First time at this winery this past weekend. I really love the vibe and decor at this venue, simple but modern and elegant with a bit of bad ass. The server and staff were very friendly and helpful in describing our tastings. We had a 10am reservation so it was nice to get the staff's undivided attention during our time there. This winery has big, bold reds that are delicious. I was contemplating a membership there but decided to pass only cuz it was our first stop but another couple in our group did sign up! I would absolutely love to come back again in the future. A very cool hidden gem in Paso Robles!

We celebrated my wife's 30th birthday with her friends here this past Saturday and the whole experience was phenomenal! Ben, the Tasting Room Manager, was extremely friendly and accommodating for our entire group and we appreciated his knowledge of the wines and humor. It made for a really fun birthday celebration outing! We all very much enjoyed the lineup of wines that were included with the tasting which was $30/person. We took home bottles of the 'Bien Nacido' Pinot Noir, the 'It is You' Red Blend, and the 'Tomorrow's Flowers' Syrah. Each of these wines really shined and were offered at fair price points for the level of quality. Each of these wines come from various vineyards throughout California that are carefully sourced by winemaker Orion Stang. We learned during the tasting that Orion's rubbed elbows and worked alongside some of the Central Coast's best winemakers during his career while making previous stops at Booker, Top, and Law. We very much enjoyed the wines and Emercy's beautiful space they have in the Tin City Annex in Paso Robles and really look forward to visiting again. This winery is now on our short list of wineries we'd love to join in the future and we hope to do so down the road once we move off a few others.

Emercy exceeded our expectations from the moment we walked in as customers to leaving as wine club members. Every wine we tasted was exceptional, showcasing Emercy's dedication to crafting something truly special. It's truly the hidden gem of Tin City! Ps- dog friendly for fellow lovers like myself!

We just finished with Austin Hope and asked where we should try next. We were told about Emercy Wines, which was close by, so we gave it a shot. It was easy to find, small tasting room. The aesthetics were on point. There was music playing in the background and we were welcomed as if we were family. We tried all of their wines and they were all fantastic. Everything was very well balanced and our style. This is definitely a permanent stop in Paso Robles for us from now on in. Make sure you come show this place some love when you're in the area!

I had a wonderful visit at Emercy Wines on a rainy December afternoon. Their tasting room was managed by an extremely knowledgeable and friendly team member that explained their wines and the area. They had four blends available, each with its own personality. My favorite was number Three which was syrah based with cab and 10% petite sirah to give it some umph. If you like medium to full bodied red blends, this is a must see on your visit to Tin City!

I've tried some of the most unique and delicious wines at Emercy - all explained beautifully by the general manager, Ben! There are many wineries to choose from in Paso Robles, but we continue to recommend Emercy for their superipersonal tastings and amazing wines. 10/10

Highly recommend this tasting room. The wines are super unique, and the host made us feel like family. The tasting room itself is gorgeous - modern, industrial, and moody. It was great to support this up-and-coming talent in the wine industry.

Cute spot near Paso Robles for wine tasting! Beautiful artwork on the wine bottles and an elegant tasting room. Cute spot to check out and try if you are in the area!

Today, Thursday , they have wines by the glass for $5! What an incredible deal. Since I drink only white wines, I was able to get a generous sample of 3 different wines for less than a tasting! Wines are good but not as good as I remembered before they sold the winery. We had the Diavola pizza and the Porchetta sandwich. The pizza was delicious. The sandwich was pretty good but it was a little dry. We also ended our lunch with a lovely tiramisu. The tiramisu was moist with the right amount of alcohol and cream. Just delicious. Service was great. The staff are very friendly. My son has a dairy allergy and can't have the cheese on regular pizzas. The chef was very accommodating and allowed us to bring in our specially wrapped vegan cheese to use on his pizza. Thank you for this accommodation! The eatery was very calming and was a wonderful way to spend our lunch hour. They did not rush us and we felt very welcomed. Definitely will be back here again.

