Came here for a simple camera repair. Arthur got the job done but in the process other problems were created. My home button stopped working. Arthur fixed that but then my Touch ID stopped working. I came back again and Arthur fixed that as well. Arthur didn't charge me for those but it was annoying having to come back again and again. Two months later the broken part he replaced broke again. Many of my friends kept mentioning this new store and how good their prices are on a variety of products. I went in the other day and a gentlemen named Artur greeted me right away and asked what I was in need for. I told him that I need a router for my laptop and I am only going to connect 1 device to the router. Instead of him trying to sell me an expensive router with more power, he told me I was better off with the version that is with less power since I was only going to connect 1 device. Felt like I was being hustled and chose to walk out. I needed to replace the cracked screen on my cell phone. "Oh you're so lucky. I have one left and its only $215." He tried to convince me that spending that amount was better than just replacing the screen because I would otherwise spend $700 or 800 buying a new phone. The guys were really nice and my phone was fixed in less than 15 minutes. I called in before to see how much it would cost and they said $119. I had two visa gift cards (one with $2.34 on it and the other with $55.55) and asked if they took them and they said yes. They asked how much was on them and I said I wasn't too sure because I didn't check before I left. I assumed it wasn't going to be a big deal. They had me look up the balance but the website wasn't working. Instead of swiping and checking themselves, I had to pay all in cash, which is fine but I never have cash in my wallet. When I got my phone back, the screen looked brand new. However, I had a pretty expensive screen protector on my old screen and they didn't replace the screen protector. Kind of frustrating especially since I'm paying $119. Also, two of my other girlfriends visited them and one of them got her phone repaired for $75 and the other got it repaired for $84 WITH a free phone case. their phones were completely shattered but my screen's LCD had leaked and made my phone hard to use. Not sure why I was charged a different amount. I would go back again but only if it was urgent/an emergency. read more

Okay. First of all they do fix broken iPhone 5 screen really quickly. However the problem is that the quality of the glass. When I got my iPhone 5 back. I could tell that the speaker and front facing camera was not inline. And also I had a problem with the screen popping out and they said it was because frame damage. Which was not the problem and dented my iPhone 5 body. The problem with popping out was because my battery was bad and it has inflated. With just one look you can clearly see that battery was the problem. It just shows they don't care. Making excuses so that I won't bother them. These guys seem nice. But if I am spending $100 I expect better. Mic and camera not inline is pathetic. read more
