Two different clients used Elite Kitchen & Bath and came away very impressed with the work. Highly recommend.

We had been putting off for several years remodeling our guest bathroom for quite some time. With Covid home isolation happening, the eyesore was just too much to look at everyday. It was time. Elite Kitchen and Bath came highly recommended from some colleagues at work and we decided to give them a call as well as a few others. After getting several initial bids, we found Pete's bid from Elite Kitchen and Bath to be by far the most extensive and fairest. His bid went over every minute detail from the floor to the ceiling and all in between and he was happy to get back to us immediately with answers to a few questions we had. A few days later we went to Pete's show room in Fountain Valley and spent a Saturday morning going over all the choices for tiles, doors, grout, everything in between, etc. Pete was a GREAT help with this part as well as he brings a lot of experience and wisdom to the design table having done this for quite a while. Thanks Pete! Construction started about a week later and his crew were on time everyday. If there was going to be an unexpected change in schedule, Pete was texting me the evening before letting me know about schedule updates. Appreciated. His crew was professional and courteous and were always wearing masks. They also cleaned up after each work day, to the extent possible. This was greatly appreciated too. After a few short weeks and even a curve ball we threw at him, work was completed on time. The end result was even better than we had hoped. I can;t recommend Pete and Elite Kitchen and Bath highly enough. These guys are professionals and Pete has vision from beginning to end. Hand him your eyesore project and let him and his crew bring life to your design, every step of the way. Thanks again Pete! ---John de Leon read more

I live in Orange County and i was looking for someone to remodel my kitchen so a close friend of mine recommended me to Elite Kitchen and Bath. She had told me that they had remodel her bathroom which i was in love with because they did such and amazing job, i was a little bit of skeptical about them remodeling my kitchen since it's not the same thing as a bathroom but they did beyond my expectations, they make sure i like every detail on my kitchen (molding, color, cabinets etc.) i'am very happy with the final results and totally recommend this place for any of you that are looking for someone to remodel your kitchen or bathroom.. Big Thanks to Rafi read more

We wanted an amazing bathroom renovation and that's what we got. Rafi was great. Thanks Elite!

I've been doing business with Elite Kitchen and Bath for about 4 years now.  I have used them to source materials such as tiles, counter tops, fixtures, and much more.  They have amazing prices and beat out the big retailers such as home depot and Loews, plus they are able to get the materials faster and in better condition than their large, bureaucratic competitors. I also used Elite Kitchen and Bath to do a full scale remodel of a condo I purchased in West Hollywood.  They gave me an amazing price, decor advice, and showed me where I could get credit to pay for the job.  While on the job, they kept me in the loop on any issues that came about and helped me to work with the HOAs to keep the job going smoothly!  The project took slightly longer than anticipated, but the job came out amazing and the total value was above expectation (see attached pictures). After the job was completed, Elite Kitchen and Bath continued to help me with any issues that came up.  I recently had an issue where a sink was cracked at my house by a plumber and Elite Kitchen and Bath were the only ones who were able to get me the counter top to replace it as the sink was a discontinued model! I would highly recommend working with Elite Kitchen and Bath for all your home remodeling needs no matter how large or small.  They do it all!!! When you call, ask for Rafi or Romel and they will make your vision a reality! read more

I've worked with many contractors over the years and was pleasantly pleased with the open communication to detail given by Romel throughout my remodel experience. My beach house has limited space and Romel offered some excellent "small space" ideas to maximize my needs. I found that a rare quality in a contractor, which helped to make my remodel experience seamless and less stressful... His team came in and jumped right into each project as needed. Because of his showroom examples and cabinet contacts we were able to create the needed space for a more productive kitchen and bath. My remodel consisted of my galley kitchen, both baths, landscaped with synthetic grass in my back yard, built a large custom storage unit, bedroom Windows and doors, walk-in closet and glass sliding mirrored doors along with a variety of updates through out.. That was one of the deciding factors in selecting Romel and his team. I did not have to worry about shopping around for additional contractors, they were able to take care of every remodel and update projects needed. That in itself says a lot for them... I have highly recommended them to my friends and family and will continue to do so.. I sold my home in YL and my timeline was a crunch schedule, as it always seems to be but even with the additional projects I added along the way Romel and his team stayed right on schedule for my move-in date. I am extremely pleased with the end results and happy to know should I need any additional work down the road I know exactly where to do go. read more

