For four shirts it came to $48, pretty steep but mayyybe understandable if each one is being dry cleaned. I counted one, the black silk shirt that was actually dry cleaned, the rest smelled different. My main issue, my blue silk shirt came back rough to the touch, wrinkled or creased all over, and felt like sand paper. They washed it in water then pressed it with starch. Ruined the item. I just paid $30 for it off eBay so wanted it cleaned, it was perfectly fine but to be sure I wanted it cleansed before wearing. For these prices it should have came back meticulous. Alas it wasn't. I give one star because the guy was nice enough. Buyer beware.

She is really nice but she tells you if your vision is not doable so you don't waste your money. She makes helpful suggestions but will do what you prefer. Her prices are reasonable. If she can't do it on your timeline, she just tells you and sends you off. We asked her to do something that might not be doable and she told us up front that there was a significant chance it would not work out so she was not recommending it because it was questionable and let us make up our minds about taking the monetary risk.

We waited around 45 minutes just to be seen…read more We were then charged $28 for a simple hem, which is on the high side, but since we had already waited so long, we decided to just pay and leave. At checkout, we were told the pants would be ready for pickup in 7-10 days. After 10 days, we called to check on them and were told it would actually be another 8 days. When we reminded them that we had specifically been told 7-10 days, they were very resistant and asked what we needed the pants for. They repeatedly insisted that they had told us it would take 18 days, which is not what we were told and is not a timeline we would have agreed to. Unfortunately, the quality of the work was also poor. Less than two weeks after getting the pants back, the hem started fraying badly (see attached photo). For $28, I expected a much better-quality alteration. Overall, the long wait, inconsistent communication about the turnaround time, high price, and poor quality of the finished work made this a very disappointing experience.
