Disastrous experience! If you're looking for professional mani-pedi services, this is not the place. I specifically told the technician multiple times not to cut the sides of my nails (I'm a foot model, so I know how my nails need to be done), but she ignored me completely. The language barrier didn't help either--their translator, a teenager, was not only unhelpful but also rude. I was moved to three different seats during the session, and when they finally got to polishing my toes, I had to awkwardly place my feet on the technician's legs, which was terrible for my back issues. The whole process was incredibly slow--they took over an hour just to start my pedi polish! I decided to leave before getting my manicure done because the experience was so bad, yet they still charged me for a half-done manicure that was botched from the start. The results? Horrible service! This was by far the worst nail salon experience I've ever had. The staff seemed rushed and disorganized, and the salon itself didn't feel clean. My nail tech barely acknowledged me, and when I tried to explain what I wanted, she either ignored me or pretended not to understand. The tools didn't look sanitized, and I regret not leaving right then. The manicure was rushed, uneven, and the polish started chipping the very next day. As for the pedicure, they cut my nails way too short and left jagged edges. On top of that, the massage was almost non-existent--just a few half-hearted strokes. I wanted ombré nails but it looks like a child did my nails. They were so rushed to finished my nails, like I understand it was 30 minutes till closing but I paid it 100$ for my hands and feet.
