A little pricey, but absolutely worth it! I stopped by The Element Nail Bar in Phoenix for some self-care, and they completely nailed it, literally! I got a Dip manicure (black and red spiderweb design) and their Pearl Pedicure, and both turned out amazing! My nails look even better in person smooth, shiny, and super detailed. You can tell they take pride in their work and don't rush through the process. The Pearl Pedicure was next-level relaxing. it came with a foot and leg massage, hot towel wrap, and even a complimentary drink. The whole setup felt really clean, modern, and spa-like. What really sets this place apart are the extras. Their pedicures include complimentary drinks and relaxing massages. A luxury touch you don't get everywhere. The atmosphere is super clean and modern, and the staff were friendly and professional the entire time. Listen It's definitely on the pricier side, but between the quality, ambiance, and included perks, I'd say it's worth treating yourself every once in a while. I left feeling pampered and already planning my next visit

This is my second time at this location and I absolutely love it! The first time, I just got a plain Gel-X set and a gel pedicure, and everything was wonderful. This time, I went for a new Gel-X set with an cute, sparkly flame design. Everyone here is super friendly and they're always offering you something to drink. I really appreciate the great customer service!

Regardless of what Nail technician serves you, I promise you, you will walk away satisfied. I've been coming here for about a year and I've sat in almost everyone's chair and every time they deliver. Definitely worth the price.

They do a really good job at Nails. My nails do always look good, however, the receptionist and the person who was coming up with pricing is so wild with their pricing and how inaccurate and inconsistent it is. Almost every time I come I call back the next day and ask for the exact same thing I got and it's between 10 and $15 cheaper. And then they have to put a credit on my account. Today I got nice nails, with a moderate design. They charged me $10 a nail additional for a design. So I spent $40 on four nails with French tips and flowers. (and my flowers I mean, three lines with a dot in the middle) when I told them I was upset about the price the receptionist lied, and said she spoke to the manager on the phone, but I watched her and she never said anything. Unfortunately, I'm going to be disputing this charge because I'm not happy with the service I received, I did not receive $105 nails and they are rude and unprofessional. The nail tech are great, it's a support staff and management that are the issue.

The first time I went to this nail bar it was clean but my nails were filed a little crooked. I decided to go again but be serviced by someone else and this time, my nails turned out ok, they're just not as experienced as I'd like so I won't be returning. Also the guy/manager at the front isn't that pleasant nor is some of his staff. Rena, which is the girl who serviced me the first time totally rushed my service and her attitude was crap, can't say I recommend this place. read more

First, I and two other ladies drove up from Sierra Vista, Az & Tucson because this place was highly recommended by our coworker, who had gone here to get her nails done. They got us right in, however, I only needed a fill in & one repair. The nail tech, after me showing her my coworkers nails stated, " we do not do 3-D nails", $60 for Ombré fill, $5 to shape(nails already shaped,), $30 polish change on toes, $10 to put 2 butterflies on my fingers, $12 to put same butterflies on my toe, $7 to do French tip on toes, a polish change cost me almost as much as my friends who did pedicures!!! read more

This place is okay. Not horrible. Not amazing. I went for a mani/pedi and left feeling more stressed then when I arrived. I felt like I was being pushed/rushed through the process. The air inside felt stagnant. The employees mood wasn't happy, no one was smiling. It was very busy so it's probably a good fit for many, just not for me. read more

This was such a great experience that we can't wait to go back. Eric is not only friendly but quite the comedian. He had us laughing throughout our pedicures. The pedicures the 3 of us got were equally as good. It's been quite awhile and several nail places to find not only an enjoyable pedicure but one where they took their time and we didn't feel rushed. The nail bar is clean, nice and they kept the temperature very pleasant. So happy to have found this place..we are looking forward to our next visit!! read more

This is my 4th time coming here since I moved to Arizona and I could not recommend a better place! They are so friendly and accommodating I never have trouble getting in and haven't had to wait long. Not pleased. I felt that the pedicure was rushed (and I got a spa), hardly anyone was wearing a mask & they were not friendly at all. My actual technician, I think his name is Q. He was nice and he did a really good job. However, nail bars to me are apart of self care so I'd probably like a more tranquil environment and because tranquil, relaxing??? This wasn't it. read more

