In Nov 2024 I had a leak in my home causing water damage. The plumber ,who I now realize received a kickback for their referral, recommended Ecodry restoration and Elite PackOut. The two very shady companies came out to my home within the hour, performing work saying that all billing would go straight to my homeowners insurance and presented paperwork to be signed for time worked with no pricing. THEY ARE SCAMMERS! A few days later when they realized my insurance would not pay them directly they came to me with an excessively high bill of thousands of dollars for 2 hours of work for packing up items and moving items from my bar to my office on the same floor. They broke a glass and a speaker. They should be ashamed of themselves but I'm sure the owner has no scruples or shame and has been taking advantage of people that are in a vulnerable position for years like this. Someone should get the district attorney involved and shut this down! read more

NEVER USE Elite Pack Out LLC. This company is run under EIN: 86-3683871 which is included on all of their work order agreements and assignment of benefits. This EIN doesn't exist anywhere from what I can tell. They are located at W Baseline Rd. Suite 52, Gilbert, AZ. 85233 This company broke my desk, dropped a sound bar in front of me, four of their employees and two employees from a different company. They denied any damages were of their doing. Their documentation is never correct as to whom was present during pack out and pack back, so they refuse to take responsibility for the damages. They also attached our clothes dryer without hooking it up to the vent. A week went by of the house being filled with lint until we pulled the dryer to see what was wrong. That is when we found out they never hooked it up. We were forced to use this company due to an insurance claim with USAA regarding a water leak. Elite Pack Out LLC. were hired by RMJ Construction whom states they only hire/contract certified and licensed vendors. If you care about your belongings and credibility of the company hired to move it on your behalf, be sure to not use this company. read more

Terrible job the crew is lazy and had a job that was minimal effort they had to move a shelf with a few items and managed to break the only fragile item there. This was after they were told to be careful with that item. They cannot move 1 shelf without breaking something so wouldn't trust them with a big job. read more

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Elite Packout, and I feel compelled to share this so others can avoid the same issues. It all started with a water line leak that caused significant drywall damage in one of my bedrooms. Restoration referred me to Elite Packout for furniture moving. The team arrived around 7:38 PM, and I will give them credit--they were fast and efficient, moving everything out within an hour, even though their policy states a two-hour minimum charge. However, things went downhill from there. I was never given clear communication about pricing. When I spoke a manager named Quintin, he told me I had signed paperwork that listed the pricing--but I let him know the paperwork was signed *after* the job was completed. His response was dismissive, saying, "That's hearsay," and asking "how do you make a pen leave a time stamp?" If you're going to charge exorbitant rates, the pricing should be clear upfront, not after the work is done. When it came time to settle the bill, I was shocked to find they charged my insurance $1600 for just an hour and a half of work to move a single bedroom's worth of furniture. They disassembled a bed, a TV stand, a dresser, and moved a few laundry baskets--nothing substantial to justify that price. If you have a high deductible, be cautious because this felt like a total rip-off. To make matters worse, the pack-out and pack-back charges were not explained upfront, and I was charged for equipment that wasn't used. The billing was not clear whether that was for hours worked or just bodies on-site, so I had to ask for that clarification. When Quintin the manager reached out to address these concerns, he was dismissive and condescending. He simply told me the way to "make things right" was to pay for the services rendered. Luis, the collections representative I spoke with prior to Quentin wasn't any more helpful, just saying they'd give feedback to ensure future customers are aware. That's not what I needed--I wanted my concerns addressed. My insurance did manage to negotiate a slightly lower bill but even they (my insurance) stated that Elite Packout prices were ridiculously high. I'm still left with a $1200 charge for an hour's worth of work to move one room. In a Google review, Elite Packout responded saying that they didn't have to honor the negotiating bill but chose to. I did however, meet my deductible with my insurance so regardless, they would be required to honor that pricing. In conclusion, if you're looking for fast service at ridiculously high prices, no transparency, unclear pricing, lack of professionalism, and zero accountability, Elite Packout might be the company for you. As for me, I'll definitely be looking elsewhere in the future. read more