I have hired James and his crew twice for bathroom remodeling projects and I wouldn't hire anyone else for my projects. There is so much more to home projects than getting things ordered and installed - you have to find a company who is open to your ideas, who works with your vision, and whose workers who you can trust. *This is that company.* James communicated with me openly and never hesitated to show me what progress had been made or to tell me what the next steps were and how long he expected the work to take. His crew is hardworking, trustworthy, and friendly...for my latest project I had to leave them a key to my house for 2 days because I had work and I had zero misgivings about it - How many contractors can you say that about?! They never left my home or driveway messy, either. This is a great company with wonderful people, and they do great work. Hire them! read more

Elite Kitchen and Bath did a total remodeling on two bathrooms (our family's ancestral home in Westchester, LA) from late November, 2014 to early January,2015. A small bathroom & a big bathroom project. The main man is Rommel, very accommodating and warm person who explained every detail on what needs to be done as this was my first time to have a remodeling project. So, in a span of less than 2months, I had a brand new 1.5 bathrooms. I'm very much satisfied, although I'm on the budget side of the deal, everything went well. Price wise fair, but if I had more money I'd probably go for the more high end materials, although I'm not complaining. His contracted workers were all wonderful, from the carpenters, the plumber, and the glass man. I highly recommend them. read more

My friends introduced different contractors to me, but I think I was lucky to choose Elite Kitchen & Bath to remodel my house. The project was beyond what I expected, basically everything demolished and left empty shell. Elite rebuilt everything: cabinets, floor, lighting, repiped water pipe, all 3 bathrooms etc! They have best team and cooperated timely. After the remodeling, the house looks totally different. Thank you, Rafi,Pete, Marion brothers and Pedro! read more

We searched for nearly a year before we found Elite Kitchen and Bath. They were the perfect choice for us. The showroom had all the choices we needed and Emmie was our personal decorator. Tim was very thorough with all the details and we didn't have any major surprises. All the workers were polite and professional. Sam kept us informed and made us feel very comfortable with the process. We had two bathrooms completely remodeled and we are so happy with the results. Thank you! read more

Elite Kitchen & Bath just finished a remodel of my small master bathroom & I couldn't be more pleased. Rafi gave me a comparable estimate to others that I received after helping me choose materials. Pete kept things on track, always informing me of next steps. All the workers I met were very polite & kept things as clean as they possible could during the remodel. The workmanship was excellent. The project was finished on time & according to budget. The bathroom turned out beautiful & I plan on using the company again. read more

We found Elite Kitchen and Bath by word of mouth from one of my colleagues, and we are so thankful we did. After recently buying our second home we instantly had so many ideas for home improvement. Being very logical and cost vs. quality driven, I did my usual exercise of getting the quotes from local contractors recommended by my real estate agent, Home Depot affiliates, and those usual guys you get from flyers delivered to your home. The quotes were all over the place, and some seemed too good to be true. That's when Romel walked into our property. After visiting the property, not only did he patiently hear about our plans, but also provided very helpful remodeling ideas with pictures of work he completed elsewhere that we had never thought about. Unlike most contractors, he never tried to oversell his service, and he let us make all the individual calls with upfront price quotes. We worked with Nanour at his office for the various options, selected individual materials from his showroom, and then finalized the work plans. Over the next few weeks his crew of folks did what they do best - turned our bathroom into something we are proud to show off to all our friends. He was very responsive to texts and emails, and also made sure he always lived up to his promises. His price quotes were very accurate, and the minimal discrepancies where he had to do custom work were well justified. Thanks you Romel and Nanour for the high quality service throughout, and making us feel special during our interactions. You guys are the best in Southern California, period. read more

5:20pm. Walked into the store... there's a guy sitting in the office which we can see through a glass window. He looks up, doesn't move. We look around their entire store by ourselves (gf and I). After 10min or so, we left. He was still sitting there. Thanks for the help buddy. Remodel project is starting in a month and we were ready to buy cabinets and countertops if we found what we liked. Store is pretty unorganized with stuff kind of everywhere. read more

