Bravo transmission installed a rebuilt transmission in my 03 Tundra…read more It did not function properly from the moment I picked it up and I returned it the same day. I picked it up a week or two later after it was finally repaired only to find the same issues. When I tried to have the the shop honour their warranty, I was told they were shortstaffed and could not even try to remedy it for at least a few weeks . After I took it back for the third time I discovered that the owner of the shop was using it to commute to his house and keeping it in his driveway overnight! I suspect he had been doing that for weeks during the second repair as well by the mileage indicated . I have recovered my truck with the help of the police and I am going to request a full refund for my transmission work and getting it repaired by another company.. This supposed 18 month warranty is worth absolutely nothing and this has been my experience. I hope it helps others to make a valid decision on where to go to get your vehicle and transmission repaired..

The guy could have taken a look at the van and realized that their shop height and how high the van needed to be lifted were not going to work. Not a positive experience and the last thing I would expect from an "old school" shop like this where you anticipate some degree of expertise.
