Ditkas has recently started this lunch menu. Perfect size menu but could use more appetizer choices. Everyone enjoyed their food items. Burger was Fantastic. Prepare yourself Coleslaw has horseradish. Potroast was a bit on the sweet side. Dressing on side salad was SO good I drank the remainder Blackberry tea lacked sweetness. The waiter brought over sugar but we know what happens when you add sugar to an already cold beverage. Nice atmosphere. Great fast service. Not crowded for Saturday afternoon. Almost forgot waiter suggested Smoked Old Fashioned and it did not disappoint!

Very yummy food. Waiter was quick and on top of things. I was very happy to see my steak was cooked medium rare as requested. A lot of restaurants over cook it when I request med rare. This was perfect! Will have to come back to try more.

Last minute luck got us a booth at lunch on Easter. I believe you may need to put deposit down to hold tables since waiter asked at the end of our meal about our deposit but not sure if that's all the time or on special days. Anyways: smaller seating area broken into sections. Bar area has old time barstools, look comfy, main dining area near kitchen and another on the other side of the door. There's also a great sunroom that was nice and bright but would be cool at night. My salmon was delishois.cooked to a perfection with the outside a little crunchy and soft and not over cooked at dry. Nice and moist. Sitting on top of asparagus cut into smaller bite sized pieces which I loved because sometimes the long spears are annoying to cut. All sitting in top of a basil oil sauce. Altogether worth $29 and I loved and would get again. The avocado toast: I would pump up that piece of bread into something other than what looked and tasted like brownberry. For $14 it should shine. A nice thick piece of above the ordinary bread. I would have liked it to have been toasted a little more. A little limp and soft. For the avocado blend in toast, bummed about the freshness. Tasted like it was a day old or overripe. I should have removed the corn topping, didn't sound tasty but forgot. I would take a pass on this. My family got the ribeye boneless, spicy crispy chicken sandwich and fried chicken and waffle. They absolutely loved their meals. Nothing other than chewing going on there. Overall I like this being in Wheatons center. Great bonus to downtown Wheaton for sure.

We dine at Ditka's regularly and have NEVER been disappointed. The food, service and atmosphere is always great! We celebrated Valentine's Day there this evening and Emily took fabulous care of us! Thank you!!!

Came here for dinner and they were able to seat us within 10 minutes (although estimated wait time was 20 minutes). This was after we tried to walk-in at Burger Social and were told they were full for the night at 530p. This place is dimly lit and elegant. Service and food were on point. California Style Deviled Eggs $14 - Delicious! I never had this style before where the avocado holds the yolk mix and the eggs white is sprinkled onto the plate. Spicy California roll $18 - I was surprised to see sushi on the menu and was glad I tried it. It was small, but had real crab meat and good flavors. Coach's Burger $16 - Good burger, nice soft buns and came with crispy fries. Key Lime Pie $9 - Must have dessert! Perfect balance of sweet and tart with a graham cracker bottom. Our waiter said this is the 2nd best Key Lime pie he's ever had, the first being somewhere in Key West. .|\---/| | o_o | .\_^_/..2023

Tasty Food, great service, nice presentation, comfortable seating. Nice ambiance. Really, what more can you ask for? We stopped on to a late Thursday night- had the burger and fresh cod tacos. I had the non alcoholic blood orange spritz- it was delicious. I need to come back for lunch some day!!

4.5 Stars. I dangle the "dinner at Ditka's" carrot in front of my husband as a reward to accompany me to the doctors. We had a great time at Ditka's. Another great dinner. A repeat if the last time -- delicious cod -- and added the pork chop. Excellent choices to share. Our server, Jojo (?) was great. She was attentive, helpful, and charming.

Not exactly festive. Enter Proof No. 5, swooping in like the culinary hero of the night. We enjoyed an exquisite tuna crudo, rich and beautifully balanced, and meatballs over polenta that felt like comfort dressed up for a celebration. The medallions with mushrooms and three sauces were excellent, layered, and deeply satisfying. And the cocktails? Some of the best crafted in the suburbs. Thoughtful, balanced, and dangerously easy to order a second. Warm atmosphere, consistently great food, and a team that delivers every time. We'll keep coming back. And back. And back.

