Well, it's been 11 days and with 4 follow ups emails later and no contact from Mr John D. or anyone else with Tabak. It's clear to me they don't care about the customer after the sale. I would NEVER RECOMMEND Tabak as a good neighbor. I actually still have the glasses case saying "NIKE" and the stupid spritz bottle for lense cleaning . This establishment is a sham. They don't care about their customers or repeat business. Go to a strip mall eyeglass place. Tabak sucks!

The doctor and I discussed my options, what was more important for my needs, and of course, what implants would my insurance cover? I got the standard IOL, surgery was easy. I had no pain or swelling afterwards. The first day was the most uncomfortable because of the patch. The surgical nurse gave my husband the postop instructions and he left them in the car, so I didn't know I was to use my eye drops that day, but everything turned out ok, no problem! 2nd surgery is Thursday.