The guy doing my nails was pretty rude and kept flicking my hands. I ended up having to go somewhere else to get them redone because the job was so bad. It's a shame. They do get you in quickly but for the time spent and the money, I don't think it's worth it. read more

Okay, first things first. I called ahead of time to make sure that they had time to take me & that there wouldn't be too much of a wait. I got sat maybe 15 minutes after arriving. Cool. The lady who did my pedicure was excellent. After that, things got bad quick. I waited about another half hour to have my manicure done and the nail tech was dealing with some younger girls and seemed very upset, which I understand. People are allowed to have emotions. BUT she sat me, and just started to put the acrylic on with very little prep. Did not clean up my nail beds, barely filed top so nail would stick apparently and didn't bother to match the glued tip with the end of my actual nail. I paid about $75 for the set and had no design, no gems, just different colors on each nail (not painted just powder) and she wasted so much. A week later, my pinky nail was almost all the way off. I was so let down. Never going back. ): read more

Most amazing nail salon in town. They pride themselves on consistent customer service and quality. I went in to get dip powder with added tip last week from a tech i usually don't go to because my main girl LISA was on vacation. Unfortunately the nails didn't last long and began lifting within the week. I scheduled an appointment to get them fixed because literally every single nail was lifting and being a bartender I need some VERY resilient nails. LISA ended up completely re-doing them and made them bulletproof like I'm used to getting. She is the best tech at the salon for so many reasons. Firstly, she listens to her clients needs especially when it comes to how much I use my hand and am constantly accidentally jamming them into things at work so she adjusts her style to putting nails on. Secondly, she communicates well with owner so the price is fair( I wasn't charged for a completely new set even though she redid both hands). And lastly she is constantly asking if the shape/color is to my liking every step of the way which guarantees the nails turn out perfect. I have been coming to this salon for 2 years now, and no one touches my nails besides LISA read more

I've been searching for a nail place that is reasonably priced and that will do bomb work. I think I've found it!! This location just recently opened and it's right by my house. It's super clean and the staff were really nice. I had my sns manicure done by Eric. He was very nice and professional. I showed him a picture of the color I wanted and he knew exactly what dip would work for me. My nails and my cuticles look great. I will definitely be coming back. read more

I live in the neighborhood and was in need of a new nail salon in the uptown area. This place won me over. It was spotless and the service was quick, yet efficient. Erik took excellent care of me and was sensitive to my time crunch I had. He let me look through multiple colors to find exactly what I wanted based on my "inspo" picture I showed him. Extremely overpriced nail salon with a shattered window from a bullet hole. $100 for a full set just because I wanted glitter on top of my polish. They also charge you a 3% fee for using a debit/credit card. The girl who did my full set was rude and rushed. She made 3 of my cuticles bleed. And I asked her 3 times to make the acrylic thin because I don't like thick nails. She had attitude every time I asked. Guess what, they came out extra thick. Then the pedicure was $50 (sugar, callus & wax) it was very fast with no massage. Even though it said it came with a 10 minute massage. Not the best gel color selection either. I won't be back here. read more

Service was horrible, the person who is in charge is rude and talk to her workers so disrespectful, l got my feet done and eyebrows waxed and the lady took off to much hair, no makeup to fill in to fix them no sorry, and if u a woman of color the energy in there makes u feel uncomfortable. We need to Boycott all the Chinese Asian nail shops. Because in reality they need us, they don't respect us and appreciate us.... @bad business, I didn't want to give them one star but I have too for me to write this review. read more

