Helpful and just pleasant. AND not flooded with 30 pages of paperwork so many places have you fill out. off topic for a minute - BUT WHY CAN'T IT BE SHARED SO YOU ARE NOT CONTINUALLY FILLING OUT THE SAME THINGS OVER AND OVER AND OVER....at any rate. I did not have a long wait...very impressive. The young lady that administered all the pretests before seeing Dr. Hefner was so great. She explained everything being done and why. Took time to talk to me and get everything down. Again, not a long wait for the doctor. HE WAS SO NICE. Came in, shook my hand and proceeded to cover everything I could even image for an exam. Because I am diabetic, over 65, and had cataract surgery a year ago, he covered a lot with me. Never felt rushed or pressured to hurry through. I have had a LOT of appointments with eye doctors since I stared with bad eyes in 4th grade....but I have to say this was by far the best experience with an office all the way around. My grandson and daughter will definitively use this office. AND ON A SIDE NOTE - I loved the chair I sat in and the receptionist went out of her way to call the person who ordered all their office furniture to find out where it was from..NOW THAT WAS OVER AND ABOVE...

We even called to confirm yesterday and were told "Yes, we have it - see you tomorrow." We get there today and they say "oh, we made your appointment for next year, sorry." They said we could wait around for TWO HOURS to see someone, but since we drove a half hour to get there, we had already wasted enough time on this place. We had another appointment with them for Friday, which, of course, we cancelled. It's so frustrating to have made an appointment AND CONFIRM IT, only to have the place make TWO mistakes and then ask you to sit around for two hours because of their mistakes. Needless to say, we will not be wasting any more of our time with this place.

I knew I needed new glasses and contacts, so I contacted my insurance and was referred to Style Optique. Dr. Palermo is fantastic! Sarah helped me find glasses that would not cause the weird wavy sensation I was experiencing with my current pair. The pair ended up being the best glasses I have ever owned..and I have been wearing them for 40+ years. Without any questions, after they saw the glasses, they stood by their warranty and ordered new frames. (Unfortunately they were not in stock). I was told it would take a few weeks. However, a few weeks later they called to say they were able to get them replaced sooner. So, we picked up the new glasses within the week of getting their call. The staff was professional from the moment I walked in to the end of the visit. I was promptly greeted with a smile, given easy forms to sign, and seen by Dr. Roshnee Patel within ten minutes. The store is very clean, dust free, and sanitizer is readily available throughout. Dr. Patel was very warm, welcoming and so down to earth. Just from her warm smile greeting, Dr. Patel immediately made me feel comfortable. She took her time with the exam, explaining things as she went. She answered my questions and concerns with care. She eased my mind. She never rushed me through the exam. More importantly, the exam went well and I was confident that I (finally) received an accurate lens prescription. Via lens scan, she confirmed my suspicion that one of the lenses in my existing-old prescription from a different chain wasn't accurate. Her staff helped me select new frames based on what style I liked. Then, I was encouraged to browse on my own without the hovering nor upsell pressure. I found a great pair of frames in a style I hadn't considered before. There are many designer frames here: Versace, Michael Kors, etc. Later, I saw that the frames sold here are current designs and sold very close to retail price. The frames that I chose were just five dollars more than the manufacturer's website. If I could change anything, I would suggest that the thermostat be adjusted as needed. It was an unseasonally warm day, and it was very warm inside the building. Overall, this was my first time ever using Pearl Vision and Dr. Patel and her staff left a great impression. They've restored my faith in physicians and I will make this my permanent place for glasses.

Because scheduling, it was June before they saw me again. The Dr checked my eyes and they redid both pairs. I had to pay for a better quality of lens too. I picked up the glasses in July. Well, these glasses are not any different, they do not look or feel different and do not match the prescription I have in my current frames. I did give each pair a try for a bit and again, and with life under Covid, I reached out again in September to let them know there are not working for me. The manager, who gave me the name of Linda told me that she would look into what could be done. I received a voice mail back, and each time I call, their line goes to a general voice mail box. "Linda" does not even have her own voice mail. I called 5 times and also left messages. NO CALL BACK. This is a newer location, but I would advise to stir clear.
