This place is the new hotness- they've got probably the best pour over coffee I've ever had and you can feel the passion and care of the people that operate this popup from the moment you walk up. Highly recommend this spot for anyone interested in specialty coffee and a pleasant atmosphere.

Element Coffee Roasters specializes in a modern approach to pour-over brewing, and the owner's passion for coffee is evident in every detail. The team is highly knowledgeable about coffee beans and has recently begun roasting in-house, guaranteeing outstanding freshness. Their selection ranges from expertly crafted daily brews to specialty offerings and even award-winning competition coffees. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and the welcoming atmosphere makes every visit a pleasure. I am excited to try the beans I purchased.

Really smooth and enjoy it black, would come back again

Good coffee and it was very smooth not sharp or bitter, baristas are cool and vibe is mellow .

Really wanted to try their Mango Sunrise Matcha but staff said they ran out of mango, maybe next time I'll order that. Pastries were great, ordered them warmed up and they were crispy. Strawberry Matcha -tasted like strawberry ice cream mixed into matcha, no artificial taste. Personally would prefer it to be a bit sweeter, a few sugar packets helped a ton. Always better to not be overly sweet than too sweet and can't fix it. Stockholm Fog -mocha shines through the chai and it was great. It's cinnamon strong and I'm not complaining.

On top of that, the staff member who helped me seemed very cold and gave me a poker face when I asked a question. I'm not expecting overly friendly service, but basic kindness would be appreciated. Overall, it seems like the staff could use some customer service training.

It was really interesting that one of the Americanos was made with Ecuador Los 4 Mundos beans, and the other was made with Colombia El Diviso. When a staff member brought over my hot Vanilla Latte, I asked to make sure it was decaf. He took it back just to double-check for me, and then confirmed that it was indeed decaf. The coffee here is all delicious, and the staff are incredibly friendly, which I really liked. However, the chairs were quite uncomfortable to sit in, and the Vanilla Latte was still pretty sweet even though I ordered it "less sweet." Still, the coffee tastes so good and the staff are so incredibly kind, so it's a really great coffee shop. P.S. A funny thing: They had dog treats in a jar. I immediately thought of my boss's absolutely super, incredibly cute dogs, so I asked for an empty cup and packed some treats to bring to the office for them today. But when I finished my coffee and was heading out, I totally forgot and accidentally threw the cup of treats away along with the empty coffee cups. OMG. (But seriously, all dogs and cats always absolutely love me. Hahaha. When I get to work, my boss's dogs come over wagging their tails and greeting me so excitedly--they are just so, so adorable. And as for cats, there's a stray that I've been feeding every single morning on my way to work for over 4-5 years now. She currently lives at the Buddhist temple I attend. Every day when I go, she follows me around everywhere. She absolutely loves it when I scratch her back with a brush, and when I'm done and try to leave, she taps my foot to tell me to scratch more! It's just so totally cute and lovable. It's a completely white cat, and so incredibly pretty.)

This local favorite has carved a reputation for exceptional specialty coffee and a warm, inviting atmosphere that keeps me coming back again and again. My absolute favorite drink here is the Fancy Iced Latte -- it's perfectly balanced, refreshing, and never too sweet while still highlighting the rich espresso flavor. Locals and visitors alike often rave about the quality of the coffee and the care that goes into every cup. When it comes to food, the turkey and provolone croissant is a personal favorite -- flaky, buttery, and packed with savory goodness that pairs wonderfully with a cold latte. I also love the everything bagel danish; it's deliciously unique, with a satisfying savory twist that hits the spot in the morning. Both pastries reflect the same thoughtful quality you see in their coffee offerings. The vibe here is cozy and welcoming, with knowledgeable, friendly staff and a neighborhood energy that makes it easy to relax or get some work done. Unincorporated has become a cherished part of the community, and I can confidently say it's one of the best coffee experiences in the area. If you haven't been yet, put it on your morning coffee rotation -- you won't regret it!

I have also enjoyed the Cloudy, which has subtle notes of red date and pear with a cream top. The drink was nicely balanced and not too sweet. Honestly, you can't go wrong with any of their coffee drinks, which have strong coffee notes. I also love their coffee cakes, which tend to sell out pretty quickly by midday. I was in the area on a weekday and decided to stop by before work to grab a coffee. I went at around 8:30 AM and it was busy with many folks doing work. After looking at the menu, I had a hard time trying to figure out what to get given the selection! I asked for a recommendation between drinks and they mentioned if I want a hot drink - Miso White would be good; for a cold drink - Lychee Tonic would be ideal. It was a hotter day, so I opted for the Lychee Tonic. Since it was busy, the wait was ~ 10 minutes for the drink. After giving it a try, it tasted refreshing but I didn't really get the lychee taste. Not the best first impression with the tonic. However, I'd still consider coming back considering their ambience. Also absolutely interested to try their pour over options! Parking is available in the back of the building. American Express is accepted here.
