Ariel said he would try his best and not to get my hopes up. However when I picked it up, there were almost no traces of stains or dirt and there were no scuffs from the cleaning! Enter through main doors and at the fork turn right and keep going until you see the sign for her business on the wall. The door is going to be on the right side of the hall. She's very nice and helpful, I don't know why other reviewers were complaining. I was a little scared based on some of those reviews but once I met her or even called on the phone she was friendly. I got a pair of pants hemmed for $15 which is the best price I could find. I'm currently getting a skirt waist taken in for $25. I'm really pleased with her work and will continue to come as long as I'm here in Bellevue.
