There are two kinds of IT people, the ones who leave you more confused than when you started, and…read morethe ones who quietly solve the problem and get you back to running your business. Working with Matt was exactly that. He was prompt, professional, and refreshingly easy to work with. No unnecessary jargon, no drama, just honest expertise and a genuine commitment to getting the job done right. As a small business owner, having someone reliable to call when technology gets in the way is invaluable. If you're looking for an IT professional who knows his craft, communicates well, and delivers on his promises, I highly recommend him. Good people are hard to find. Great IT people are even harder.

I can't say enough great things about Matt. He absolutely saved me this week…read more My Lenovo laptop completely failed to boot after a graphics driver cleanup utility corrupted the Windows boot configuration and recovery environment. The system was stuck in a recovery loop, BitLocker was triggered, and Windows wouldn't load or even reliably enter repair mode. Multiple shops I called said it would take several days just to diagnose the issue. Matt turned it around in essentially one day. He was able to manually access the system, unlock BitLocker, repair the corrupted boot configuration, rebuild the necessary Windows files, and get the machine fully operational again -- without wiping my data. That was critical, as I had local files that weren't backed up to the cloud. Beyond the technical expertise, what impressed me most was: * Clear communication * Fast turnaround * Extremely reasonable pricing * No upselling, no unnecessary "reinstall everything" approach He diagnosed the real issue quickly and fixed it correctly the first time. If you're an independent contractor who depends on your machine daily, or you run a small to mid-sized business and need reliable, competent IT support, Matt is exactly who you want on your side. Look no further. Highly, highly recommend.

I was dealing with it for a while until I was unable to wake it up from sleep mode by double-tapping the screen, and even pressing the power button didn't turn it on. It would only wake up if it was being charged. Needless to say, that got annoying pretty quickly. I called around to multiple places around me and Asurion was by far the most affordable, and they even have a $10 off discount if you go to their website. I dropped it off around 4:30pm on a Thursday and they said they'd have to keep it overnight (if you go in before 1pm you're more likely to have same-day service). I explained the situation and the tech looked it over and gave me all the information I wanted to know. She said it would likely be ready for pick-up around 1-2pm the next day, and lo and behold, I got the email notification around 1pm the next day that it was ready. I go to pick it up and everything's looking great and working great, and they even put a new screen protector on. The entire experience was straightforward, hassle-less, and quick, and they have a 1-year warranty on their work. I am a satisfied customer who will be coming back again for any tech repair needs!
