Had such a wonderful wine tasting here on a Sunday morning. Perfect weather, perfect view, service, and delicious wine. Would love to come back soon. Albariño was my fav. Beautiful tasting room and very nice bathroom.

When I say wine people are not my people, I feel that in my core. My people can be found at La Perdignus. Just normal folks, who like good wine, and also like to have a good time. They're not concerned with whether or not you say the "right" verbiage, or even if you taste the "right" flavors. They just want to make sure you enjoy yourself. And have some good wine while you do. On our first stop here a few months ago (the tasting room was recommended to us by the winemaker at Union Sacre), we ended our day at Tin City and talked to owner Nick and tasting room manager Laurie while sipping on our wines. The wines were delicious (I particularly loved the GSM), the conversation was entertaining, and the space was inviting. And we ultimately left there as members. During the spring and summer months, they have live music and food on Friday nights on their beautiful patio that overlooks the train tracks and sprawling hills. Oh and Nathan's pizzas are not to be missed! La Perdignus is hidden in a nook of Tin City, but it's worth it to find it and try it out for yourself. Side note: their member wine pick-up parties are EPIC!!

The kind of wines that make you pause mid-sip and go, "okay, this is something special." Smooth, balanced, and seriously well-crafted. Honestly, it didn't take much convincing after that. If you're on the fence about stopping in, just go. Fair warning: you might leave with a membership too.

They were incredibly welcoming and made us feel like family, even though it was only our second tasting room visit ever. Bret, the winemaker, is a great guy. We instantly connected over his ties to Eagle, Idaho (where my parents live), which made the experience even more special. Huge shoutout to Lexi as well. She was an awesome host on both visits and was extremely friendly and accommodating. Bret's wines were outstanding across the board. We especially loved the 2024 El Paso de Robles White, the 2021 Fasten Your Seatbelt Syrah (absolutely incredible), and the 2022 Willow Creek District red blend. Thoughtful, balanced, and beautifully made. The space is clean, modern, and vibrant, and their creative marketing really stands out across social, their website, merch, and overall brand presence. We enjoyed it so much that we joined the wine club on the spot and are excited to have Levo in our regular rotation as we move from SLO to Atascadero. Highly recommend! Fantastic wine, great people, and a 10/10 experience.

Our waitress (?) didn't share her name but she was very knowledgeable about the winemaker and the wines and quickly shared what she knew before we had to ask. All the wines were lovely. We would def recommend.

We have…read morestayed loyal to Austin Hope--even when cutting other clubs--specifically because of the service, but that era has clearly ended. We are the type of members who always take great care of the staff and rarely leave without purchasing extra bottles, yet today we were treated like an inconvenience. Despite being told in the past that spontaneous visits were no problem for members, we were turned away on a gloomy Monday with plenty of open tables. The host at the entrance was incredibly dismissive and wouldn't even let us finish our sentence before cutting us off. We were told our only options were to come back in an hour, a "limited" tasting, drive all the way downtown, or just pick up our shipment and leave. We asked for the Wine Club Manager to resolve the situation, but she wasn't on-site. To be offered a "partial" tasting as a favor after nearly ten years of support was the final straw. It feels as though they now prioritize "closing" new members over honoring the people who have supported them for years. They've gone mainstream and lost the personal touch that made them special.

Once I heard what happened I was more sad but happy to hear the new owner wants to continue Vina Robles. I wish as a member I would have gotten notified. Went to their new location which was really convenient since we were going to other wineries near there. It's still a big location. Plenty of seating and they still offer food which we were happy about. Our server was super sweet and knowledgeable which I always appreciate when it comes to wine. We started a tasting and then just tried whatever she gave us which we weren't complaining. Haha. All the wine she was giving us was really good. I was really impressed by their food. I wanted more of everything. We got their bruschetta al Fresco, hummus, monte Bianca pizza, and one other pizza. I fell in love with their bruschetta. We got there right as there kitchen closed which was a bummer because I wanted more. Overall, I still enjoy their wine. Their location is really nice. Food is delicious. I will conintue being a member and will stop by anytime I am in the area.

I booked it online and then reserved online in their website. No phone call was needed. We reserved noon on Saturday and after all of our party arrived we went upstairs to our lovely comfy leather sofas to settle in for the duration. We were given 4 pizzas of our choice and 4 salads and served buffet style so everyone could load their plate. We also added 3 orders of yummy meatballs. I cut them in half for serving. Artichoke hearts appetizer, charcuterie board and more. They provided juice boxes for the little boys in our party. The food was more than enough for Lunch. We could have fed more people and we took home a lot of pizza. The Italian sausage pizza was very good but we had the hot honey on the side as none of the group was interested in it. The wine was good, as usual. I had only whites. The rest of the group had the standard white then red tasting. The sparkling rose is also very good and upstairs you have dedicated bottle server. Service was excellent. They had live music downstairs and a market event going with vendors selling goods for the holiday season. I love this venue and will return soon. Improvement needed. Buy some large paper plates for the buffet lunch. It's a shared food event. All we had was tiny appetizer plates. We asked for larger but they had none. ** edit. Update. The manager replied and has ordered larger plates so I'm happy to hear this. We are already talking about coming back again.