We recently had our Kitchen remodeled and I can't say enough good things about EKB and especially Pete Virga. From start to finish, he was communicative, professional and honest. If I could put negative 5 stars I will do it. This is the worst place where you can find to do your kitchen, bathroom, etc. They don't have professional people working for them. And also the owners are not serious workers. They just were there to ask for their money and that is all, their workers have to do everything also things that engineers are suppose to do, and they do everything super bad, because unfortunately they are not professionals or engineers, everything they did in our bathroom was wrong. They had to repeat things many times, because nobody was there to give direction, things were not symmetric, with not calculations.. They promise to you a due date that they are going to finish everything supposedly and that time you will have to multiply by three, because their workers go to work just when they want, super late and then they leave super early, they also don't like to work during the weekend. Honestly I don't know how people like this can have license and stay in business. My husband and I are engineers and we found many mistakes in our bathroom, things that we found since they started and they had to rebuild again. It was a complete nightmare read more

After searching around for the right contractor (again,) I ended up going with Pete from Elite Kitchen and Bath. From the initial contact, he was very attentive, made some great suggestions, and made sure things were done how we wanted. He even had his guys fix a small error they made without us even asking! He was definitely on top of it, and a perfectionist, which is practically impossible to find in this industry! This is the third time I've hired someone for home improvements between my last two homes, and we are thrilled with the results! I wish we hired him for our previous home-improvement projects. read more

We had an excellent experience working with Romel and his team to remodel our kitchen in Irinve. They did a great job helping us select and pick out materials in their showroom and completed the project according to the time line we set. We love our new kitchen and will definitely chose to work with Elite Kitchen and Bath again when we need help with future projects for our home. read more

Based on their ad in the local newspaper, I contacted Elite Kitchen and Bath in October and received a quick reply from their rep, Rafi. He came to our house promptly at the scheduled time, looked over the job and the detailed computer drawings I had prepared which showed all dimensions and basic specs of the shower remodeling we wanted to do. Over the next several weeks we e mailed back and forth a few times covering various details and firming up his quote which seemed like a fair price. We were impressed that Rafi was very personable and always responsive. Today, Dec. 1, my wife and I went to their showroom to pick the tile and sign the work agreement, that's when things started going bad. I had explained when we met that there might be some repairs needed to the subfloor, but that was not included in the work order, so I brought it up. We settled on an extra $100 for that potential work even though it should have been included in their quote. Then I saw that the total cost was different from the e mailed quote and the reply was a convoluted explanation about the value of the financing, which I had already declined and had been clearly spelled out in recent e mails. They gave in on that one. Checking the specs for the tile work, I noticed that the square footage seemed to be short. That's when the boss got involved and learned that the quote was not based on the actual dimensions of our showers, but rather on an arbitrary 3' X 3' area. I referenced back to the dimensioned drawings which Rafi said he no longer had and to the measurements he had taken himself. After some discussion on their end, I was offered a "deal" of $800 more than the quote, plus an unspecified extra cost for the glass doors which of course needed to fit the actual size of the shower. That was when we politely declined to proceed and walked out. There was never an apology for their errors, but more important was the attitude that came across -- three different issues which had been clearly explained and should have been considered in their quote, but which they tried to use to bump up the total cost. Really bad vibes and I am glad to have cut and run before any work was started. My advice to any potential customers -- be very careful and read every detail of the work order, and even then keep in mind potential attempts to change their written pricing. read more

We had a number of companies come in, meet with us and give us quotes to re-do our kitchen but we were so impressed with Elite Kitchen & Bathroom. Rafi helped us to develop a detailed plan of what our kitchen would look like and we loved being able to see the various layout options . He walked us through the different material choices, discussing the pros and cons of each one and was always mindful of our budget. Pete was very receptive and listened to what was important to us. He communicated daily, always updating us on the next step of the project. He stopped by our home frequently to check on the work and make sure everyone was on the same page. Everyone we dealt with was very professional and courteous. We are so happy with Elite Kitchen & Bathroom. read more