Went to their new location which was really convenient since we were going to other wineries near there. It's still a big location. Plenty of seating and they still offer food which we were happy about. Our server was super sweet and knowledgeable which I always appreciate when it comes to wine. We started a tasting and then just tried whatever she gave us which we weren't complaining. Haha. All the wine she was giving us was really good. I was really impressed by their food. I wanted more of everything. We got their bruschetta al Fresco, hummus, monte Bianca pizza, and one other pizza. I fell in love with their bruschetta. We got there right as there kitchen closed which was a bummer because I wanted more. Overall, I still enjoy their wine. Their location is really nice. Food is delicious. I will conintue being a member and will stop by anytime I am in the area.

And being totally inside with no views of anything was kind of a drag. But still 5 Stars due to the wines and the atmosphere of the inside. Deena was great and sat down and explained every wine in great detail. She even let me try the Reserve Cab which was excellent. One of the whites wasn't good at all and I had to ask for a new glass so I wouldn't taint the next sample. But you're probably not going to like them all. That's the fun part! I enjoyed learning about the Austin Hope winery and its origins. I felt like they grew in popularity quickly and threw up some barns to accommodate the crowds. For example, the bathroom wasn't well constructed as when people slammed the door shut, the walls shook. I can't imagine how the walls would shake if someone had a blowout here. Even with some of the downfalls, this was my favorite winery and I wish I could get some of the wines without joining the club. The commitment is too much and shipping is also high, so it's not worth it. The GSM was my favorite and if I ever see it somewhere, Ima get me some!

We are the type of members who always take great care of the staff and rarely leave without purchasing extra bottles, yet today we were treated like an inconvenience. Despite being told in the past that spontaneous visits were no problem for members, we were turned away on a gloomy Monday with plenty of open tables. The host at the entrance was incredibly dismissive and wouldn't even let us finish our sentence before cutting us off. We were told our only options were to come back in an hour, a "limited" tasting, drive all the way downtown, or just pick up our shipment and leave. We asked for the Wine Club Manager to resolve the situation, but she wasn't on-site. To be offered a "partial" tasting as a favor after nearly ten years of support was the final straw. It feels as though they now prioritize "closing" new members over honoring the people who have supported them for years. They've gone mainstream and lost the personal touch that made them special.

So on our most recent trip to the Central Coast, we had to stop by my now favorite winery and have a tasting. I forget the young lady's name who helped us out but she was amazing and balanced all the parties on the patio super well, providing a great experience and wine knowledge to everyone. Plenty of Tin City parking, as we got here late and right before closing. Open 7 days a week from 11am to 5pm. Service - Emma was perfect. As usual, we were the only customers. We compared stories and wineries, etc. Lastly, she gave us a tour of the facility as the production just ended. This was unexpected and really appreciated. Price - $18 + generous tip. I just got a glass of their Pinot Noir. Tastings are $20 a person and waived with two bottle purchases. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success at this location since 2019. And after a drive that reminded me of the beginning of "The Shining" with all of the winding roads, I arrived, sat down overlooking the valley, and told my wine guy flat out what I started this review with. He was slightly taken aback and treated me with a "let's change your mind" attitude. As I waited for my first sample, I couldn't help but notice the view. It was the best view of all of the wineries I've visited and based on the other reviews, I'm not wrong. They used their plot of land well to Wow their guests... I sampled quite a few wines and liked a lot of them. The ones here are apparently different than the DAOU that's in most stores and restaurants. That's a shame actually... I was here in the morning so it was freezing cold out. I'd recommend for a morning tasting, bring a jacket or something (I was there in May). But as the morning neared its end, the sun warmed things up. My wine guy brought some crackers also as I was feeling a bit queasy from guzzling wine so early. Nice touch and prevented the hallways from looking like "The Shining" too. I also enjoyed watching and playing with Cheetoh, the cat who hung around the outside. He was pretty chill and friendly. He followed my wine guy around and let me pet him (the cat, not the wine guy). I'm glad I went and was upfront about why I was there. I think he appreciated it too and he did change my mind about DAOU. I get that it's a business so you gotta sell to the masses, but make some of these others available to us common folk. If I'm ever in Paso Robles again, I'm making sure to make a reservation here and get one of those wood fired pizzas! And maybe they'll take my idea and make a Lizzie Bordeaux! The caves are a massive labyrinth carved into the hillside and naturally stay around 55 degrees year round, which is where they age a lot of their wine before bottling.
