The staff was professional from the moment I walked in to the end of the visit. I was promptly greeted with a smile, given easy forms to sign, and seen by Dr. Roshnee Patel within ten minutes. The store is very clean, dust free, and sanitizer is readily available throughout. Dr. Patel was very warm, welcoming and so down to earth. Just from her warm smile greeting, Dr. Patel immediately made me feel comfortable. She took her time with the exam, explaining things as she went. She answered my questions and concerns with care. She eased my mind. She never rushed me through the exam. More importantly, the exam went well and I was confident that I (finally) received an accurate lens prescription. Via lens scan, she confirmed my suspicion that one of the lenses in my existing-old prescription from a different chain wasn't accurate. Her staff helped me select new frames based on what style I liked. Then, I was encouraged to browse on my own without the hovering nor upsell pressure. I found a great pair of frames in a style I hadn't considered before. There are many designer frames here: Versace, Michael Kors, etc. Later, I saw that the frames sold here are current designs and sold very close to retail price. The frames that I chose were just five dollars more than the manufacturer's website. If I could change anything, I would suggest that the thermostat be adjusted as needed. It was an unseasonally warm day, and it was very warm inside the building. Overall, this was my first time ever using Pearl Vision and Dr. Patel and her staff left a great impression. They've restored my faith in physicians and I will make this my permanent place for glasses.

I was specific in expressing that I needed the prescription to mirror the glasses I came in with. With the shutdown, I had to pursue them to mail the glasses to me. The prescription was not right in both pairs of glasses, but due to the shutdown I was not able to get back to the location until they opened for business in late May. Because scheduling, it was June before they saw me again. The Dr checked my eyes and they redid both pairs. I had to pay for a better quality of lens too. I picked up the glasses in July. Well, these glasses are not any different, they do not look or feel different and do not match the prescription I have in my current frames. I did give each pair a try for a bit and again, and with life under Covid, I reached out again in September to let them know there are not working for me. The manager, who gave me the name of Linda told me that she would look into what could be done. I received a voice mail back, and each time I call, their line goes to a general voice mail box. "Linda" does not even have her own voice mail. I called 5 times and also left messages. NO CALL BACK. This is a newer location, but I would advise to stir clear. They are not customer oriented what so ever and on top of this, with insurance, I feel I was still taken advantage of.

I don't know what voodoo magic Carol called on, but getting my custom lenses the next day is unheard of in my experience...and much appreciated. Without any questions, after they saw the glasses, they stood by their warranty and ordered new frames. (Unfortunately they were not in stock). I was told it would take a few weeks. A week or so later, I received a call from them letting me know there was a backorder on that frame from the manufacturer - not their fault but frustrating we'd have to wait and use an outdated prescription for a while - we're talking months of backorder. However, a few weeks later they called to say they were able to get them replaced sooner. So, we picked up the new glasses within the week of getting their call. While they are more expensive than the chain optical stores or stores like Costco, they stand by their work and provide "service with a smile."

I've been going to advance vision center to see Dr. Lorenzana for many years now. There are times…read morewhen it gets pretty busy but it's totally worth waiting for her services. I recently had an issue with dry eye syndrome and she recommended an alternative treatment vs getting on prescription drugs first. To my surprise the Eye treatment that was provided for me helped as well as the eye supplements she has. I was able to use my flex savings account money for them so that was a bonus for me. Like all other doctors offices, you must be proactive and ask questions. if prices are concerned then speak up or ask before hand as they won't work with you in terms of payments. She will take the time to explain and offer her suggestions. She believes in continue education and explains things to you in terms that you can understand. which means she has good bedside manners. So if you want to get cheap services and cheap eyeglasses then go to the local optical chain stores around the area. But if you want to build a relationship with your eye doctor and your eyes are very important to you, then take the time to get to know her and the staff.

I was told the progressives were not necessary bc my vision is borderline but that it will just help me adjust when the time comes. I'm told they only come in dailies, which I expressed are not comfortable. I can read fine without glasses or contacts so how would progressives help my farsightedness. I've expressed my vision is affecting my work and I need a reexam. I ask that someone call me but I just receive texts that show they are not listening to my issues. My family will not return. I cancelled my follow up appointment. They asked no questions as to why or how they can help.