I rarely give reviews as I find it way too easy to outline the negative and tear businesses that operate in the "just ok is ok mode" apart as there are soooo many of them. However, when there is something awesome to say about a company and their employee's, that is when I will take time to post a review. When we invited Elite Kitchen and Bath in to quote our downstairs remodel (Kitchen and Bathroom) we were on our 9th or 10th company and frustrated as h&^%. Some companies quoted the project beyond a crazy amount and others under quoted to try and get our business. Both my husband and I have been through remodels so we had a price in our head that we thought was fair. Pete (our Project Manager) showed up and took the measurements. He was pleasant from the moment we met him where we had some faith that this company may work out. When we went back to the showroom to discuss the design and details of the project my husband and I were bracing ourselves when we were down to the price. Then BAM, he gave us the price which matched EXACTLY what we were thinking. We were beside ourselves. We thought there would be a catch down the road. Maybe they want all the money up front. Or, maybe they want two installments and the project is going to take 10 weeks. When Pete delivered the price and outlined the fact that we pay as we go with project milestones, we were by this point falling over in our chairs. When he then said the project would be about four weeks we were sold. We thought for sure there would be a timeline catch as all of our previous remodels ALWAYS came in late. Not to mention, we were kicking this off right before the holidays. D day came and the crew showed up on time to make quick work of the demo. Pete was on top of communications with me so I was never wondering what was going on next. Our remodel was off and running. As time went on, we found items we wanted to change and had a few obstacles that are never without fail. Pete was awesome to deal with during those times as he not only was fair in cost with the changes, we wanted to make but offered up options when we did hit obstacles so we always had a plan a and b. This was so unlike any other experience we ever had. Even with our changes and the holidays the project wrapped up only a week after the original timeline which is amazing in remodel world. Once finished we were so ecstatic with the transformation. This job had so many positives to boast about: 1) Fair pricing, 2) Pete was amazing to work with as he was so pleasant and in constant communication which made us feel we could trust him and the work that was being done. 3) Workers were friendly and would always reach out to their project manager on with questions.... As opposed to just winging it and hoping it turns out ok. 4) The quality of work was fantastic. 5) They were able to hit a five-week timeline with the project absorbing a few snags and incorporating our design additions. Bottom-line, I highly recommend this company and Pete as a Project Manager to anyone I know. This project restored our faith in companies that truly care about being above average. You will not be sorry with selecting this company. We were so happy with their work that we will be kicking off our upstairs remodel in April/May. Cheers! read more

They transformed our 1970's master bathroom into a modern bathroom with a walk in shower, air bubble tub, beautiful tile and elegant lighting. They were creative in their design and listened to our wants and needs. Three years later we still get compliments. Last year we had Romel transform our son's single story ranch house into an open great room by removing interior walls. Eli designed a modern kitchen with a nine foot island to provide seating for six and ample storage drawers. They build their custom cabinets and everything fit perfectly with soft close doors and drawers. The custom color painted finish is beautiful. Recessed lighting was installed and the island is highlighted by multiple colored LED lighting. Eli and Romel are easy to work with and their pricing and quality are excellent. read more

Elite is a one stop shop for a Kitchen remodel. They have a great showroom, and a contracting company as well - which helps to make the process efficient. Their contractor has great vision for what works in a given space and sincerely wants to please his clients. While we did have some confusion in the ordering/measuring process, the final product looks great. Most impressive was that 10 months after the work was paid and complete, a team of workers were sent without question, on a date convenient to us, to redo a section of dry wall that had cracked, while they were here, they did some touch up on other things as well. read more

I give this company 1 star and let me tell you why. First off the timeline to get the remodel done on a 7ft by 4ft took longer and they repeatedly had to come back several times to redo and to touch-up their mistakes. Mind you it looks absolutely stunning but very stressful to say the least, and timeline sucked, he said 4wks and it took 12wks. I had Rafi as project manager and there were many miscommunications with him and his workers and sometimes hard to get ahold of him. His workers were somewhat ok, they had so many that they would pass the buck if you asked them to do something correctly or fix and they would show up late or not come at all and when the project manager Rafi would say their coming at a certain time they wouldn't come at all and he sometimes wouldn't let us know as if we didn't have a life waiting for them to show up and the trash and demo they left to pile up on my back patio was disgusting food, remodel stuff etc... I went with Yelps so called good reviews and I wonder if this company has their family and friends write these reviews and submit, nothing at all what The great reviews claim and Rafi would not let us speak to the owner of the company, he completely blocked us from talking to him. So what does that tell you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! For a small guest bath, that didn't have a tub or shower to begin with, it fit a shower that leaked and corner sink and toilet, again 7 by 4....12wks late timeline suppose to be 4wks, and had Company from back east for Xmas and couldn't use the remodel bathroom very dissatisfied and disappointed. read more