There were air dried and roasted beets. Get the crunch from air dried beets and pistachios. Also had a Light sweet taste. Have option to add steak, salmon, or chicken. Choose the salmon and was cooked perfectly. Very flaky and moist. There is free parking on the streets and not far from the parking garage.

I chose this restaurant for my birthday dinner going on my actual birthday. Friends of ours joined us for dinner. I chose to sit in the lounge area next to the bar, which is a smaller space than the dining room, more intimate. I enjoyed that space. There's a couple couches in front of a fireplace perfect to enjoy an after dinner drink. My friends brought a couple bottles of wine so we didn't order any cocktails or wine from the restaurant. Their corkage fee is $25 a bottle. The four of us started with appetizers to share. The deviled eggs were creamy and delicious. The charcuterie board was good but could've had another cheese on the board to match the three meats on the board. It was served with perfectly grilled baguette. The special appetizer for the evening was morel mushrooms. I love morel mushrooms, but these lacked flavor and the portion was small. That was a miss for me. For dinner, my husband had the crispy chicken milanese, which he thoroughly enjoyed. The chicken was topped with arugula, capers, manchego cheese, tomatoes. I opted to have a Caesar salad and the Spanish octopus appetizer for my dinner. Our server Carmen, who was so engaging and provided good service, said that the octopus was outstanding. He was right! It was the best octopus I ever had. Tender and flavorful. The owner stopped by our table to see if we were enjoying everything. I told him I didn't like the octopus at all and the chef needed to make me another one pronto, but he didn't buy it. I tried! It was noted on our reservation that it was my birthday and my friends bought a bouquet of flowers so it was pretty obvious, but the restaurant did not acknowledge it with a little dessert at the end of the meal. That was disappointing since I chose this place specifically to celebrate my birthday. The restaurant should make note when people are there to celebrate, do a little something special to mark the occasion. All in all, I still love this restaurant it would recommend it.

You can actually talk, relax, and enjoy your time together, which is exactly what we were looking for. We ordered a mix of things and everything was so good. The BBQ platter with ribs, pulled chicken, mac and cheese, fries, and toast was packed with flavor and perfect for sharing. We arrived on a Friday night just before 9:00 PM and had no trouble finding street parking--always a win. We were greeted by our waitress, Jennifer, who was absolutely amazing. She let us know about their late-night perk: half-price small plates and select drinks on Fridays and Saturdays from 9 PM until close, which is such a great incentive for heading out later in the evening. Jennifer was attentive without being intrusive--our water glasses were always full, she checked in after every course, and her recommendations for both food and drinks were spot-on. We started with a Mad Rose for V and a Chameleon for me. Both cocktails were delicious, and after finishing his Mad Rose, V definitely felt the celebratory spirit kicking in. For appetizers, we shared the Vietnamese Summer Rolls and Sweet Chili Calamari. The summer rolls were light, fresh, and nicely accented with mint. The calamari was sweet with a surprisingly spicy finish--delicious, though the heat was just a bit much for V. I'd happily order both again. For my main course, I had the Wagyu Beef Stroganoff, and wow--hands down the best stroganoff I've ever had. The beef was incredibly tender, and the sauce was perfectly balanced with the noodles. It even paired beautifully with my Chameleon, with subtle lemon notes that complemented each other surprisingly well. V ordered the Tomahawk Pork Chop, cooked medium well and absolutely perfect. He loved every bite. It came with a risotto that he enjoyed, even if it wasn't the standout of the dish. Dessert sealed the deal. We finished with Sandy's White Wine Cake--which reminded me of a carrot cake in the best way--and the Banana Cream Pie, which was easily the best banana cream pie I've ever had. Truly a WOW moment. Between the excellent food, thoughtful service, and great late-night specials, Entourage made V's birthday celebration one to remember. We'll definitely be back.
