If you're in Paso and want to do some non pretentious wine tasting you must stop in at Broken Earth Winery. It's conveniently located just off the 101. We stopped in on a Friday afternoon on our way to Santa Barbara. We were greeted and seated right away. We did a tasting flight and ordered a pizza. If you're smart you'll ask to have Annie pour your tastings as she is so much fun to interact with. She also recommended another stop. Friendly relaxed vibe in a cool setting. We'll be back.

This place is awesome! We stopped here as a halfway point between LA and San Francisco and I'm so glad we did. It was easy to get to right off the freeway and let me tell you the service, the food and most importantly, the wine were all phenomenal! Rich was knowledgeable and so fun! I was incredibly impressed by the varietals and we ended up buying 4 bottles after doing the tasting. I love that they change up the tasting menu every month or so as well! The food options were amazing too! We ended up splitting a Caesar salad and the Al Funghi wood fired pizza and this was probably the best meal I've had in ages. Everything was made in house from dressing to crust and you can tell. They had live music as well. If we hadn't been on a timeline to get up to San Fran, we would have spent the entire day here. 10/10 recommend!

We went on a Tuesday and were essentially the only people in the restaurant. I thought it would be more like the lovely local vineyards but it's essentially a warehouse in an industrial area. The server was very friendly. We spent most of the meal talking with her. I had a tasting with some lovely central coast wines. The food menu is bit expensive but most items are designed as a shareable. The pizza was tasty with a thin crispy crust standard to a oven style pizza. Id recommend this for a night out with friends rather than a date night.

202 limited Grenache rose taste amazing !

Broken Earth Winery! We were amazed by the great variety of wines. Rene B was very wine savvy and friendly personality. We highly recommend this winery if you're passing by the 101 highway.

Came on a Wednesday. Very quiet . Renee and Nadine were wonderful - we each did a tasting and they gave us a few extra pours since it was quiet. Got two bottles of wine which waived the price of one of the tastings. Love the limited editions wines. Place is huge. Great value. Wonderful service. Absolutely recommend for anyone traveling to Paso Robles.

Renee was a fantastic host! She was friendly and had great recommendations for the food and wine. My friends, and I loved the Pizza Al Funghi that she had recommended. The crust had the perfect mix of softness and crispiness! Wine was easy drinking and had a good variety. Extra pours were brought out for wines our interested in.

Service was excellent, Renee was a wealth of knowledge about the brand. Loved the warehouse open feeling. Plus the option to choose from so many fun wines! And you can order small bites

Great tasting room with a clean, industrial vibe. Perfect for large parties or events or just to stop by on a sunny afternoon. A separate loft upstairs makes for a great space for private parties. Ample parking out front. The wood fired pizza oven was pumping out some beautiful pies. I enjoyed the Grenache Rose. Very refreshing with a berry citrus flavor. The Verdelho would be a wonderful choice on a hot day. The 2019 Malbec was a delightful surprise, light and full of berry flavor with a peppery finish, not too sweet. The cab didn't get me excited but was good. The Miss Stella (Black Muscat) was delicious! Annie was an awesome server and lots of fun. Broken Earth is a great place to hang out and perfect for private parties.

We came to Passo Robkes for the weekend and found this tasting room on a whim. We decided to make reservations for a wine tasting, but really made our choice based on the wood-first pizza selection. Well, we were greeted right away and wouldn't say you need a reservation, because it's not as busy as we thought it would be- we came at 1:30PM. The wine tasting is $20/person. However, the food was SOO good!y gf and I had the Caprese Salad and Pizza Al Funghi and added pepperoni. It was the perfect amount for us both and the food was delicious. We finished everything! Highly recommend if you're looking for something casual and a nice, delicious, bite to eat!

Very spacious warehouse vibe winery that's dog friendly. Had a member for a day coupon that covered free tasting. Ordered the fungi pizza which is a white sauce and pretty tasty.

What I liked is that she actually sat down with us and talked about the wine. Like I said I felt at home. The whites were very good. Unique varietials were offered. My friend who liked the whites was very pleased. The reds were also solid. I ended up with a bottle of franc for home and I joined the wine club. Isabelle was a huge reason we joined the club. If your tasting on the weekend ask for her she is awesome. Can't wait to go back for some more fun at this winery. Also a very high value winery as the bottles were very fair. Check it out.

She was an awesome host on both visits and was extremely friendly and accommodating. Bret's wines were outstanding across the board. We especially loved the 2024 El Paso de Robles White, the 2021 Fasten Your Seatbelt Syrah (absolutely incredible), and the 2022 Willow Creek District red blend. Thoughtful, balanced, and beautifully made. The space is clean, modern, and vibrant, and their creative marketing really stands out across social, their website, merch, and overall brand presence. We enjoyed it so much that we joined the wine club on the spot and are excited to have Levo in our regular rotation as we move from SLO to Atascadero. Highly recommend! Fantastic wine, great people, and a 10/10 experience.

We are the type of members who always take great care of the staff and rarely leave without purchasing extra bottles, yet today we were treated like an inconvenience. Despite being told in the past that spontaneous visits were no problem for members, we were turned away on a gloomy Monday with plenty of open tables. The host at the entrance was incredibly dismissive and wouldn't even let us finish our sentence before cutting us off. We were told our only options were to come back in an hour, a "limited" tasting, drive all the way downtown, or just pick up our shipment and leave. We asked for the Wine Club Manager to resolve the situation, but she wasn't on-site. To be offered a "partial" tasting as a favor after nearly ten years of support was the final straw. It feels as though they now prioritize "closing" new members over honoring the people who have supported them for years. They've gone mainstream and lost the personal touch that made them special.