Pros * Workers were friendly and respectful * Quality of work generally good * Happy with the final results * Our project manager Rafi has a good design eye, and will share opinions and explain why he is making the suggestions which was very helpful. Cons Project management was horrible - Communication completely lacking - Workers were promised on given dates, sometimes showed up, sometimes not - Workers show up to paint but don't even know what room or what color, despite the fact we'd chosen it with Rafi days before. Gave painter paint chip and he came back with the adjacent color from the chip than the one we picked and painted the bathroom the wrong color. - Work done out of order (ex: baseboards installed before drywall behind them was patched, drywall guy shows up but can't finish because gas stub hasn't been moved yet, etc.). I felt like I had to really watch what was going on at all times to make sure things were being done correctly. - I don't think they have any concept nor seem to care about the customer inconvenience for their delays and empty promises. Anyone living in a construction zone during a job just wants to get it over with. We communicated with Rafi dozens of times that we were frustrated and tired of living in dust and filth with no progress going on for days or weeks at a time. The basic response was; "it's construction, stuff happens". Job delays - They miscalculated the required amount of tile, lost a full week while more was ordered. They had tons of other stuff they could have done while waiting (drywall, electrical, fireplace gas stub relocation) but nobody showed all week. - Job quoted at 4-6 weeks, actually took closer to 9 weeks. Easily could have been 4 or less. Bottom Line While happy with the final results, we will not use them again for our other planned projects. Just not worth the frustration and aggravation. Getting worked up again just typing this... read more

EXCELLENT!! We used them to complete a full downstairs floor remodel when we had a slab leak. We chose to use them instead of going with the people insurance gave us because they fought hard to give us a higher budget that was much more reasonable and fair than what insurance originally said. All I have to say is that I am so happy we went with them for the remodel. I picked out a great engineered wood color that updated my whole home and the workers were so fast and efficient. I have heard many good things about their remodels and now I believe it! I have started referring them out to other people and they are also very happy with the results! Romel at Elite was one of the few kitchen contractors that said he could do it all - design, construction, cabinets, etc. My old kitchen was small and cramped so expanding the layout was a requirement for me before considering replacing cabinets. His guys poured concrete to extend the floorplan, knocked out a drop ceiling to make vaulted, replaced a sliding door with two corner windows and moved the water, drain and gas line for the new sink and cooktop. Everything came out perfect - floor & wall tile, recessed lights, pendant & under cabinet lighting, custom fridge doors and cabinets. I went with Romel's ideas for the design and it came out great. Everthing looks amazing! Four years later and it still impresses. Family & friends are shocked at the improvement and the kitchen is now where everyone gathers during parties. It is spacious with form and function in mind. Two things impressed me the most about Romel. Any changes I made mid-project didn't cause delays. The other big one for me was he was just a phone call away. If he didn't pick up he would always get back to me the same day. Since then Romel has remodeled two bathrooms for me and wet bar. I will post those pics another time. read more

The remodeling of my guest bathroom went through smoothly and the job was done in an organized manner without wasting time as I had a deadline to meet. During the remodeling there were little changes to be done which Elite Kitchen team cooperated with me very well. I should strongly give Raffi the credit in sitting down with me in their showroom and designing many ways of the upper counter top cabinets which I was not very sure of how would it look like in reality. Designing and creating the model which suits the customer is not always easy, but Raffi patiently created many designs until I liked one and felt comfortable to go with it. Elite Kitchen and Bath was fantastic from start to finish! We are entirely satisfied with our floors, they are beautiful! We had engineered hardwood installed in our living area as well as tile in our kitchen. Outside of loving our finished product, what I was most happy with was the assistance we received in selecting our floor options. They have so many colors and types of floors that it can be a very overwhelming decision. Raffy was extremely helpful in making product recommendations. They actually had a sample of our kitchen counter-top and cabinet available and were able to suggest great tile options that went perfectly with our kitchen! After we selected the tile, he then provided some wood flooring options that looked awesome running up against our tile! It was very helpful to be able to see how everything would fit together in our home right there in the store. We will definitely use them again for future projects and absolutely recommend them to others! read more
