Small Pizza
Angela M.

I ordered the small well done pepperoni pizza! It was the perfect size pizza but it was a tad on the greasy side. I added garlic topping or something on the delivery app and didn't get that or it was very mild in flavor so that was kind of disappointing because I love garlic. Overall the well done texture is perfect for what I'd want in a crispy pizza however it was just too greasy. I felt like the flavor profile was more grease than anything else.

Special Salad (small)

I got take out while I was waiting at doctors hospital. I got the salad and half sub. It was ready when I arrived and very simple but good. I would definitely get it again. I loved the salad with crunchy pepperonis. The staff greeted me right away.

Drove back and forth past this place for eons and finally had the courage to check em out. At first I mistakenly walked into the half of their building containing the bar. Bartender directed me out the door to their next door that housed their pizza kitchen. It's literally just enough space to stand in there. You pay out the corner and go. We get the pie home and everyone loved it. They felt it was high quality with fresh ingredients with a tasty crust. They completely tore it up and we'll definitely be back!

Unassuming location on the southwest side of Columbus. Came highly recommended from social media, so we went to try it. Menu is limited to pizza and some sandwiches. Bar counter and booths for seating. The pizza was good. As the picture shows, well done pepperoni placed in abundance (this is just how it came, we didn't ask for double). Thinner crust, sort of reminds me of what Donatos would be like if Donatos was actually good. It's a bit far for me and I don't have much business in the area so not sure I will be back. But if a friend wanted to go, I would happily accompany them and get pizza again.

Ham and Ham & Cheese,

Delicious, this is a definite reorder. Always comes fresh and made to order large portion sizes for a good price

Got delivery so can't comment on bathroom, but my bathroom is pretty nice. Anyways I think this is my favorite tavern-style pizza in Columbus. They really perfected the thin and crispy and next time I eat this I won't order Well done. I was just worried it'd be floppier kinda like Donatos but I don't think that would be the case. The cheese tasted amazing and they're sauce has a fantastic balance sharpness and acidity without overdosing on sugar. The staff were even kind enough to give us 2 extra sauces! Bonus for the cheesy bread too it was great. I had a promotion from Ubereats so the price came out pretty decent, but the in person prices looked pretty decent on the website. Overall I really enjoyed it, I'm still a Neapolitan or NY style pizza fan at heart but I think this is the pizza to try if you're really into tavern style.

Perfect pizza is all I can say. I have found my new favorite pizza place , after 28 years on the west side of Columbus.

Gotta love when a place says they close at 10 but you call at 9:30 and they're closed already. Such great customer service.

We…read morespent over $80 on a to-go order that included two Gina's Gem, a big cheese pizza, and a salad. The pizza arrived cold but was still edible. Unfortunately, the Gina's Gem was nothing like what was advertised. I was expecting warm, crusty bread with a roasted cheese dip on the side so you could tear pieces of bread and dip them into the cheese. Instead, the cheese had already been spread directly onto the bread and toasted together. Because of that, the bread lost the texture you would expect--it wasn't crusty or dippable at all. It ended up soft, almost soggy, and the cheese was baked onto the bread rather than being a dip. The whole appeal of the dish was supposed to be the warm bread with the roasted cheese to dip into, and that part was completely missing. Included with the bread was a hot honey that missed the mark on being "hot" and some kind of jam. These options just made everything even more soft....which should have been impossible. The salad was actually the best part of the meal - even though it was a bit spicy. I've always had good experiences here in the past, so this was a big letdown--especially for the price. I just wish the to-go version of the dish matched how it's described, or that expectations were set correctly when ordering. Unfortunately, this experience made me lose all trust in ordering from here again. I can't believe we waited until exactly 3pm (when they opened) to order this.... At the very least the pizza should have been hot.

The sandwich was honestly the highlight of the meal. It was delicious, and the pizza dough as the bread was such a unique touch that you really don't find at many Italian sandwich spots around Columbus. The pizza itself was just okay. As you can see from the picture, the toppings weren't distributed very evenly, so some slices had mostly sauce with barely any cheese while others had way more toppings and cheese but less sauce. I also wish the pizza had been cooked a little longer overall because it was pretty floppy and doughy. One thing that makes it tough is that once the movie starts, it's hard to go back and ask for changes or anything since the theater is packed and getting in and out of the seats feels disruptive. We'll definitely be back to Grandview Theater because we love the experience overall, but next time I'll probably stick to the sandwiches and popcorn and skip the pizza.

I tried half of the Licensed to Dill which was just okay. Pickles on pizza isn't really my thing. Pesto on pizza wasn't really my thing either, but having half of a an Ecto Pesto changed my mind. Perhaps the chicken and bacon on the pie was what I really liked, but the point is that it all came together surprisingly well. It definitely gave me hope for the more meat-heavy pizza options that I tend to prefer.

You ever walk into a place and think, there's no way something special is hiding in here?…read more Yeah....That was me. An old tavern in Columbus. Dim. Historic. The kind of spot where you expect a solid beer and maybe some decent bar food. What you don't expect? One of the best Detroit-style pizzas of your life hiding behind a window in the back like some carb-based speakeasy. And when I say hidden, I mean hidden. No flashy signage. No "best pizza in town" ego. Just a quiet little window cranking out square pies that deserve a standing ovation. I ordered the classic red top -- already a bold move -- and added pesto because balance matters and I like to live a little. The result? Beyond reproach. Fresh, loaded toppings. Sauce with depth. And that crust... that beautiful Detroit crust. Crispy edges with that caramelized cheese halo, but still chewy and pillowy inside. The textural contrast is what separates amateurs from legends -- and this? This was legend-level execution. Easily top 3 Detroit-style pizzas I've had. And that's not a casual statement. If you don't understand the life-altering power of true Detroit-style pizza, I regret to inform you... you have not been living. Go find the window in the back. Trust me.

And I was pleased with the slice of the Dill Thrill that I traded for with my wife. The dueling flavor profiles created magic. We started with the Parmesan breadsticks and got both the garlic butter and pizza sauce for dipping. I took one bite with the pizza sauce and immediately thought, "Yep. THAT'S IT." Something about their red sauce just does not work for me. It's incredibly thick -- almost like drywall mud -- and while it definitely has flavor, it's just not a flavor my taste buds enjoy. HOWEVER...the breadsticks with the garlic butter?! Some of the best I've had. Seriously delicious. So this time I decided to avoid the red sauce altogether and ordered the chicken pesto pizza. And THAT was the move! It was fantastic. The crust was perfect, the toppings were delicious and plentiful, and the pesto worked so much better for me. My daughter devoured her BBQ chicken pizza, my sister thoroughly enjoyed her six cheese, and those breadsticks were so good that I ordered another batch to take home. Our server was super friendly and efficient and the vibe inside was chill. So after all these years, I can finally say it: I DO like Adriatico's! ...I just have to stay far, far away from that red sauce.
