Tin City is an industrial makers' hub that celebrates the best of California's craft culture. It originally started off consisting of tin-sided warehouses and now has over 40 producers. There are dozens of wineries, breweries, cideries, restaurants, ice cream shops, olive oil shops, and even SLO County's first Michelin-starred restaurant. It encompasses 4 blocks but still has a small town feel that's walkable and has plenty of free parking. The noise is minimal other than music playing from shops but you can still see people flowing in to enjoy what the area produces. It's only 10 minutes from downtown Paso Robles making it a convenient area to check out if you're a local or a tourist.

We saw the documentary on Netflix and were already planning a trip to Paso. Put Tin City at the top of our list! Parking was easy ( it was a Thursday) Had fun walking around, the Italian place was super cute! Loved the brewery! Everyone was friendly ice cold beers & great micro brews. Their smash burger & fries .... So tastee! Nix winery was fun and friendly. The distillery was interesting. Our server didn't seem like he wanted to help us, but wanted to hang out with the group of regulars. Made us not really want to buy a bottle. Can't wait to go back to the brewery especially for some live music! Oh all the places are pet friendly!

The big welcoming sign at the tin city industrial Park filled with wineries breweries, distilleries and fine food, just south of Paso Robles

TIN CITY just south of Paso Robles California is an industrial park full of wineries, distilleries and breweries and restaurants all back to back shoulder to shoulder. An easy walk, but it'll take you all day if you're sampling wine. Bring money and have fun

Quality/Quantity - Approximately 40 businesses. But really known for the wineries, wine tasting rooms, distillery, breweries, eateries, pop-ups, etc. See picture of directory, website, etc. My favorite place to visit is the Barrel House Brewing Co.; see other review. Atmosphere - Cool hip place to visit. A must visit when in the area. Service - Good, sales driven. Price - Fair, slightly above average, but you are paying for the atmosphere. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since the 1920's. Thanks for keeping up with the times. This is a fun area to visit.

Tin City is an absolute must visit when in the Paso Robles area. There's a documentary on Tin City on Amazon Prime which is worth a watch after visiting. The area is a gathering of large Tin buildings housing: Wineries, Breweries and local food joints. This Tin City visit consisted of stops at: Benom Wine - See Yelp review =) Aaron Wine - See Yelp review =) Negranti Creamery - impromptu visit. The service was quick and friendly for a mid afternoon Ice Cream treat. We strolled around to peep out future places to visit. We'll focus on breweries and ciders on the next one. Cheers!

Isabelle took care of us and she was absolutely amazing. Always willing to recommend options for us. She was beyond friendly. Despite being close to closing time she didn't rush us in anyway. She even shared some food with my 3.5 year old as she was needing a little something. We ended up sharing ghost stories for a bit with her so that was really fun. What I liked is that she actually sat down with us and talked about the wine. Like I said I felt at home. The whites were very good. Unique varietials were offered. My friend who liked the whites was very pleased. The reds were also solid. I ended up with a bottle of franc for home and I joined the wine club. Isabelle was a huge reason we joined the club. If your tasting on the weekend ask for her she is awesome. Can't wait to go back for some more fun at this winery. Also a very high value winery as the bottles were very fair. Check it out.

They were incredibly welcoming and made us feel like family, even though it was only our second tasting room visit ever. Bret, the winemaker, is a great guy. We instantly connected over his ties to Eagle, Idaho (where my parents live), which made the experience even more special. Huge shoutout to Lexi as well. She was an awesome host on both visits and was extremely friendly and accommodating. Bret's wines were outstanding across the board. We especially loved the 2024 El Paso de Robles White, the 2021 Fasten Your Seatbelt Syrah (absolutely incredible), and the 2022 Willow Creek District red blend. Thoughtful, balanced, and beautifully made. The space is clean, modern, and vibrant, and their creative marketing really stands out across social, their website, merch, and overall brand presence. We enjoyed it so much that we joined the wine club on the spot and are excited to have Levo in our regular rotation as we move from SLO to Atascadero. Highly recommend! Fantastic wine, great people, and a 10/10 experience.

We are the type of members who always take great care of the staff and rarely leave without purchasing extra bottles, yet today we were treated like an inconvenience. Despite being told in the past that spontaneous visits were no problem for members, we were turned away on a gloomy Monday with plenty of open tables. The host at the entrance was incredibly dismissive and wouldn't even let us finish our sentence before cutting us off. We were told our only options were to come back in an hour, a "limited" tasting, drive all the way downtown, or just pick up our shipment and leave. We asked for the Wine Club Manager to resolve the situation, but she wasn't on-site. To be offered a "partial" tasting as a favor after nearly ten years of support was the final straw. It feels as though they now prioritize "closing" new members over honoring the people who have supported them for years. They've gone mainstream and lost the personal touch that made them special.

Plenty of seating and they still offer food which we were happy about. Our server was super sweet and knowledgeable which I always appreciate when it comes to wine. We started a tasting and then just tried whatever she gave us which we weren't complaining. Haha. All the wine she was giving us was really good. I was really impressed by their food. I wanted more of everything. We got their bruschetta al Fresco, hummus, monte Bianca pizza, and one other pizza. I fell in love with their bruschetta.