Just moved to the neighborhood and so glad I found this nail salon. I am very particular with my nails, and I finally found a place that does an excellent job for both hands and feet. Eric has done my acrylic nails A few times now and I always walk out with the perfect set. Best best best place for pedicures too. this picture is almost 3 weeks out of getting my nails done! they have lasted through a trip through Europe, as well as a 7 day stay at a hospital/surgery. I got tons of compliments in Europe and almost every nurse in the hospital! they were nice and effective and all of them have stayed on!! crazy 3 week adventure but my nails stayed beautiful through the whole time!! I moved here 6 months ago & was in search of a nail tech. I stumbled across Element nail bars instagram page & was definitely drawn to their work. I love fun colors & designs which they provide. I scheduled an appointment, waited maybe 5 minutes & they took. My pedicure was great. I don't recall the males name who took care of me but he was sweet & provided a great pedicure. I then went to May who did my nails. I had her add tips, she recommended the soft pink acrylic which I'm so happy with & did a French design. I use to drive to Scottsdale to get my nails done and when I found out the owners opened up a second salon more centrally located I couldn't be happier! Got my nails done today and 10/10 quality! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. My nails look AMAZING! My name is suzi! I've been getting my nails done by the owner Eric for about a year! Was pleased. Overcharged, but pleased. He had canceled the last four appointments and I still went out of convenience to my location. Today he canceled yet again 15 min prior to the appointment. I did a walk in and I swear I was in the twilight zone. None of the techs "knew how to do acrylic nails" wild. They soaked my nails in acetone. It was burning like fire and then told me they couldn't finish and asked me to leave Sorry. I was embarrassed and in tears and they were talking bad about me. I run a local business, and am all about supporting local business. In this case unfortunately I will let hundreds of people know about the awful and humiliating experience of elements nail salon. read more

Hell no...these shady characters don't list their prices on their website and hang up when you call to inquire. They are known for upping their prices and gouging your pocketbook. Not even sure if they are licensed. Will contact the Health Department but AVOID THEM. God knows what kind of infection you can get. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. I'm a mom of two and can only go usually when my children go to bed. They close at 7, I arrived at 6:10. ALL of the technicians were clearly displeased that I showed up so late, started speaking and joking with each other in their native language. I am a very nonverbal person snd picked up on it, stared the technician that would be helping me down and she knew it. She came over and RUDELY said, "you can pick your color while I start your nails." I left. As a mom of two, I pamper myself when I can. I was g asking for much, and I showed up at 6:10, NOT 6:59. Well, if I could give zero stars I would. I called and made an appointment for 10:00am, I got there a couple minutes prior and sat to wait. A few other people came in and they ended up taking one the other gals before me when I have been waiting for 10 minutes at this point! After an additional 20 minutes and seeing that at least 3 employees were just sitting around doing nothing I just left. I went to another place, no wait, and my nails look great. I would not recommend this place, their customer service is absolutely awful!! read more

I've had some seriously horrific busy nail salon experiences in my life/... and I just want to say I was at element yesterday, Friday afternoon, BUSY AF when I walked in...... and they really handled that. They was GRINDING in a serious flow. Saw me like 10 min after my scheduled appointment- honestly worse things have happened don't go to a nail salon at a busy hour and expect more. My nails look amazing. Fast & efficient af. The ladies who work there were cool. Just a great experience all around. Thank you read more

Jenette, the manager, saw my google review and called me this morning (May 4), and told me "there was nothing wrong with my brows", she defended her brow artist, told me I was speaking to her out of line, but that she would not at all want my "after" brows either. She offered for me to come in and "fix" them. When I asked how, she said she would tint them. I tint them weekly. A tint doesn't grow hair.

I specifically told the technician multiple times not to cut the sides of my nails (I'm a foot model, so I know how my nails need to be done), but she ignored me completely. The language barrier didn't help either--their translator, a teenager, was not only unhelpful but also rude. I was moved to three different seats during the session, and when they finally got to polishing my toes, I had to awkwardly place my feet on the technician's legs, which was terrible for my back issues. The whole process was incredibly slow--they took over an hour just to start my pedi polish! I decided to leave before getting my manicure done because the experience was so bad, yet they still charged me for a half-done manicure that was botched from the start. The results? Horrible service! This was by far the worst nail salon experience I've ever had. The staff seemed rushed and disorganized, and the salon itself didn't feel clean. My nail tech barely acknowledged me, and when I tried to explain what I wanted, she either ignored me or pretended not to understand. The tools didn't look sanitized, and I regret not leaving right then. The manicure was rushed, uneven, and the polish started chipping the very next day. As for the pedicure, they cut my nails way too short and left jagged edges. On top of that, the massage was almost non-existent--just a few half-hearted strokes.