When it was time to put things back into place, the team of Ruben, Sammy, and Dean arrived as scheduled and put things back into place. The team was professional, friendly, and courteous. Two guys showed up in their personal car, with nothing but a roll of tape and their energy drinks. They left and returned over an hour later with two boxes. Knowing they had to pack up the laundry room they didn't even bring an appliance dolly. My husband and daughter did most of the work. They packed one box. I was billed $1,237.91. They were unprepared and unknowledgeable for the job, and way over priced. When I questioned why I was charged for things like a moving truck and plastic film and moving blankets, my questions were meet with hostility and threats. They were subcontracted by RMJ to prep prior to reconstruction of my water damaged kitchen. They moved a fridge, small dining table and 4 chairs, and a few items from a small pantry to another part of the house (approximately 10 to 15 feet) and they tried to charge my insurance almost 1,500 bucks. ***SCAMMERS*** Be warned*** Do not even let them in*** I truly hope this company fails in so many levels. read more

This morning I spoke with Quaitan regarding finding my Sloth Bag on our final load from storage underneath a box marked pillows was my Sloth purse bag which still had everything in it wallet, $75 credit cards medication a pack of cigs and a lighter. I'm so happy after 6 months it's found Thank God. I then talked to him about missing items such as a tv, a headboard and 2 dressers. Quaitan is going to check an overage storage and hopefully find it and deliver it to us! Elite Packout company was used as a 3rd party, hired by the contractor to move out furniture for tile replacement. It was mentioned numerous times to the contractor that the bed in question was a sleep number bed, and needed to be disassembled differently. I even on the day of the furniture moveout, reminded the packout crew. Immediately one of the individuals went to the side of the bed and tried to remove the mattress and tore the bottom cover which is secured by a plastic disc inside the cover that bolts to the frame to prevent slippage as the bed is adjustable. It was immediately brought to their attention. After a 3-minute investigation by one of their employees a week later, they are saying that there is no direct evidence to say their team caused the damage. Well, it was not there beforehand!!!!! Would not recommend this company to move anything you own. They take no responsibility for the janky work they perform. Had to list 1 star because it will not let you proceed further, otherwise it would be a 0-5 rating. read more

Do not use this company ! They broke stuff and refuse to fix or replace any of the damaged items. The crew that came to return my stuff were high and yelling and cursing. one even told me that two of them were drunk ! So I called and asked that a different crew come out the next day and why the same crew showed up. Quinn in the claims department is the worst. They were very cautious when moving our stuff around and asked when they weren't sure what needed to be moved. After THIS company told us multiple times in person...DONT WORRY HOME OWNERS WILL COVER IT!! Well guess what Home owners WILL NOT cover inflated prices they will only cover what's fair. So we were on the hook for the rest! Just to be clear Elite pack out tried to charge our Home owners co $3,200 for taking my sons room (a bed, a small bookcase, a very small mini couch, a twin bed, a few boxes with books) everything on the walls and closet stayed. The furniture that they took wasn't even worth $3,200!!! It was cheap ikea furniture. There was also ridiculous prices that were lies.... They did not have 2 vans pick up because it wasn't even that much. I have cameras i know there was only one van, they put the price of gas, how long they were at my home was a lie. I WILL NEVER EVER go with this company again, I will warn others & I will let our Insurance co to NOT DO BUSINESS with them. One of the company called Elite Packout, supposed to pack and move my small China cabinet. Unfortunately, my insurance denied my claimed. But Elite Packout still overcharge me and still wants to collect payments for $150 for just moving the cabinet 10 feet away, no packing and never put them back where supposed to be and still wants me to pay $150. Due my financial difficulties ( since my home insurance denied), Seth told me that I can pay $50 installment for 3 months, which is I'm good with that. But he sent me a form requesting to fill our my bank account information. Seriously? Heck no! Why do I have to give my my bank information for $150? I told him, I will pay of half because they never put my cabinet back where supposed to be! But he (Seth) insisted that I have to pay $150. So I went to the office and paid in full today. I will never recommend this company to anyone, unless you want to be scam. What a shame! read more
