Arriving home I noticed no spare no jack and the rt rear tire had a slice next to the rim slowly leaking air . I Drove the Van Three Time Once Coming Home From Fearless Motors and Discount Tires and Last Drive on 09/12/2024 Was to the Grocery Store Where on The way home the temperature gauge shot up to hot and being that I was on the right of the road I immediately pulled over and that was the last time this van was driven After 28 day mostly parked due to bad tires no spare , jack given . It Was driven 3 times BROKE DOWN Had to get towed home . *I had A Mechanic Come To Take A look And Told Me It Had A Bad Motor Due To rust on motor where the water had been leaking for a long time .His Advice Was To Get it Back To Dealer Who Sold It To Me... 09/19/2024 I Got a Towing To Take Van To Fearless Motors So They Can Check Out The Damaged Vehicle they Sold Me. On 09/26/24 Got a Report from Fearless motor that it needed an engine oil filter housing and the cost would be $710.00 That A Rock hit it and made a hole in it and that is what is causing all the water to run out . He Lied About That. But he States The Motor is Good Said it to me over 4 time the Motor is Good . Yet Without Repairing the engine oil filter where all the water is leaking from They could not preform an accurate block test so stating that the engine was good was a false statement . 09/26/2024 I called Kevin And Told him I was sending a tow truck to pick van up. He stated that I would not get cheaper work done elsewhere and was trying to convince me to leave it there. Even went as far as to tell me to cancel the tow truck. No I could not trust their mechanics to tell me it was a faulty engine Before releasing the van I had to pay for the diagnostic report the diagnostic they did For $163.00 Not a very Accurate One. And according the web site you get a discount Dont Ever Believe That . Van Was Then Towed To New Shop On 09/26/2024 AAA Auto Repair Center They Preformed a VERY Accurate Real Diagnostic Had The Engine Oil Filter Housing Replaced At AAA Auto Repair Center . Once that was done They Got correct Diagnostic reading. Post Cooling System Repair Engine Block Test Failed After Cooling System Was Sealed and Coolant Was Added Back To Vehicle A Block Test Was preformed . That Test Revealed Hydrocarbons in the Coolant and Warp Head . Was Advised Not to put any more $ into this van I had it towed home for the last time on 10/02/2024. Notified Kevin At Fearless Motors and He said Sorry Not under Warranty due to over heating and I told him It was not driven overheated and he did not want to talk any more hung up on me . Kevin and I made a deal via fb marketplace for the purchase of 2013 ford Taurus Limited. We agreed I would pay $5200 and return the following day with $800 for a total of $6000. Kevin instructs me to see george. George gives me a total of $6349.50. Well upon return to pay $800, check engine light came on I did not pay $800. I was told boss would be there Monday. Left and a/c quit blowing cold air. Returned to shop on Monday, giving kevin a scan code. He told me to trust them car was under warranty. I payed $400 George gave me a receipt saying my balance was $749.50 not the $400 I expected. I made a complaint with the bbb and kevin calls me the next day to threaten repo. I returned the car to lot for repairs and got them the key two days later. I returned within warranty timeline. Instead of refunding the money I applied toward the purchase the dealership has kept my money, they have car and key fob and are now claiming I missed a payment and car is now in repossession. The dealership/kevin failed to file the proper paperwork to transfer title into my name and how can they repo what they already have. And I was never the legal owner of the car I payed $5600 for but now they claim I missed a payment and they are exercising their right. Car was not financed it was a cash sale. So his repo is illegal. And his failure to refund my money is down right THEFT. He claimed car just passed emmissions before I purchased it butI have a photo dated and a code scan that car would not pass emmissions upon my arrival to pay remaining $800. I have proof of my aligations against him but he fails to show any proof to anyone even the az ag. His lack of concern, knowing he has violated my right and has broken the law leads me to believe he has done this before and feels it is his right to take advantage of someone who is mentally challenged and not able to go at him on a financial level is actually appalling on a different level. So, BEWARE OF FEARLESS MOTORSPORTS GROUP,LLC. Kevin acts like he has done no wrong, telling me to take them to court if I think they did something wrong. WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A REPAIR SHOP!!! (See photos below) Please do not take you vehicle to this unprofessional and incompetent shop. I brought my vehicle in with an exhaust leak issue and was told that I needed new exhaust manifolds. They completed the "repair" and charged me an additional 6 hours labour and for $400 worth of parts that I had actually brought in myself. Then things went really south. Only a few days later while driving home to Canada the exhaust leak reappeared and was worse than ever. I called Kevin and he instructed me that since I could not return to their shop I should take it into a local shop and have them diagnose the issue - and if it was a result of their work they would cover the new repair bill.. So I took it to a certified professional local repair shop. They were quickly able to diagnose the issues and were actually laughing at the insanely incompetent work by Fearless. The issues include: - Fearless noticed the leak was a result of rusted and broken manifold studs and rather than using $50 worth of new studs, they reused the rusted old studs that would inevitably break leading to the same issue (literally lasted a few days) - Random bolts were used in place of studs that could not be properly torqued and also were bound to fail - The manifold gasket was improperly sealed resulting in a blowout (see attached image) - They charged me 12 hours labour when the other shop was able to complete the repair properly and extract all studs in 4 hours... - They charged me $400 for parts that I bought myself and took OVER ONE MONTH to refund me and numerous phone calls asking where the money is - Told me to take it to another shop to diagnose their faults and then when I provided them the details and account from a professional mechanic they were completely unwilling to issue any sort of refund IT IS ABSOLUTLEY DISGUSTING THE WORK AND CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDED BY THIS SHOP. BOTTOM LINE - I TOOK MY VEHICLE IN TO HAVE AN EXHAUST LEAK FIXED AND THEY PERFORMED A HALF ASS REPAIR LEAVING ME WITH AN EVEN WORSE ISSUE. THEN WHEN I PROVIDED THEM CONCRETE EVIDENCE OF THE POOR WORK THEY WERE COMPLETELY UNWILLING TO ISSUE ANY SORT OF REIMBUSMENT. THE WAY I SEE IT IS THIS SHOP STOLE $2000 FROM ME. read more

He had a nice set up that documented his work with pictures and updates, I thought that was nice. Got my vehicle back early Monday morning completely fixed for a fair price. Incompetent Owner The owner Kevin acts like he's doing you a favor but truly they didn't fix my car and he was beyond disrespectful on several occasions and the shit is so deep with excuses it never ends . They worked on a car and had no idea they were messing it up , cut wiring harness , gave the car back with oil leaking ( saying it was just over filled). Didn't use brand name parts for my car , had to be told after the car was still having trouble , then wanted to talk to the dealer on what and how they fixed after multiple pictures were sent . While I was waiting to cash out I learned that this place provides a large array of services, from oil changes to drivability issues to car sales. We asked them not to do the work as that was to FAR out of our budget, we paid them a few hundred dollars for the time they had invested. They put the parts in the back and got gasoline and oil on the interior carpet. Now they are contacting us asking to pay a restocking fee for parts they ordered. So this is an updated review. My experience with the old sales owner Kevin was miserable. My car broke down the next day with my kids in it and it was 110 outside it was horrible. When working with Kevin he was mean, angry, hostile, and would yell at me when I was truly concerned about my car. The new owner is why my review changes today. It was been frustrating to talk with him because it brings up some old wounds but no matter how frustrated I have gotten he has stayed calm and still ends up helping in the end. I honestly don't feel leaving scared which was a problem with Kevin. My wife wouldn't even interact with him but she is with the new owner. I feel as though because of this it is 5 stars.
